Abstract

This study explores how startup founders can transform early failures into long-term success. The research aims to identify key strategies and practices employed by founders to address and overcome failures. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology is utilized to analyze existing studies on startup failures and the recovery efforts undertaken by founders. The findings indicate that successful founders leverage strong business networks, continuous innovation, and personal motivation to propel their companies forward. Additionally, the development of a competent and diverse team, along with effective communication with investors, significantly enhances the likelihood of success. The study concludes that although early failures are common among startups, such failures can become valuable experiences that contribute to future success when managed strategically.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in organizations, creating a need for effective digital leadership, and adaptation in organizational culture. This transformation not only affects technological aspects, but also impacts how organizations operate. This systematic literature review aims to explore the role of digital leadership and organizational culture that have implications for improvement employee performance in the digital era. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study analyzes recent literature on digital leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance in the context of digital transformation. The SLR method is conducted through systematic searches in academic database, study selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction, and synthesis of findings. The results of the review show that digital leadership plays a crucial role in facilitating organizational adaptation to new technologies and driving innovation. Organizational culture that supports digitalization has been found to have a positive impact on employee performance. The interaction between digital leadership and organizational culture creates an environment conducive to increasing productivity, creativity, and employee engagement. Abstract

The Galeri Indonesia Kaya in Jakarta is a unique public space that uses digital technology to blend cultural education and interactive entertainment. This study investigates the management of this gallery as an urban tourist attraction with a focus on its educational and entertaining approach. The research aims to explore the management model of the Galeri Indonesia Kaya, assess the effectiveness of integrating education and entertainment concepts, and analyze its impact on urban tourism. Through a qualitative case study methodology, data was gathered using observation, interviews, and document analysis. The analysis revealed six main elements of management: regulation, maintenance, investment, coordination, social participation, and preservation of local culture and identity. Despite challenges in maintaining technology, the findings demonstrate that the gallery successfully balances educational and entertainment aspects through seven digital art attractions. The gallery serves as a vital public education platform and promotes positive social interaction in Jakarta. This study contributes to developing a model for managing cultural public spaces in the digital age, emphasizing the gallery's potential as an innovative example in preserving and promoting Indonesian culture. The research provides valuable insights for policymakers and cultural managers on integrating technology into cultural preservation and urban tourism development.

Abstract

This research is tended to explore the cause of declining interest in the annual food festival in Banjarmasin, Pasar Wadai Ramadhan (Ramadhan Cake Fair). This festival has been running for 38 years and only during the month of Ramadhan. It originally sells traditional delicacies and as time goes by some local spectacles are shown during the festival to attract more visitors. The aim of this research is to provide a contribution to the image strengthening of Banjaresse culture as well as economic sustainability for the people in South Kalimantan. SWOT analysis was used to conduct obtain the result of this research. The use of SWOT analysis to conduct this research is to bring out the result by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the steps done, the result showed the cause of a lesser audience of this festival is due to the changes of occurring place for the event. To keep this annual festival sustainable, support from local authorities and locals is crucial in implementing a sustainable festival management strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar Reog Ponorogo tidak hilang ditelan zaman dan masyarakat paham dan mau ikut serta melestarikan kebudayaan tradisional asli Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan festival Reog memiliki tantangan internal dan tantangan eksternal dalam pelestariannya sebagai warisan budaya leluhur bangsa, adapun tantangan yang di hadapi ialah perubahan nilai budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, perubahan teknologi, globalisasi, dan regulasi kebijakan pemerintah, hingga saat ini terhalang oleh pandemi covid-19. Kesimpulan bahwa Festival Reog menghadapi berbagai tantangan internal dan eksternal, seperti perubahan nilai budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, perkembangan teknologi, regulasi, serta dampak pandemi. Namun, dengan strategi yang tepat, tantangan tersebut bisa diatasi, memperkuat pelestarian budaya, dan mengembangkan Festival Reog sebagai produk pariwisata yang bermanfaat secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan riset lebih lanjut terkait Reog Ponorogo dan pengembangannya. Kata Kunci: Festival Lokal, Industri Kreatif, Kebudayaan, Reog Ponorogo, Studi Kebudayaan, Sumber Daya Manusia.
