Abstract

The main goal of the study is to look into and evaluate how leadership styles affect how well employees perform at the Bandung City Main Branch Post Office. This study uses a descriptive methodology and a quantitative approach. Field research projects, surveys, and in-depth literature reviews are all used to collect data. The SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) programme, version 29, is used to analyse the gathered data. Validity, reliability, normalcy, heteroskedasticity, linearity, simple linear regression, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination are all included in the completed assessments. This study also shows how aspects of leadership styles such as accountability, communication skills, and decision-making capacity have a big impact on worker performance. The results of the t-test, where the computed t-value exceeds the tabulated t-value, namely 6.027 > 2.048, support this conclusion. Therefore, it can be concluded that variable X does in fact have an impact on variable Y. Keywords: Post Office, Leadership Style, Employee Performance, SPSS version 29

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of promotional strategies on purchasing decisions at the Crocs sandal store  in TSM Bandung. The author conducted the research using a quantitative method with a sample size of 30 respondents. Data was collected by distributing likert-scale questionnaires to the consumers of the TSM store. The author employed data analysis techniques such a validity, reliability, normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The obtained data was processed using SPSS 2022 by the author. Based on the results of the study using the t-test obtained a count value of 9,954 > r-table 2,037 and also determined a value of significance is 0,000 < 0,05 which means that the bound variable is affected by the free variable. According to the test results determination coefficient obtains a R-squared value of 78%. Therefore, based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that purchasing decisions are influenced by promotional strategies. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah 30 responden. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berskala likert yang disebarkan kepada para konsumen store TSM. Penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data seperti validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji-t. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 2022 oleh penulis, berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai sebesar 9,954 > r-tabel 2,037 dan ditentukan juga nilai signifikansi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti variabel terikat terpengaruh variabel bebas. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R-square 78%. Oleh karena, berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh strategi promosi.Kata kunci : Strategi Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the perception of comfort in driving electric motorcycles among TNI military personnel at PT. Len Industri (Persero) to identify factors influencing comfort and measure the impact of PT. Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycle product quality on interest and satisfaction in the military environment. The study adopts a quantitative method, employing purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection involves distributing Likert scale questionnaires to consumers or TNI military personnel using PT Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycles. The author employs data analysis techniques such as validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, t-test, F- test, and R-test. The data obtained are processed using SPSS 29. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated r-value is 5.323 > r-table 1.686, and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 is obtained, indicating that the related variables are influenced by independent variables. Referring to the coefficient of determination test results, an R square value of 86.7% is obtained. Thus, based on the analysis conducted, it is concluded that customer satisfaction is influenced by rider comfort and product quality.

Abstract

Examining the relationship between competence and productivity at PT Aroma Wangi Indonesia is the goal of this quantitative research. Thirty workers were selected using a purposive sampling method at random from the respondents inside the organization. We administered tests for normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity, and reliability to our Likert scale surveys, as well as t-tests, reliability analyses, and validity tests, among other statistical procedures, to ensure their data were accurate and reliable. Because the calculated r-value of 9.319 was more than the table r-value of 1.701, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05), the study's findings showed that the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test yielded a high R Squared value of 75.6%, lending credence to the hypothesis that competence has a substantial influence on the productivity of PT Aroma Wangi Indonesia personnel. There is a robust relationship between competency and output in the workplace, according to the findings.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatan mutu Pendidikan di Indonesia, guna meningkatkan kompetensi guru dibutuhkan kegiatan pelatihan yang mampu mewujudkan kompentensi guru. Penggunaan dan pengembangan Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu yang harus dikembangkan mengingat pentingnya media yang menarik dan inovatif sehingga mampu membangkitkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Saat ini berbagai macam aplikasi yang tersaji dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam bentuk electronic presentation. E-Presentation merupakan penerapan teknologi yang menghadirkan efektifitas pada aktivitas pembelajaran. Konsep e-presentation ialah guru dan siswa memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada kapanpun dan dimanapun secara real time, tidak perlu dilakukan secara tatap muka. Demi tercapainya pemahaman akan teknologi guru maka dilakukan pelatihan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan kompetensi guru, harapannya dengan diberikan pelatihan ini berupa pelatihan pembuatan e- presentation dengan mengunakan aplikasi canva dan diterapkan secara tatap muka dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi manfaat, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat mahasiswa menggunakan mobile banking di saat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode asosiatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 51 mahasiswa. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa menggunakan mobile banking di saat pandemi Covid-19. Persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa menggunakan mobile banking di saat pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 53.6% yang berarti minat mahasiswa menggunakan mobile banking dipengaruhi oleh persepsi manfaat, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan sebesar 53.6%.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Salapak Mikroshop support on the business sustainability of new micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung. A quantitative, associative research design was used to test the hypothesized causal relationship between Salapak support (independent variable) and MSME sustainability (dependent variable). Data were collected via closed-ended questionnaires (5-point Likert scale) from a random sample of the 80 micro-entrepreneurs participating in the Salapak program (culinary, fashion, and crafts sectors) and analyzed using SPSS. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all survey items were sound (Cronbach’s α = 0.960 for Salapak support; 0.922 for sustainability). Multiple regression results showed that Salapak support has a strong, positive, and statistically significant effect on MSME sustainability (β = 0.839, t = 13.531, p < 0.001). The model explains 70.4% of the variance in sustainability (R² = 0.704), indicating that Salapak support is a major determinant, while the remaining 29.6% is due to other factors. These findings imply that Salapak’s initiatives – including enhanced market access, business training/mentoring, and product promotion – substantially improve entrepreneurs’ ability to sustain their businesses. Future research should explore additional factors (e.g., digitalization, capital access) to fully understand MSME sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of the Utilization of Digital Technology (X) on the Sustainability of MSME Businesses (Y). In this research process, a quantitative method was applied with a random sampling technique, namely random sampling where each individual in the population has an equal chance of being selected. The results of this study show a stimulant influence on variable X on variable Y, with the results of data processed using SPSS 30 amounting to 93.5% while the remaining 6.5% comes from other factors outside the scope of this study and is not subject to further analysis. Although this shows the significant use of digital technology on the sustainability of MSME businesses, there are also other external factors that must be considered again in further research which will later obtain a more comprehensive picture of the sustainability of MSME businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work climate on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Skye Digipreneur Bandung. Work climate is measured through relationships between teachers, leadership, and communication, while job satisfaction is seen from comfort, appreciation, and opportunities for development. The study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample of the study was all 60 teachers, with a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire, which was tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that work climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The regression coefficient value of 0.702 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05) proves that the better the work climate, the higher the teacher job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.840 indicates that 84% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by work climate, while the remaining 16% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the importance of supportive leadership, effective communication, and harmonious working relationships in improving teacher satisfaction. It is recommended that further research involve a larger number of respondents and consider other variables that can influence teacher satisfaction. Work."
