Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen risiko merupakan aspek penting dalam bisnis e-commerce yang memungkinkan pengelolaan risiko-risiko yang terkait dengan operasional bisnis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki konsep manajemen risiko dalam konteks bisnis e-commerce dan mengusulkan strategi pengelolaan risiko yang efektif. Pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan digunakan untuk menyusun landasan teori yang meliputi definisi manajemen risiko, metode identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, dan strategi pengelolaan risiko. Artikel ini juga membahas beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam manajemen risiko e-commerce, seperti risiko keamanan data, penipuan, ketidaksesuaian peraturan, dan serangan siber. Metode penelitian yang direkomendasikan termasuk pengumpulan data sekunder melalui studi literatur, analisis kritis, dan sintesis informasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para praktisi bisnis e-commerce dalam mengidentifikasi risiko, mengukur dampaknya, dan menerapkan strategi pengelolaan risiko yang tepat. Pembahasan tentang implikasi praktis dan keterbatasan penelitian juga disajikan. Artikel ini memiliki nilai tambah bagi pemahaman manajemen risiko dalam bisnis e-commerce, serta memberikan dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) is an excellent product of PT Pegadaian which is distributed to the public with collateral of valuables and has a capital lease term based on a certain rate and a certain period of time that the customer must pay for the loan he receives. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) on capital lease income at PT Pegadaian (Persero) period years 2017-2021. The method used in this research is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, documentation, literature study and internet browsing. The results of the research show that Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) and capital lease income from 2017-2021 increase every year and decrease in 2021. Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) has a very strong influence, is positive or there is a significant unidirectional relationship to capital lease income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of industry type, firm size, profitability, leverage, and enviromental performance on the carbon emission disclosure. Measurement of carbon emission disclosure used content analysis. There are 18 items to detect carbon emission disclosure.Object in this study are companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2021. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained thirty three companies being sampled. Type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis used frequency table, descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this study showed that industry type, firm size and profitability significantly influence to the carbon emission disclosure. Meanwhile, leverage and enviromental performance had no significcant effect to the carbon emission disclosure.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of prices, promotions and marketing events on the customers’ repurchasing decision of Flashy products. The survey was conducted to 221 customers of Flashy Women's Clothing Bandung which is a brand of women's clothing from the age of 15-45 years. The data used for this research was collected through questionnaires distributed to the students of Polytechnic Piksi Ganesha who have had shopping experience in Flashy. This study used a structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the suitability of the theoretical model being analyzed related to empirical data, and to test the significance of the hypothesis. The results showed that the estimated coefficient of standardized regression in which price, promotion and event marketing have a significant influence on customer’s repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Ir. H. Djuanda Training Center of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. This research employs a quantitative method with purposive sampling, resulting in a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to employees at the Ir. H. Djuanda Training Center. The data analysis techniques used include validity tests and t-tests. The data obtained from the questionnaires were processed by the author using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated r-value was 6.948, which is greater than the table r-value of 2.037, and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating that the dependent variable has an effect on the independent variable. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test resulted in an R Square of 55.9%. Referring to the analysis, it can be concluded that compensation has an impact on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of human resource competencies on employee performance at Mixue outlets in Bandung City. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method. A sample of 33 individuals was obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to employees at various Mixue outlets in Bandung City. The author utilized data analysis techniques including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-tests. The collected data were then processed using SPSS 25. Based on the research results, the t-test yielded a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating that the related variable has an impact. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test resulted in an R Square value of 61.2%. Thus, based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that employee performance is influenced by human resource competencies.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi dan industry yang sejenis, membuat Toko DH Plastik harus mampu membuat strategi untuk terus mempertahankan keunggulan bisnisnya. Analisis Swot adalah rencana dan taktik yang direncanakan secara menyeluruh dan sistematis. agar berkembang dari waktu ke waktu sebagai pola arus keputusan yang bermakna dengan mengejar keunggulan pada Toko DH Plastik. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif desktiptif. Dimana peneliti akan mencari data yang bersangkutan dan berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara dan survey lapangan. Dari hasil wawancara dan survey lapangan dibuatlah Analisis SWOT dan Matriks SWOT. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa strategi yang perlu dilakukan oleh usaha Toko DH Plastik adalah inovasi dan diferensiasi produk, agar mampu memiliki keunggulan bersaing dan menaikan omset usaha. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Expenditure on Operational Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Mandiri. The population in this study consists of the financial reports of Bank Mandiri listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2023. This research employs a quantitative approach, and the research design utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the NPL and BOPO variables simultaneously affect ROA. Based on the t-test results, it can be concluded that the NPL variable does not have a significant partial effect on ROA, while the BOPO variable has a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions in Maera Indonesia’s online shop. The author investigated using quantitative research methods with a total of 38 respondents. The collection of data obtained in this study by disseminating likert scale questionnaires distributed to consumers and Maera Indonesia partniers. Thie author usies data analysis tiechniquies such as validity, rieliability, normality, hietierocadastisity, simplie liniear riegriession, dietiermination coiefficiients, and tiest-t. Thie data obtainied is prociessied using SPSS 22 by thie author. Basied on thie riesults of thie study using thie t tiest obtainied a count r valuie of 7,856 > r tablie 2,037 and also dietierminied a valuie of significancie is 0,000 < 0,05 which mieans that thie bound variablie is affiectied by thie frieie variablie. According to thie tiest riesults dietiermination coiefficiient obtains a R-squaried valuie of 63.2%. Thierieforie, basied on thie analysis carriied out thien it can bie concludied that thie purchasie diecision is influenced by the promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction at CV Charis Abadi, a custom furniture company in Bandung. Product quality is measured through three main indicators: product durability, aesthetics, and conformity to specifications, while customer satisfaction is measured through satisfaction levels, repeat orders, and recommendations to others. The method used is descriptive quantitative with data collected through questionnaires from 33 customers. The results of the analysis indicate a very strong positive and significant relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction (r = 0.881, p < 0.05). Simple linear regression reveals that product quality contributes 77.7% to the variation in customer satisfaction. This means that the better the product quality perceived by customers, the higher their level of satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of improving product quality, especially in aspects of durability, aesthetics, and conformity to specifications, as a key strategy to maintain customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. This study also provides recommendations for companies to continue innovating in product design and quality to meet evolving market needs and expectations.
