There are two methods used, namely direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. In addition, LAZISNU also provides special services for donors in the form of a donation pick-up service. Evaluation of the strategy or controlling fundraising zakat infaq shadaqah at LAZISNU Pamekasan Regency is held every month which is packaged with the column "lailatul ijitma'" to correct and improve strategy implementation so that it remains consistent in carrying out the fundraising strategy even though it is faced with internal and external problems.

The biggest problem that arises is that there are business people who do not have collateral so it is difficult to get business capital. The existence of PNM Mekaar Syariah in the village community with a business capital distribution service without collateral is very helpful. This research is important to carry out with the aim of analyzing the business capital service system provided by PNM Mekaar Syariah to customers in Ganding District, Sumenep. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The results of this research outline the data that in providing business capital funding assistance, the Ganding branch of PNM Mekaar Syariah does not use collateral but uses a joint responsibility system and provides village communities with business training and supervision of business growth. Sharia banking has a vital role in supporting economic progress in society, especially business actors such as MSMEs. However, not all MSMEs respond productively to the financing issued by Sharia banks, such as furniture MSMEs in Karduluk Village, Sumenep Regency, which still rarely utilize financing products from Sharia banks. This research aims to identify the problem of the lack of interest of Furniture MSMEs in Karduluk village in taking out Sharia Banking financing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study type of research. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis reduces data, presents the data, then concludes the data that has been presented. The subjects of this research were taken from Furniture MSMEs in Karduluk Village. The results of this research provide data that the interest of MSME furniture players in Karduluk village, Sumenep in choosing Sharia banking financing products is still relatively low. This is evident from the 30 informants that researchers interviewed, there are only 3 MSME players who carry out financing at sharia banks. The reasons are different, such as lack of promotion from Islamic banks or it is easier to borrow funds from relatives.

This study assesses the potential for financial distress in Bank Muamalat Indonesia the country’s pioneering Islamic bank by integrating financial ratio analysis with the Springate predictive model. Triggered by persistent fluctuations in profitability metrics, the study investigates whether key financial indicators. Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) significantly influence financial distress. Using a descriptive quantitative design and quarterly data from 2016 to 2022, multiple regression results indicate that none of the selected ratios exert a statistically significant effect (p > 0.05). However, the Springate model consistently produced S-scores above the distress threshold (0.862), indicating financial resilience throughout the study period. The findings suggest that while traditional performance ratios may lack predictive accuracy in this context, the Springate model provides a more reliable early-warning framework for assessing financial health. This study contributes to the literature on financial risk diagnostics in Islamic banking and offers practical implications for enhancing Shariah-compliant internal supervision systems.

This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) partially and simultaneously on financing at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The object of this research is the quarterly financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2018-2022. Data collection techniques using documentation through data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of the t-test analysis show that partially the DPK variable has no influence on financing with a significant value of 0.100 > 0.05 and a calculated t value of 1.748 < t table 2.120. The NPF variable has no influence financing, as the significance value is 0.308 > 0.05 with a calculated t value of 1.054 < t table 2.120. The CAR variable has a significant influence on financing. This is proven by a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 7.131 > t table 2.120. Simultaneously, the DPK, CAR, and NPF variables have a significant influence on financing. This is proven by the sig-F value of 0.00 < 0.05 and the comparison of calculated F value 21,773 > F table 3.20. The predictive ability of these three variables on financing is 76.6% as shown by the Adjusted R Square, while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

The Islamic financial market is becoming increasingly integrated globally, including the China Sharia Index and the Indonesia Sharia Index. However, in certain situations such as the 2024 presidential election, market dynamics may experience asymmetric spillover effects. High political uncertainty during the election has the potential to increase risks and volatility, altering the transmission pattern of information from the Chinese market to Indonesia disproportionately. This study aims to examine the influence of the China Sharia Index on the Indonesia Sharia Index during the 2024 presidential election and to analyze the role of asymmetric spillover. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using daily secondary data. Analysis was conducted through simple linear regression after passing classical assumption tests, which indicated that the data is normally distributed, with no heteroscedasticity and no autocorrelation. The results show that the China Sharia Index has a positive and significant influence on the Indonesia Sharia Index with an R Square of 81.4%. Spillover is stronger during a market downturn, indicating an asymmetric effect. Political uncertainty during the 2024 election strengthens investor responses to negative risks, making political and economic stability crucial for the resilience of Indonesia's Islamic capital market.
