Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) Determination of the distribution pattern of hotspots. 2) to know how much economic losses in the agricultural sector are caused by forest and land fires. The method used is Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA), which is used in Arcgis software to determine the distribution pattern of hotspots (hotspots) with a given index value, Total Economic Value (TEV) method with the production impact method approach . Based on the research results 1) the distribution pattern of hotspots (hotspots) in 2018 with a total of 59 points, the XII Koto Kampar district is a burn-prone area because there are 32 points with a ratio of 0.48, which means clustering. There were 148 points in 2019. Kampar Kiri Hilir district is a fire hazard area as there are 33 points with a ratio of 0.38 which means they are grouped. District XII Koto Kampar has the most hotspots for 2 years in a row, which means this area is prone to burns. 2) There are around 6,518.05 hectares of burned land in the oil palm plantations. The loss is estimated at Rp. 5.70 billion in 2018 and Rp. 111.98 billion in 2019.

Abstract

Carbon dioxide gas (CO2) is easy to find in everyday life, one of which is LPG gas which is used as household cooking fuel. The gas evaporates and spreads quickly so that the combustion produced by the use of LPG gas produces carbon dioxide (CO2) which will have an impact on global warming. The purpose of this study is to determine emissions and spatial emission factors (FES) which are used as a reference to determine the level of distribution of carbon emissions in each region so that it can provide an overview of the contribution of LPG gas consumption and the distribution level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in the Residential Area of Aur Birugo District. Tigo Baleh, Bukittinggi City. This research uses the type of data with quantitative analysis and then calculated using the method from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC 2006). The result of the calculation of each household using fuel for cooking is 11,055.74 tons of CO2/year.

Abstract

This study is about modeling the impact of the tsunami disaster which aims to, 1) Determine the area that has the potential to be affected by a tsunami at 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters of sea level rise. 2) Knowing the potential of buildings affected by the tsunami disaster. 3) Knowing the extent of damage to the agricultural sector affected by the tsunami at sea level rise of 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters in the agricultural sector. 4) Knowing the total value of physical losses and economic losses affected by the tsunami disaster. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The modeling used is 3 heights of sea level rise on the coastline using the Cost-Distance analysis method, to determine the area affected by the tsunami disaster. And scoring to determine physical losses and economic losses based on the area affected by the tsunami. The indicators calculated are the area of the affected area, the number of buildings affected, the area of agriculture affected and the losses affected by the tsunami. The results of each modeling are different where the modeling of a 5 meter increase in water area affected is 1.057,63 Ha, the number of buildings affected is 7.280 units, the agricultural area affected is 221,38 Ha and for a loss of IDR 103.472.000.000,00. The increase in water is 10 meters, the area affected is 3.911,57 Ha, the number of buildings affected is 14.314 units, the agricultural area affected is 1.931,57 Ha and the loss is IDR 422.859.000,00. The increase in water is 15 meters, the area affected is 5.269,18 Ha, the number of buildings affected is 18.372 units, the agricultural area affected is 3.088,57 Ha and for a loss of IDR 671.345.000.000,00.
