Abstract

Regional development in rural areas is required to play a more intensive role in catching up with other regions in Indonesia and face global competition. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an essential role in development in Indonesia. One of the MSMEs that produce many agricultural products is in Tlogo Hamlet, Sutopati Village. The resulting product is processed agriculture, which has been innovated into various types of ready-to-sell food and beverages that are still conventional in their daily marketing. The era of information technology continues to multiply, and people must be aware of technological developments supporting their businesses. This activity aims to empower the community by digitizing the sale of agricultural products. The results of the dedication produced are in the form of increasing the ability of MSME actors to market their products online. MSME actors also have digital marketing online buying and selling accounts on several e-commerce sites.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian (1) untuk menganalisis penerapan model Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dengan media peraga Electronic Auto Transmission Gear Simulator dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, (2) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada peserta didik kelas XI TKRO SMK AN NUR Banjarejo Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 melalui model kooperatif Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dengan media peraga Electronic Auto Transmission Gear Simulator. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan pada mei 2022 sampai dengan juni 2022 dengan subjek sebanyak 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, teknik observasi, dan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) tahapan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model TAI dengan media peraga Electronic Auto Transmission Gear Simulator dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan dengan tes hasil belajar pada tiap pertemuan kedua, (2) Model pembelajaran Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI) dengan Media Electronic Auto Transmission Gear Simulator dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI TKRO A SMK AN NUR Banjarejo. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai tes hasil belajar peserta didik pada pre-test awal sebesar 65.94 dengan daya serap 41% meningkat setelah adanya tindakan siklus I menjadi sebesar 75.94 dengan daya serap 75. Pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi sebesar 81.88 dengan daya serap sebesar 88%. Kata kunci: Model Team Accelerated Instruction (TAI), Media Electronic Auto Transmision, Hasil belajar

Abstract

SMK Syubbanul Wathon Secang Magelang, as a vocational high school education institution based on Islamic boarding schools, adopts the SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) application to improve the quality of library services that require further evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the quality of library services using the SLiMS application in the SMK Syubbanul Wathon Secang library using the Total Quality Management (TQM) theoretical framework. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews involving teachers, head of the library, and students, as well as observation and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out using the TQM approach which includes a focus on customers, a system approach, involvement of all staff, continuous improvement, and a fact-based approach. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SLiMS is not optimal. The main problems found include suboptimal loan circulation, lack of data updates and maintenance, and limited resources. Improving the quality of library services requires improvements so that better services can be provided to all users, including students, teachers, and library managers.

Abstract

The high unemployment rate of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Indonesia, reaching 22% of the total national unemployment, indicates a mismatch between graduate competencies and the needs of the business world and industry (DUDI). To overcome this problem, the Field Work Practice Program (PKL) is designed to strengthen the relationship between education and industry. This study evaluates the implementation of PKL on the Fashion Design Expertise competency of SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo, a vocational school based on an Islamic boarding school that implements PKL based on Teaching Factory, using a descriptive qualitative evaluation method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) approach. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The evaluation results show that in terms of Context Evaluation, SMK Syubbanul Wathon has adequate facilities and teaching staff to support the implementation of PKL. Input Evaluation shows that PKL planning and preparation are carried out well and in a structured manner, although there are limitations in human resources in the field of Fashion Design. In the Process Evaluation, the implementation of PKL went according to plan, but direct interaction between students and mentors from DUDI was still limited and mostly done online. Product evaluation revealed that some students successfully completed the project on time and showed increased competence, but others were still unable to complete the project on time. In addition, students gained new knowledge about the fashion industry and were satisfied with the internship experience, although improvements were needed in instilling a work culture. Overall, the implementation of the Teaching Factory-based internship with external mentors is still relevant and useful. Recommendations for further research include the development of more effective mentoring methods and continuous assessment of industry needs.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset and act as the main driving factor in the implementation of all agency activities, so they need to be managed well through human resource management. Human resource management needs to be implemented in educational institutions as a form of effort to improve the quality of education, especially in the field of teaching staff and education. This research aims to explore human resource management (HR) in preventing turnover intention among Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK). This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research uses primary and secondary data through interviews, observation and documentation as data collection instruments. The results of the research suggest that human resource management can prevent turnover intention at Syubbanul Wathon Bandongan Middle School, namely with 3 policies. This policy has positive synergies as a solution to the PPPK impact. This includes teacher transfer deadline policies, issuance of work agreements, and assessments for teacher empowerment.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan digital marketing oleh pemilik UMKM di Desa Sukomakmur, Kecamatan Kajoran, Kabupaten Magelang, sejauh ini belum dilakukan dengan maksimal, karena kurangnya pengetahuan para pengusaha tentang digital marketing. Padahal para pengusaha berada pada wilayah yang memiliki jaringan internet dan juga memiliki perangkat elektronik yang memadai. Dengan demikian digital marketing pada dasarnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku UMKM di Desa Sukomakmur untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Pengabdian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang digital marketing. 2) Mitra dapat memanfaatkan membuat konten yang menarik dalam digital marketing. Pengabdian ini akan dilaksanakan di Desa Sukomakmur, Kecamatan Kajoran, Kabupaten Magelang. Adapun yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah para pemilik UMKM. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan pengabdian digital marketing di ikuti oleh 10 mitra yang semuanya adalah pemilik UMKM. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengenalan digital marketing, social media marketing dan e-commerce, manajemen digital marketing dan content marketing. Kegiatan workshop digital marketing diisi oleh dua orang narasumber yang telah berpengalaman dalam mengelola penjualan dengan menggunakan teknologi digital. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan para mitra tentang digital marketing dan cara membuat content marketing yang menarik.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the knowledge identity crisis faced by pesantren in Indonesia as a result of developments in the digital era. The research was conducted at three major pesantren: Futuhiyyah Mranggen, Al-Asy’ariyah Wonosobo and Al-Munawir Yogyakarta. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with pesantren managers, including Kiai, administrators, and teachers, as well as documentation of relevant materials. The findings reveal that the knowledge identity crisis in pesantren during the digital era manifests in several ways: an excessive learning burden on santri unrelated to the core competencies of pesantren knowledge, a decline in santri’s interest in studying traditional pesantren knowledge, and the institutional development of pesantren that has become disoriented from their foundational knowledge identity. To address this crisis, pesantren must refocus their learning programs to align with core competencies, reorient their knowledge systems to be adaptive and responsive to global needs, and restructure their institutions to remain rooted in the core knowledge identity of pesantren.

Abstract

Bullying in school environment is a serious problem that has negative impacts on students’ psychological, social, and academic development. Syubbanul Wathon Junior High School Tegalrejo Magelang faces this challenge with increasing cases of bullying, both physically and verbally. This study aims to resolve conflicts due to bullying based on Mitchell’s conflict management theory, with the main stages: recognition, analysis, decision making, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the resolution strategies implemented include strict supervision, guidance and counseling, socialization of the dangers of bullying, and mediation between the parties involved. The resolution process involves various parties, including BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents, with a mediation and education-based approach. This approach has proven effective in reducing bullying rates and creating a more conducive school environment. The implementation of Mitchell’s theory in conflict resolution shows that the active involvement of all elements of the school is very important in overcoming bullying systematically and sustainably.

Abstract

The community service activity aims to enhance the quality and motivation of mathematics learning in Grade 1 at Al-Islam Ringinanom Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, particularly focusing on addition concepts. This service was conducted on August 8-9, 2023. The object or target of this community service activity is 10 students from Grade 1 at Al-Islam Ringinanom Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the Tempuran district. The stages involved in this community service included field observation, coordination with partners, program socialization, program implementation, and evaluation. The utilization of the number pocket media in teaching mathematics to Grade 1 students at Al-Islam Ringinanom Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has proven to have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. Before the intervention, the classical completion percentage was 50%, whereas in Cycle II, this figure surged to 90%. These results indicate an improvement in both the grades and the classical completion rate of students after the implementation of the intervention
