Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Parepare. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, kuesioner, Dokumentasi dan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 33 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Prestasi Kerja (X1), Pengembangan Karir (X2) dan Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan (Y), Secara bersama-sama atau simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Di mana persamaan regresi Y = 7,641 + 0,407 X1 + 0,352 X2 + e. Dari hasil uji t atau parsial, dilihat dari variabel penilaian prestasi kerja didapatkan hasil perhitungan ttabel dimana thitung ≥ ttabel (2,168 ≥ 2,042) dan signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05). Selanjutnya dalam uji pengaruh secara simultan dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa Penilaian Prestasi Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan, dengan Fhitung (8,679) ≥ Ftabel (3,34). Dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variasi perubahaan variabel efektifitas kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh perubahan variabel bebas penilaian prestasi kerja dan pengembangan karir sebesar 36,7%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diharapkan dapat bermanfaat kepada semua pihak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan karir dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS) v.19 dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara Parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Selain itu ada pengaruh Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil statistik F hitung sebesar 62,893 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa “Diduga bahwa Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pinrang”.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi promosi dan pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada PT Honda Makassar Indah Cabang Parepare. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi langsung dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Promosi merupakan salah satu variabel yang sangat penting dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan dalam pemasaran produk atau jasanya. Kegiatan pemasaran dalam hal ini promosi sangat penting bagi perusahaan kecil maupun besar. Demikian halnya yang dilakukan oleh PT.Honda Makassar Indah Cabang Parepare diperlukannya suatu strategi promosi yang tepat untuk memasarkan produk yang akan dikenalkan kepada konsumen agar tercapai tujuan dari perusahaan tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BANK SULSELBAR BRANCH BARRU. The analytical methods used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and library research. Determination of the sample was determined by saturated sampling (census) and obtained as many as 41 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially Work Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Barru Branch. This is indicated by the value of the results of the t test analysis obtained by t count > t table, namely 4.782 > 2.024 and a significance value of 0.004 (< 0.05). And partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of the results of the t test analysis obtained by t count > t table, namely 4,768 > 2.024 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). (2) Simultaneously Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the value of the results of the F test analysis obtained by the value of F count > F table, namely 29,941 > 3.24 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the second hypothesis is accepted. (3) The results of the determination coefficient of 0.737 indicate the ability of the independent variable to affect the dependent variable, namely 73.7%, therefore for researchers who will research with the same theme, it is advisable to add other variables that are not yet present in this study or to examine other variables , so that research results can be even better and prove the hypothesis. It is possible that this will provide results of a comparison of the effects of previous studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a partial effect on the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. To find out the Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously affect the Performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch. This research was conducted using Quantitative Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and uses the program SPSS for windows 26. The data used in this study used primary data sourced from the results of questionnaire that had been filled out by respondents. The findings of this study show that the work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 2,265 > t table 2,032 with a significant of 0.030 < 0.05 and partial work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Parepare Branch with a calculated value of 7,266 > t table 2,032 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously influential with Fcalculate values of 45,833 > 3.28 t tables with significant values of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether leadership style and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. With the population being all employees at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap. In order for this research to be precise and proportional, in this study saturated sampling was used where population members were sampled. Thus the number of samples in this study were 39 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with tcount> ttable (5.595> 2.028) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (2) The Work Motivation variable (X2) has no partial effect on employee performance at PT Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with the results of tcount < ttable (1.341 < 2.028) and significant> 0.05 (0.188> 0.05). (3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Yamaha Suracojaya Sidrap with Fcount> Ftable (19.735> 3.28) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). (4) The value of R2 = 0.654 means that the influence of the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 65.4%. While the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, reward, workload, ability, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and competence on employee performance at the Immigration Checkpoint in Immigration Office II Parepare. The analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and the coefficient of determination to tests the hypotheses. The results of the study show that training partially affects employee performance, where as competence simultaneously affect employee performance. The R Square value obtained is 17,5%, indicating that the influence of training and competence on employee performance is 17,5%, while the remaining 82,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and discover the relationship between organizational culture and work environment variables on employee performance at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, both partial and simultaneous relationships. The analytical methods used in this research are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2 test) with a sample of 35 respondents.The research results show that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and partially significant influence on the performance (Y) of employees at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with a t-count value of 2.616 > t-table 2.042 and a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05 . The work environment (X2) has a positive and partially significant influence on the performance (Y) of employees at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with a calculated t-value of 4.046 > t table 2.042 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The variables organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance at the Parepare City Environmental Service Office, with an F-count value of 16.897 > F-table 3.31 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0, 05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work commitment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City.The population used in this research were 57 employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN of the Parepare City Land Agency using a saturated sampling technique, meaning using the entire population as the research sample. The descriptive analysis method uses a Likert scale as a measuring data was processed using SPSS software. The independent variables in this research are Work Commitment (X1), Compensation (X2). The dependent variable in this research is Job Satisfaction (Y). The results of this research show that the Work Commitment variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City with the results obtained tcount 4.582 > ttable 1.673 with significance (0.000 < 0.05). The Compensation Variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Parepare City Land Agency with the results obtained tcount 1.745 > ttable 1.673 which is significant (0.128 < 0.05). And for the work commitment variable, compensation has a simultaneous effect on the job satisfaction variable with the results obtained being Fcount (42,298) > Ftable (1.42).
