Abstract

Background :Anxiety is one of the first impacts of a child's hospitalization. This becomes very important to deal with when children cannot overcome their anxiety in a timely manner, they tend to resist treatment, and care, are afraid, embarrassed, and lose independence. Therefore, appropriate treatment is needed to reduce the anxiety response. There are many ways to reduce anxiety in children, one of which is play therapy. Objective :This study aims to determine the effect of stuffed toy therapy on anxiety in hospitalized children. Method :The design of this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The research sample was obtained by applying the Simple Random Sampling method and 17 respondents were selected. Results :The Spearman Rank test results obtained a p-value of 0.001. Conclusion :character play doll therapy significantly reduces anxiety in inpatient children aged 3-5 years. Keywords: anxiety; character dolls; play therapy

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the macronutrient content of local food (Sinonggi) and identify the level of acceptability (color, taste, smell, texture and crunchiness) of Sinonggi. This type of research is descriptive, with a total of 20 panelists. Data on the nutritional content of Sago was measured using the acceptance level using the Likert scale hedonic test. The results of this research found that Sago has a higher carbohydrate content than protein and fat, and the Sinonggi that many people like is Sinonggi S3.

Abstract

Hypercholesterolemia is a condition of elevated cholesterol levels in the blood that exceeds the normal limit, which is 240 mg / dl. Hypercholesterolemia cano beotreatedbwith pharmacologicalnandnnon-pharmacologicalnntherapies. Pharmacologicalm therapy of hypercholesterolemia can be carried out by taking cholesterol-lowering drugs. However, taking cholesterol-lowering drugs in the long term can cause adverse effects on the body, which can aggravate the work of the kidneys, myopathy, liver damage, and kidney failure. So that non-pharmacological therapy or traditional medicine is needed in reducing cholesterol levels, one of which is by consuming star fruit juice. This study aims to determine the effect of star fruit juice on decreasing cholesterol levels in hypercholesterolemia patients. The design used in this study is aopre-experimentalmdesign. By using the onengroupnpretestlposttestmapproach. The results of the statistical test using the Paired T Test obtained a p value of 0.000 (sig > 0.050) meaningnthatnHIi waslaccepted and H0 was rejected. In conclusion, there is an influence of star fruit juice on reducing cholesterol levels in hypercholesterolemia patients in the Kabawo Health Center Working Area, Muna Regency. Advice is expected for health workers to apply non-pharmacological therapy, especially the use ofo sta fruitojuice as aodecrease inm cholesterol levels in people with hypercholesterolemia
