Abstract

Media sosial sangat penting untuk pemasaran digital karena memungkinkan interaksi langsung dengan audiens, memperluas jangkauan, memungkinkan penargetan yang lebih tepat, hingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek. Media sosial memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek (brand awareness). Dengan media sosial, perusahaan dapat menyebarkan informasi tentang produk dan layanan merek kepada target audiens. Sanji Eatery merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang food and beverages yang telah memanfaatkan media sosial. Namun, penggunaan media sosial Sanji Eatery belum dapat digunakan secara maksimal, seperti konten yang belum beragam hingga engagement rate yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, proyek ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk (1) Meningkatkan brand awareness Sanji Eatery dengan mengoptimalkan platform sosial media, Instagram dan TikTok. (2) Meningkatkan engagement rate social media khususnya Instagram dan TikTok Sanji Eatery. (3) Mengoptimalkan pengelolaan konten marketing pada Instagram dan TikTok Sanji Eatery. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah mengoptimalkan media sosial hingga meningkatkan tingkat keterlibatan (engagement rate). Dengan pengelolaan media sosial yang maksimal dan engagement rate yang meningkat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek (brand awareness) pada Sanji Eatery.

Abstract

This paper examines the quality of human resources and the welfare of RA teachers, which so far still show a number of limitations. These two problems need to be studied, along with the large gap between the basic education levels (early education / preschool) and secondary and tertiary education. Whereas PAUD education is the basic development for junior and senior high education. The purpose of this study was to capture the quality of human resources and the welfare of RA teachers, as well as the alternatives offered to solve these two problems. Based on the results of field studies, it can be described that the quality of RA teachers (especially in the city of Bandung) is generally still low. This can be seen from the input qualifications of RA teachers who on average graduate from high school or undergraduate non-PAUD education. Likewise, the teacher competency input still does not meet the standards. Meanwhile, in the aspect of welfare, the average monthly honorarium for RA teachers is around Rp. 300 000, -. This nominal is much lower than the UMR in Bandung, which is currently around Rp. 2.3 million rupiah. Responding to this low quality and welfare, the researcher offers the concept of strengthening the quality of Arabic for RA teachers as a first step in creating distinctions (uniqueness) in the school. Based on the field analysis, schools that have a distinction in language (Bilingual Kindergarden-for example) generally have high selling power so that the problem of low recognition and teacher welfare can be resolved. ABSTRAK Paper ini mengkaji tentang mutu SDM dan kesejahteraan guru RA yang selama ini masih menunjukan sejumlah keterbatasan. Dua persoalan tersebut perlu dikaji, seiring dengan adanya kesenjangan yang begitu jauh antara jenjang pendidikan dasar (pendidikan usai dini/prasekolah) dengan pendidikan ditingkat menengah dan tinggi. Padahal pendidikan PAUD merupakan basic pengembangan untuk jenajang pendidikan menengah dan atas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memotret mutu SDM dan kesejahteraan guru RA, serta alternative yang ditawarkan untuk pemecahan kedua persoalan tersebut. Berdsarkan hasil studi lapangan, dapat digambarkan mutu guru RA (khususnya di kota Bandung) umumnya masih rendah. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari input kualifikasi guru RA yang rata-rata tamatan SMA atau S1 non pendidikan PAUD. Demikian juga dari input kompetensi guru masih belum memenuhi standar. Sedangkan dalam aspek kesejahteraan, honorarium bulanan guru RA rata-rata berada di kisaran Rp. 300 000,-. Nominal ini jauh lebih rendah dibanding UMR kota Bandung yang saat ini berada di kisaran Rp. 2,3 juta rupiah. Menyikapi rendahnya mutu dan kesejahteraan ini, peneliti menawarkan konsep penguatan mutu bahasa Arab bagi guru RA sebagai langkah awal melahirkan distingsi (kekhasan) di sekolah tersebut. Berdsarkan analisis lapangan, sekolah-sekolah yang memiliki distingsi dalam kebahasaan (Bilingual Kindergarden-misalnya) umumnya memiliki daya jual (selling power) yang tinggi sehingga persoalan rendahnya pengakuan dan kesejahteraan guru dapat teratasi

Abstract

This study analyzes the differences and similarities between Maqashid Syariah and Maqashid Al-Qur'an from the perspective of Islamic research. Maqashid Al-Qur'an encompasses universal moral, social, and spiritual values to guide humanity towards justice, mercy, and balance in life. Meanwhile, Sharia is defined as the purpose of Islamic law to protect the five basic human needs (daruriyyat): religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property. In this study, a qualitative-descriptive approach is applied. The content analysis method was used on primary and secondary literature, which includes classical literature, exegesis, and contemporary journals. The research results show that the Maqashid Al-Qur'an provides guidelines for universal values relevant to global issues, while the Maqashid Syariah focuses on the application of practical law. Their goals are the same: to produce maslahah (benefit) and prevent mafsadah (harm). By offering a framework that integrates two paradigms to address modern issues such as social justice, the environment, and global peace, this research contributes to the development of Islamic studies

Abstract

Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan adalah suatu hal penting yang saling berhubungan dalam menentukan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh kepemimpinan yang efektif dan budaya organisasi yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat memotivasi dan membangun komitmen karyawan, sementara budaya organisasi yang mendukung kolaborasi dan inovasi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Dengan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kombinasi dari kedua faktor tersebut sangat signifikan dalam mewujudkan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah di tetapkan bersama.

Abstract

The development of tourist villages is one of the strategic efforts to maximize local potential while improving community welfare. Tourist villages not only focus on the exploration of natural and cultural resources but also involve local communities as the main subjects in management. Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency, has natural tourism potential that can be developed into a tourist village, one of which is Curug Panganten which is a water tourism. However, it has not run optimally, several problems have hampered its development, such as the lack of competent tourist village managers and the absence of village regulations (Perdes) as a legal basis for tourism management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data obtained were analyzed to understand the characteristics and obstacles faced in the development of tourist villages. The results of the study show that the potential for Curug Panganten tourism in Tanjungsari Village has not been managed optimally due to the lack of human resources trained in tourism management and the absence of regulations that systematically regulate tourism management and development. In addition, community involvement and support from the local government still need to be improved to create a sustainable tourist village. The hope for the future is that the formation of Perdes can be the first step in realizing a more structured tourism management, followed by training for tourism managers to increase capacity and professionalism. With clear regulations and good management, Tanjungsari Village is expected to develop into a competitive tourist destination and provide economic and social benefits for the local community.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data dari Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) Indonesia tahun 2021 mencatat sekitar 30% perawat melaporkan mengalami kelelahan kerja. Pada tahun 2022 persentase kelelahan kerja mengalami peningkatan yaitu sekitar 40-50% perawat melaporkan mengalami kelelahan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja perawat di Puskesmas Unaaha. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Unaaha Kabupaten Konawe Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, pada tanggal 21 April 2025 sampai dengan 05 Mei 2025. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Puskesmas Unaaha sebanyak 62 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 perawat. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-square pada batas kemaknaan perhitungan statistik p value (0,05). Hasil: uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai kemaknaan pada variabel masa kerja p-value = 0,529, lingkungan kerja p-value = 0,018 dan beban kerja p-value = 0,015. Kesimpulan: Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa tidak ada hubungan signifikan masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja perawat, ada hubungan signifikan lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja perawat di Puskesmas Unaaha. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya, dapat memperluas variabel yang diteliti terkait kelelahan kerja perawat, seperti kepribadian, dukungan sosial keluarga dan gaya hidup sehat

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of the Cilampunghilir Village Head in implementing village governance. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, including the village head, village secretary, village officials, hamlet heads, and relevant community leaders. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the village head's leadership style tends to be democratic and participatory. The village head emphasizes collective decision-making by prioritizing consensus through deliberation and encouraging citizen involvement in every step of governance. In decision-making, the village head strives to involve the wider community so that policy outcomes are well-received. In terms of motivation, the village head actively provides encouragement, rewards, and builds reciprocal cooperation with village officials and residents. He recognizes the importance of appreciation and trust in order to build a cooperative work environment. Furthermore, in communication, the village head is known for being open, accessible, and willing to listen to the aspirations of villagers. In terms of controlling subordinates, the village head provides clear direction, delegates tasks according to competence, and enforces discipline to ensure the smooth implementation of village programs. This indicates a leadership style that balances authority with empowerment. However, the study also identified several weaknesses, including a lack of representation of marginalized groups, low frequency of outreach activities, and unequal access to information. Therefore, it is recommended that deliberation forums be strengthened with a more inclusive approach, diversified outreach methods through the use of digital channels, and increased transparency be implemented to optimize village governance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and implement an effective digital marketing strategy in increasing brand awareness of Tanzif, a natural soap brand, through optimizing the use of Instagram and TikTok social media. With an approach that involves content marketing and paid ads. The project focused on increasing brand awareness through the engagement rate of the Tanzif brand. The results obtained from the project implementation showed an increase in engagement rate on the Instagram platform and a decrease on the TikTok platform over the 3 months of the project, with Instagram from 0.96% to 1.35% and TikTok 7.48% to 5.77%. The decrease on the TikTok platform was due to audience growth that was not matched by an increase in engagement. In addition, there was an increase of 40 Instagram followers and 219 followers on TikTok. These findings suggest that the content-based marketing and paid advertising strategies implemented were successful in attracting audience attention. The recommendations resulting from this research are to continue the use of content calendar and content pillar to ensure content consistency, as well as maximizing Instagram features such as Reels, TikTok videos, and live streaming to expand market reach, collaboration with micro-influencers and improved visual product documentation are highly recommended. Regularly analyzing account performance on social media is also necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing strategies implemented.

Abstract

Law is a tool to manage the social life, either as social control or as social engineering. But there is a problem: thelaw exactly almost always left behind of the objects that is regulated. So, there will be always gap between law and social behavior, either significant or not. This problem will be serious if the gap between formal regulation and social reality that happened has passed over the normal boundaries, in which the fact of law has fallen behind from the social reality has been too significant, but there is no realization of the adjusments that should have been done. At that time the huge gaps happens and so do the strained situation between social changing and the law that regulates it. This writing tried to explain how the ability of law to adjust with the social changing.

Abstract

Segmentasi pasar jasa pendidikan merupakan salah satu pogram yang dilakukan oleh berbagai institusi pendidikan guna mengupayakan dalam meningkatkan pelanggan (peserta didik), di tengah banyaknya persaingan. Pemasaran atau promosi adalah hal dalam kategori yang tidak dapat dipisahkan pada organisasi begutupun dalam dunia pendidikan. Jadi, pihak sekolah harus menentukan pengaturan dan strategi pemasaran yang luar biasa untuk mencapai keberhasilan visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Topik ini dipandang mampu mempengaruhi, karena proses pemasaran jasa pendidikan juga mendukung serta mengajak sekolah dalam berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan meyakinkan dengan cara menawarkan produk atau jasa yang ada di lembaga pendidikan (Sekolah). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan kajian literatur dan menginventarisasi literatur–literatur yang memiliki kesamaan data yang dibutuhkan.
