Abstract

Human Resource Management is the process of managing people through planning, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, rewarding, career, occupational health and safety, and maintaining employment until the end of working period to achieve organizational goals and improve the welfare of stakeholders. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the effect of reward, punishment and leadership on the performance of village officials in Cermee Bondowoso with work motivation as an intervening variable. The target population in this study was village officials in Cermee Bondowoso, as many as 40 people, who were then processed as research samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment have a positive but not significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Reward and punishment has a significant positive effecton performance through work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effecton Performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity carried out by companies to market or promote goods or services. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of price, service quality, and purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng JMK (Jembatan Merah Klatakan). The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that price had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction, service quality had a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, purchasing decisions had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that the price variable had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions , service quality had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of taste, location and service quality on consumer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Yo Wes Mie Situbondo outlet. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Structural Equation Models – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Location has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Location has an insignificant negative effect on Consumer Loyalty, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality has an effect positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Purchase Decision has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Taste has a positive and insignificant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions, Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Decisions Purchase.

Abstract

Human resources are individuals capable of and willing to assist an organization in achieving its goals. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction, as well as the performance of human resources in Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village of Panji Sub-District. The population in this study consists of all employees of Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village in Panji Sub-District, totaling 38 employees, both civil servants (ASN) and non-civil servants. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing of this research employed Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that motivation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a negative influence on job satisfaction, but it is not significant. Motivation has a significant positive influence on performance. Work discipline has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. Job satisfaction has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. The results of hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that motivation does not significantly affect performance through job satisfaction. Work discipline does not significantly affect performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is the beginning of a sale. In sales, performance is measured based on how many transactions were successfully closed and some value from the transaction. Judging from the timeframe, selling aims to get marketshare where Product diversity, Prouct quality and Promotion become weapons in selling. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test Analysis Factor Which Influence Buying Decision On House Eat Dapoer Liv’s in Situbondo With Interest Buy As Variable Intervening. The population in this study were consumers of the Dapoer Liv’s restaurant. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique. This data analysis and testing uses the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Based on the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the research result show that Product diversity has a significan effect on purchasing interest. Produc quality has a positive but not significan effect on Purchasing interest. Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchasing interest. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on Purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion have a significan positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product diversity has a positive but not significan effect on Purchasing decisions through Purchasing interest. Abstract

Work discipline is the most important element in employee performance, especially ASN who work in government agencies, especially in the health sector. Hospitals have an important role in increasing human life expectancy, for this reason hospitals have an important role in forming quality ASN. ASN in hospitals must be superior and competitive human resources through work discipline, compensation and work environment. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the variables Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on ASN Performance at Besuki Regional Hospital with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was ASN RSUD Besuki. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Structural Equation Models – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application, show that Work Discipline has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Compensation has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Environment has a significantly positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance , Compensation has a positive but not significant influence on Performance, Work Environment has a positive but not significant influence on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has a positive but not significant influence on Performance, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant influence on Performance through Work Motivation, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant influence significant to Performance through Work Motivation, Work Environment has a positive but not significant influence on Performance through Work Motivation.

Abstract

Human resource management is the management and utilization of resources available in individual. This research used work facilities and work discipline variables as the independent variables and job satisfaction and performance as the dependent variables. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the influence of work facilities and work discipline on state civil apparatus performance through Job satisfaction at Civil Registry Service Office of Situbondo. The population in this study was 33 state civil apparatus and the sample used was 33 state civil apparatus at Civil Registry Service Office of Situbondo. The analysis and testing method in this research applied Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application reveale that work facilites have a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, work facilities have a negative but not significant influence on performance, work discipline has a significant positive influence on performance , job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on performance. The results of indirect influence hypothesis test showed that work facilities variable has no significant negative influence on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive influence on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tourism sector companies play a significant role in the economy and represent a major source of state revenue. Tourism can be developed as a source of income, both for regional revenue and for the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of cash flow, capital structure, and company size on stock prices through profitability. This study employs both descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population consists of 50 tourism sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2023 period. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that cash flow has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, capital structure has a positive but insignificant effect on profitability, company size has a negative and significant effect on profitability, cash flow has a negative but insignificant effect on stock price, capital structure has a significant positive effect on stock price, company size has a positive but insignificant effect on stock price, profitability has a positive but insignificant effect on stock price, cash flow has a positive but insignificant effect on stock price through profitability, the capital structure has a positive but insignificant effect on stock price through profitability, and company size has a negative but insignificant effect on stock price through profitability.

Abstract

Finance is a sub-field in a company that is related to how to manage funding sources, funding opportunities, investment decisions, and capital structure. The company can decide to determine the capital structure that the company should have through capital structure management. To achieve this goal the company must pay attention to the company's financial management. Advertising, printing and equipment sector companies consisting of 24 companies. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of financial performance, dividend policy, and company size on company value with share price as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods. The populations in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with a sample of 8 companies. This sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, company size has a significant positive effect on stock prices, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect. The significant effect on company value, dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on company value, company size has a negative but not significant effect on company value, share prices have a significant positive effect on company value, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on company value through share prices , dividend policy has a negative but not significant effect on company value through share prices, and company size has a positive but not significant effect on company value through share prices.

Abstract

The business world in the current era is getting tighter, especially in the world of marketing competition, which makes business owners must have a superior strategy in facing competition out there. Business actors are required to have high creativity and innovation in order to attract the attention of consumers in using their services or products. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Repurchase Interest through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at UD. Catering "N" in Situbondo. The target respondents of this research are UD consumers. Catering "N" using the simple random sampling method. Data and hypothesis analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Leas Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Price has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Product quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest through customer satisfaction.
