<![CDATA[Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, yaitu: Mengetahui sejauh mana kelangsungan perekonomian bagi usaha Border Er dengan membuat masker sebagai salah satu bentuk kreatifitas yang dilakukan guna menambah pendapatan bagi para ibu-ibu penjahit di tengah kondisi Pandemik Covid-19. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Semester Genap Tahun Akademik 2019/2020, tepatnya Minggu, 31 Mei 2020. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Jl. Rambai Gang Makmur RW 07 Kelurahan Purus Kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang. Berdasarkan hasil pertemuan dengan pemilik usaha Bordir ER, diperoleh suatu solusi sumber ekonomi di masa Covid-19 bagi ibu-ibu di RW 07 Kelurahan Purus Kecamatan Padang Barat Kota Padang, yaitu dengan menjahit masker. Empat puluh penjahit teah diberdayakan oleh Ibu ER. Ibu-ibu penjahit sangat merasakan dampak positif karena dapat memperoleh pendapatan guna menunjang ekonomi rumh tangga.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKBeberapa informasi mengungkapkan bahwa ternyata penyebab dari perubahan dividen dipengaruhi oleh harga saham. Keyakinan umum dalam banyak literatur keuangan adalah bahwa orang dalam memiliki informasi perusahaan yang lebih lengkap daripada orang luar. Ketika berbicara tentang kebijakan dividen, pada dasarnya kita mengabaikan peran informasi private yang disampaikan oleh harga saham, padahal dapat berperan sebagai penentu dividen tunai. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran informasi harga saham dalam mempengaruhi perubahan dividen pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel panelitian adalah analisis regresi data panel. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa likuiditas tidak memberikan bukti secara empiris adanya pengaruh informasi harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Temuan empiris lainnya adalah informasi privat tidak memoderasi pengaruh harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen. Dalam hal ini, informasi private tidak memiliki kontribusi pada pengaruh harga saham terhadap perubahan dividen.Kata Kunci: Dividen, harga saham, informasi privat ABSTRACTSome information reveals that the cause of dividend changes is influenced by stock prices. A common belief in much of the financial literature is that insiders have more complete company information than outsiders. When talking about dividend policy, we basically ignore the role of private information conveyed by stock prices, even though it can play a role as a determinant of cash dividends. The main objective of this study is to investigate the role of stock price information in influencing dividend changes in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used to test the effect between the research variables in panel data regression analysis. This study finds that liquidity does not provide empirical evidence of the effect of stock price information on changes in dividends of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Another empirical finding is that private information does not moderate the effect of stock prices on dividend changes. In this case, private information has no contribution to the effect of stock prices on dividend changes.Keywords: Stock Price, Private Information, Dividend Change]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the factors that affect the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar in Indonesia between 2013-2022. The observed factors include interest rates, inflation, and money supply. Annual data was used from legitimate sources such as Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results show that interest rates have a significant influence on the rupiah exchange rate, with an increase in interest rates causing a depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar. Inflation has no significant effect on the exchange rate, although high inflation can affect purchasing power and confidence in the local currency. Money supply also has a significant effect, where an increase tends to cause rupiah depreciation. An increase in money supply causes inflation and decreases purchasing power, thus decreasing the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA), equity, and bank size on liquidity risk at Islamic BPRs in Indonesia. The sample in this study was 40 banks registered with the Financial Services Authority where the sampling used purposive sampling and the analysis method used was panel data regression. The data were tested using Eviews 12 software. The results showed that ROA has a negative and significant effect on liquidity risk, equity has a negative and significant effect on liquidity risk, and bank size has a positive and insignificant effect on liquidity risk.]]>

<![CDATA[The performance of employees in the Government is one of the determining factors in efforts to improve the quality of services to the community, it is necessary to give serious attention from various parties. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this study were employees in the Pesisir Selatan Regency Education and Culture Office as 60 people. The sample in this study was 60 people with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Therefore, the data analysis is the statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. <![CDATA[Abstrak: Singkong merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi produk bernilai tambah, seperti tepung MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan singkong menjadi tepung MOCAF guna meningkatkan nilai jual di kelompok tani di Nagari Toboh Gadang, Kecamatan Sintuk Toboh, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pelatihan. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari Bapak dan Ibu Kelompok Tani yang berada di Nagari Toboh Gadang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani di Nagari Toboh Gadang Sintuk telah melakukan pengolahan singkong menjadi tepung MOCAF, namun belum optimal. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi optimalisasi pengolahan meliputi kualitas bahan baku, teknologi pengolahan, kemasan, dan pemasaran. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah meningkatkan kualitas bahan baku, mengadopsi teknologi pengolahan yang lebih efisien, mengembangkan kemasan yang menarik, dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Dengan implementasi rekomendasi tersebut, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual tepung MOCAF sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok tani di Nagari Toboh Gadang Sintuk.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of Poverty, Economic Growth Rate, Government Policy and Exclusive Breastfeeding on Stunting Prevalence in Indonesia. This study uses a panel data regression analysis method with a Random Effect Model (REM). The results of the study show that Poverty has a significant positive effect on Stunting Prevalence, and Government Policy and Exclusive Breastfeeding have a significant negative effect on Stunting Prevalence, and Economic Growth Rate has no effect on Stunting Prevalence in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara pengaruh brand image dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Kota Padang dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. <![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of brand image, character atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger products at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using analysis. statistics. The population in this research is consumers shopping at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The number of samples was 100 people obtained using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. Meanwhile, the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 21.00 program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this research show that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang, the Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at the Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang, and Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on the Eiger Purchase Decision at Eiger Adventure Store Damar Padang.]]>

<![CDATA[The Provincial Regional People's Legislative Council (DPRD) is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as the administrative factor for provincial regional administration. The provincial DPRD consists of members of political parties participating in universal elections who are selected through universal elections. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of competence and work environment variables on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using data processing techniques for validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression testing and test t with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of West Sumatra Province.]]>
