Abstract

Saat ini di PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Cabang Cikarang masih belum memiliki Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu pelanggan dan inventory untuk mengefisienkan waktu pengecekan status order dari sparepart yang sudah dipesan dan inventory kesulitan untuk memisahkan stok sparepart hotline order dengan stok reguler gudang. Seringkali tanpa sengaja menjual stock hotline order kepada pelanggan reguler. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hotline Order dibuat yaitu untuk mempermudah pelanggan mengatahui status barang yang dipesan dan inventory memisahkan stok sparepart hotline order dan reguler agar ketika order komplit, sparepart dapat segera diambil oleh pelanggan. Sistem Informasi Hotline Order dibuat dengan menggunakan metode penelitian waterfall dan dilakukan pengujian dengan media blackbox agar dapat memproses data dan hasil yang diharapkan. Dengan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Monitoring Hotline Order di PT. Daya Anugrah Mandiri Cikarang berbasis web, pelanggan dapat mendapatkan informasi status barang yang dipesan. Sehingga dapat segera mengambil pesanannya tepat waktu dan akan membantu inventory dalam pemisahan sparepart Hotline Order dengan sparepart reguler.

Abstract

Perkembangan fintech di Indonesia semakin meningkat dengan adanya e-commerce. Salah satunya adalah dompet digital ShopeePay, ShopeePay merupakan dompet digital yang dikeluarkan oleh PT Airpay International Indonesia, resmi dilisensikan oleh Bank Indonesia pada Agustus 2018 dan pada Januari 2019 resmi diluncurkan. Kemudahan serta promosi cashback yang diberikan menjadi keunggulan bagi ShopeePay yang mampu mempengaruhi minat untuk menggunakan kembali ShopeePay. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan dan promosi cashback terhadap minat untuk menggunakan kembali dompet digital ShopeePay. Metode penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online dengan goole form. Analisis data regresi linier dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan promosi cashback berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keinginan untuk menggunakan kembali dompet digital ShopeePay. Kata Kunci: Presepsi Kemudahan; Promosi Cashback; Minat Menggunakan Kembali; ShopeePay.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on human resources, the impact on unemployment, the effectiveness of work from home, the impact on workers' mental health, and the effect on the quality of the workforce. . The object of research focuses on employment. The method of collecting data from research was carried out through literature studies with gap analysis method and descriptive method. Namely, with data sourced from reputable journals and information media. The results showed that the Covid-19 Pandemic increased the unemployment rate, increasing the anxiety and stress level of workers and the existence of work from home decreases the productivity level of workers so that the quality of human resources decreases. Implementation work from home (WFH) during a pandemic caused unrest that working at home can mengurungi work productivity, make it increasingly difficult to be cooperation not directly, as well as the impact on pe declined an 'll salaries of workers .

Abstract

Di era masa kini, banyak bermunculan usaha kuliner dengan segala ciri khas maupun keunggulannya. Usaha kuliner ini sangat digemari oleh semua kalangan, terutama generasi milenial. Makanan yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia salah satunya yaitu jenis makanan pedas. Banyaknya bisnis kuliner makanan pedas di indonesaia ini memicu para pelaku usaha berlomba dengan ketat dalam wujud persaingan yang beragam. Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, cita rasa, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mie Gacoan di Kota Karawang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang diambil dari populasi yang telah ditentukan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Mie Gacoan cabang Karawang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu memakai metode non-probabilitty sampling bentuk purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara survei menggunakan kuesioner dan disebarkan secara online melalui google forms. Semua variabel dalam penelitian ini diukur menggunakan 5 (lima) skala Likert. Teknik pengolahan data hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics 25 yaitu dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan cita rasa tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci : Harga, Cita Rasa, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan produk kecantikan di Indonesia mengalami kemajuan yang cepat dan pesat. Saat ini produk kecantikan seperti kosmetik mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat serta menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan citra merek (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) produk kosmetik MS Glow. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden sserta mmenggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Studi Kepustakaan ang berkaitan dengan topik pada penelitian ini. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen MS Glow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu software IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk dan citra merek terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian. AbstractThe development of beauty products in Indonesia is progressing rapidly and rapidly. Currently, beauty products such as cosmetics have experinced a very rapid increase and become the needs of people in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) for MS Glow cosmetic products. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents and uses secondary data obtained from literatur studies related to the topic in this study. The population used in this study is MS Glow consumers with  a total sample of 55 respondents. In this study usig probability sampling technique with rndom sampling. The data analysis technique in this study usus multiple linier regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software tool. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously product qualit and brand image have a significant ifluence on purchasing decision, partially product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Buying Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh promosi melalui media sosial dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di wilayah Karawang baik secara parsial ataupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 40 konsumen MS Glow dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling serta teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi menggunakan media sosial dan word of mouth secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi bagi Pemasar MS Glow terkait strategi promosi di media sosial dan word of mouth yang efektif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Promosi, Social Media, Word Of Mouth,dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain whether or not brand loyalty and digital marketing influence purchasing decisions simultaneously. The approach taken in this research method is quantitative. Through the use of the Google form link, questionnaires were distributed in order to collect the data used in this study. A purposive sampling strategy was used to collect samples from 110 @Scarlett_Whitening customers in Malang City. The hypothesis was tested using the t test (partial), the F test (simultaneous), and the determination test (R2) in the multiple linear regression analysis method. Digital marketing has a significant positive impact on @Scarlett_Whitening's purchasing decisions, and brand loyalty has a significant positive impact as well, according to some of the study's findings. Digital marketing and brand loyalty have a significant positive impact on @Scarlett_Whitening's purchasing decisions, according to the study's findings simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, price, and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for coffee promises soul. Purchasing decision is one of the company's business goals that can have an impact on the continuity of the company's operations. The population used in this research is consumers who have purchased and used the product of Jiwa Jiwa coffee. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling method, with 100 respondents as a sample member. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The test results show that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and lifestyle has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus, it is expected that copy of the soul promise can maintain and improve quality and strategy in conformity with lifestyle, product quality, promotion and brand image because this has an influence on consumer purchasing decisions in making purchases.

Abstract

The success of an organization, both large and small, is not solely determined by the available natural resources, but much is determined by the quality of human resources whose role is to plan, implement and control the organization concerned. However, the continuity of development currently being carried out in our country can only be maintained if the quality of existing human resources receives serious attention from the government. A hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Along with the increase in education and social economic growth in society and in welcoming the era of globalization, the understanding of health has also increased, this is indicated by the increasing criticality of the community towards the services provided by a hospital, it is necessary to improve efforts, including oriented to patients including patient satisfaction. patients for hospital services. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely analyzing HR data and information obtained from the hospital. The sampling technique used in this study, namely snowball sampling, is a sampling technique that is initially carried out in small quantities, then the first selected sample is asked to choose the next sample, which in the end the number of samples will increase, like a rolling snowball that gets bigger and bigger. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was compiled based on the indicators of the research variables. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that can be calculated relating to the problem under study, namely hospital HR reports and qualitative data, namely data that cannot be counted or is not in the form of numbers obtained from the results interview. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of hospital human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, employee involvement and organizational culture on staff performance. The Central Java Provincial Cooperative Micro-SME Office has an important role and task in the formation or leadership of small and medium-sized micro-cooperatives, the scope of factors that can improve the efficiency of human resources in carrying out their tasks must be looked at 162 officials of small and medium-sized cooperatives in Central Java Province participated in this study, and 110 respondents participated in this study. The analysis results using multiple linear regression showed that motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment and improving employee performance, and commitment has a positive effect on improving staff and applying the influence of organizational culture to moderate the current structure to achieve staff improvement. performance of resources.
