Abstract

Technological advances have fundamentally changed the business landscape and revolutionized entrepreneurial practices. In order to expand the business they own, entrepreneurs must not only pay attention to assets and profits, but also company values ​​must be built. Currently, firm size is no longer measured based on profits or assets, but also on company value. The aim of this research is to see the influence of Firm size, Growth opportunity, and Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is 32 plantation sub-sector companies registered on the IDX in 2019-2022. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method and a sample of 8 companies was obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the structural equation model-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.9 application, show that Firm size has a significant negative effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a significant negative effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value, Cash holding has a significant negative effect on Firm value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Firm size on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect, Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding has a negative but not significant effect, Leverage on Firm value through Cash holding has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction (2) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction (3) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance (4) to determine the effect of work environment on work performance (5) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work performance (6) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance through job satisfaction (7) to determine the effect of the work environment on work performance through job satisfaction. This research was analyzed through the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that the leadership variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership had no significant effect on work performance, work environment had a significant effect on work performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Leadership on work performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment on work performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

Puskesmas is one of the most important health facilities that carries out the task of providing health services to the entire community. The function of the puskesmas is as a health center for health development in its area. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the impact of organizational culture, workload and compensation on turnover intention with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Prajekan Bondowoso Public Health Center. The population in this study were all Non ASN employees at Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Prajekan Bondowoso Public Health Center with a population of 36 employees with sampling using saturated sampling techniques which means that it is taken as a whole. The analysis in this study used the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of hypothesis testing in direct influence using the Smart PLS 3. 0, shows that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation, workload has a positive insignificant effect on work motivation, compensation has a significant positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention, work motivation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation, workload has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation, and compensation has a positive insignificant effect on turnover intention through work motivation.

Abstract

Desa Panji Lor Kabupaten Situbondo merupakan salah satu desa yang masyarakatnya memiliki potensi usaha dilevel UMKM yang masih dapat dikembangkan, hanya saja perlu diberikan pemahaman literasi digital agar mampu lebih kreatif dalam mengembangkan pemasaran dan peningkatkan penjualan, kondisi tersebut muncul karena sistem penjualan langsung ditempat memiliki keterbatasan, maka dari itu dengan berkembangnya dunia digital, menjadi penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital dalam hal ini adalah media sosial, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran secara global. sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan ceramah, diskusi dan pemecahan kasus-kasus yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha di Desa Panji Lor, serta memberikan arahan strategi yang benar dan tepat dalam menggunakan media sosial, penjualan di platform, memilih market place, dan konsep e-Commerce, dengan adanya sosialisasi penguatan literasi digital ini diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas pemasaran dan meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The impact of leadership approach and organizational culture on shaping teacher performance, with work discipline serving as an intervening variable Human Resource Management stands as a field that focuses on efficiently and effectively managing the interactions and roles of resources, namely the workforce, possessed by individuals. The aim is to utilize these resources optimally to attain the objectives of educational institutions. The primary goal of this study is to ascertain whether variables like Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline exert a significant or insignificant impact on the performance of both Civil Servant (ASN) and Non-Civil Servant (Honorary) Teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Situbondo. The research methodology involves assessing validity, testing reliability, evaluating classical assumptions, measuring goodness of fit (GOF), and calculating the coefficient of determination The research findings reveal that the convergent validity test results indicate X1 = 0.625, X2 = 0.687, Y1 = 0.640, Y2 = 0.698. The reliability test outcomes show X1 = 0.798, X2 = 0.848, Y1 = 0.810, Y2 = 0.891. The classical assumption test demonstrates that the independent variables X1, X2, Y1 influence each other in a manner where the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) values are all below 5.00. The goodness of fit (GOF) test results confirm that the values of Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR), Chi-Square, and Normed Fit Index (NFI) meet the criteria, with the model's significance level being 0.592 (p > 0.05). The test for the coefficient of determination indicates that the combined impact of Variables (X1) and (X2) on Work Discipline (Y1) accounts for 41.7% of the variation, leaving 58.3% influenced by other unexamined factors. Abstract

Visi Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo (UNARS) sebagai kampus penggerak kewirausahaan berbasis pendidikan, Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Visi tersebut menjadi peluang bagi mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha sejak masih kuliah. Faktanya sebagian mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNARS sudah memiliki usaha sejak bangku kuliah baik usaha yang dirintis secara mandiri maupun melanjutkan usaha keluarga. Sebagian besar mahasiswa lainnya masih belum memulai usaha. Kelompok mahasiswa ini yang perlu mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan motivasi kewirausahaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa yang belum berwirausaha bervariasi mulai menilai dirinya tidak berbakat berwirausaha, merasa tidak mampu mengambil resiko dan memanfaatkan peluang usaha yang ada serta tidak adanya modal yang memadai untuk memulai usaha, selain itu mereka belum berwirausaha karena disebabkan kurangnya motivasi dan pengetahuan tentang berwirausaha. Motivasi bisa berasal dari dalam diri dan dari luar diri atau orang lain sebagai pemicu dalam berwirausaha. Maka perlu adanya pelatihan motivasi berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan jiwa berwirausaha. Tujuan pelatihan motivasi berwirausaha yaitu untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan dorongan mental yang diperlukan untuk memulai dan menjalankan usaha secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membangun pola pikir wirausaha yang optimis, kreatif, dan tangguh, sehingga mahasiswa mampu menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia bisnis. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan yaitu pendekatan Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP adalah pengetahun praktis bagaimana menggunakan otak dan mengoptimalkan bahasa untuk menghasilkan perilaku tertentu, dalam pelatihan ini perilaku yang diharapkan yaitu perilaku berwirausaha secara mandiri. Setelah pelatihan mahasiswa memahami potensi diri, minat dan bakat serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha secara mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, service quality and location variables partially on purchasing decision variables, to determine the effect of variable product diversity, service quality and location simultaneously on purchasing decision variables, to determine the effect of variables Product diversity, service quality and location were dominant in purchasing decision variables. The result of this research is multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = -6,909E-16 + 0,208X1 + 0,576X2 + (-0,124X3) + e. Partially product diversity has a significant positive effect with a value of 2.201, amounting to 1.985. Service quality has a significant positive effect with a value of 5.595, 1.985 and location has a significant positive effect with a value of -1.252, of -1.985. Simultaneously, the variable product diversity, service quality and location have an effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 21.574, amounting to 2.70. The variable with the most dominant influence in this study is the quality of service with a value of 5.595.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine how the factors of Motivation and Work Environment impact Employee Performance within the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency, with compensation acting as an intervening variable. This analysis was conducted through the application of the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that motivation has a significantly positive effect on compensation (H1 accepted), the work environment has a significantly positive effect on compensation (H2 accepted), motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (H3 rejected), the work environment has a significantly positive effect on employee performance (H4 accepted), compensation has a significantly positive effect on employee performance (H5 accepted), motivation has a significantly positive effect on employee performance through compensation (H6 accepted), and the work environment has a significantly positive effect on employee performance through compensation (H7 accepted).

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of leadership, reward and punishment partially effect on employee performance (2) to determine the effect of leadership, reward and punishment simultaneously influence on employee performance (3) to find out Among leadership. reward and the most dominant punishment influences employee performance. The method used is quantitative. The results of the research are multiple linear regression equation Y = 3,957E-16 + 0,328 X1 + 0,139 X2 + 0,641 X3 + e. partially significant positive effect on leadership with a t-value greater than t table (7,269) > (2,032) or sig α 0,000 < 0.05, reward indicates a t-count greater than t table (2,439) > (2,032) or sig α 0.020 < 0.05, punishment shows that the value of t is greater than table (2,383) > (2,032) or sig α 0,023 < 0.05. Simultaneously leadership, reward and punishment have an effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 44,309 values greater than the F table of 2.88 or an F count of 44,309 > F table of 2.88. The variable that has the most dominant influence in this study is the leadership with a value of 7,269. R2 value of the leadership, reward and punishment variables of 79,6% and the remaining 20,4% is influenced by other factors not included in the study

Abstract

Marketing is an interconnected activity between companies and consumers as a system to generate profits, for this reason the right marketing strategy can increase the attractiveness of culinary destinations through Taste, Price, and Location, Customer satisfaction and culinary consumer loyalty in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Taste, Price, and Location in determining consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in the study were consumers of Lesehan Ikan Bakar Cak Gabril in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Taste has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, Location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Taste has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, Location has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the variable Taste to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect, Price to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect, Location to consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.
