Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kepemimpinan Ali bin Abi Thalib sebagai khalifah keempat dalam sejarah Islam dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan peradaban Islam. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Ali yang berlandaskan pada keadilan, kesederhanaan, ilmu pengetahuan, dan spiritualitas, serta relevansinya terhadap tata pemerintahan dan etika sosial umat Islam masa kini. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap sumber-sumber klasik seperti Nahjul Balaghah dan karya sejarah Islam, serta referensi kontemporer yang mendukung analisis kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Ali bin Abi Thalib berkontribusi besar terhadap perkembangan hukum Islam, pendidikan, dan moral publik. Prinsip keadilan, amanah, dan kesetaraan yang ia terapkan menjadi dasar penting dalam membangun sistem pemerintahan yang berintegritas dan berkeadaban. Nilai-nilai ini tetap relevan untuk diadaptasi dalam menghadapi tantangan kepemimpinan modern di dunia Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of morning hygiene culture in instilling character education of discipline and responsibility in students and educational staff at SMP Negeri 3 Panyabungan. Morning hygiene culture is a routine activity carried out before the learning process begins through class assignments, cleaning the school environment, and supervision by teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the implementation of morning hygiene culture contributes to forming discipline through compliance with school schedules and regulations and forming a character of responsibility through carrying out tasks regularly and consistently. Supporting factors include the commitment of the principal and teachers, while the obstacle faced is the lack of awareness of some students in carrying out cleaning tasks. Morning hygiene culture is effective in supporting the strengthening of character education in schools.

Abstract

Abundant natural resources cannot guarantee the welfare of a community. Without superior human resources and collaboration between various elements of society, natural resources will be underutilized. The community service program in Parenan 2 hamlet seeks to optimize natural resources through collaboration between Karang Taruna (Youth Organization) and home industries to improve community welfare through the implementation of digital marketing. The main problems faced by home industry players are low digital literacy, limited market access and a lack of branding and online marketing strategies. The program’s implementation methods include digital marketing training, social media optimization, and strengthening product identity through packaging design and promotional strategies. This collaboration has resulted in increased human resources capacity, expanded market research, and increased sales volume of local products. Furthermore, youth involvement in the digital marketing process encourages the growth of innovation and community-based economic independence. The results of the activity indicate that the synergy between Karang Taruna and home industry players is able to create a business ecosystem that is more adaptive to technological developments, thus positively impacting the sustainable increase in income and welfare of the Parenan 2 hamlet community.Kekayaan alam yang melimpah tidak bisa menjadi jaminan kesejahteraan suatu masyarakat. Tanpa disertai sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan kolaborasi berbagai elemen masyarakat kekayaan alam akan kurang termanfaatkan secara optimal. Program pengabdian masyarakat di dusun Parenan 2 berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan kekayaan alam melalui kolaborasi antara Karang Taruna dan home industri dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui penerapan digital marketing. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku home industri adalah rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan akses pasar, serta kurangnya strategi branding dan pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan program ini meliputi pelatihan digital marketing, optimalisasi media sosial, serta penguatan identitas produk melalui desain kemasan dan strategi promosi. Kolaborasi ini menghasilkan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, perluasan jangkauan pasar, serta peningkatan volume penjualan produk lokal. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemuda dalam proses pemasaran digital mendorong tumbuhnya inovasi dan kemandirian ekonomi berbasis komunitas. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Karang Taruna dan pelaku home industri mampu menciptakan ekosistem usaha yang lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Dusun Parenan 2 secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Today's customers not only want fast and efficient service, but also a positive experience when interacting with the company. Effective communication, both in person and through digital platforms, is key in delivering service values, policies, and benefits to customers. This study aims to analyze and explain the communication strategies implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia in Garut in improving customer service and facing competition. The method used is qualitative research, the researcher plays the role of the main instrument, with data collection through triangulation. The results of the study show that the communication strategy implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia in Garut to improve customer service is planned, analytical, and involves two-way communication, following a five-step model. Customer identification is carried out by understanding the various services available, and the services provided are well responded to. Message drafting involves field research to obtain information related to the company, as well as utilizing social media to build good relationships with customers. The implementation of the strategy is carried out by involving all employees, who are expected to carry out their duties professionally and create loyalty. Various media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, websites, and television, are used to improve relationships with customers.

Abstract

Music becomes section of a communication process where the message conveyed in song lyrics carries a special meaning, as seen in the lyrics of the song "33x" by the band Perunggu. This song represents a religious meaning within the Islamic faith. The theory used in this research is semiotics according to Roland Barthes, which explores (1) denotative meaning, (2) connotative meaning, and (3) mythological meaning. This research applies a qualitative method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include literature review, interviews, and documentation. The aim of this study is to explore the religious meaning in the lyrics of "33x" by Perunggu. The results reveal several layers of meaning: the denotative meaning, which refers to the religious act of dzikir in Islam; the connotative meaning, which suggests that "33x" carries a special significance, particularly in the Muslim faith, and from another perspective, the song also serves as a motivation and a reminder; and the mythological meaning, where the song embodies certain values that allow listeners to feel peace and be reminded of the Creator (God). Therefore, each lyric of "33x" by Perunggu holds a special meaning.

Abstract

The diversity of religious life is truly very interesting, because this diversity provides inner and outer peace. Tolerance also essentially refers to human attitudes or behavior that adhere to rules, allowing individuals to evaluate and respect the actions of others. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with the main focus on uncovering the communication strategies used by the FKUB (Religious Harmony Forum) in Garut Regency to encourage tolerance and religious freedom based on communication strategy theory (Arifin, 1984). Dynamics of inter-religious harmony in Garut Regency after the issuance of Regional Regulation Number 14 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of Tolerance in Community Life. Providing a significant impact on well-coordinated collaborative efforts in preventing and resolving intolerance or conflict in the Garut region. The facts on the ground are that there have been no incidents of intolerance reported in Garut over the last two years.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation as an effort to foster students' tolerance at SMK Negeri 3 Panyabungan. The background of this research is based on Indonesia's high level of religious diversity, which has the potential to trigger conflict if not accompanied by mutual respect, thus requiring an educational approach that instills tolerance values from an early age. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that religious moderation in the school environment is implemented through classroom learning, teachers' role modeling, inclusive school policies, extracurricular activities, and social interactions among students that emphasize fairness, respect for differences, and togetherness. This implementation has proven effective in fostering students' tolerance, as reflected in the freedom to practice worship, cooperation across religious backgrounds, and the creation of harmonious social relationships. Therefore, religious moderation can be regarded as an effective character education strategy in building students' tolerance and creating a peaceful, inclusive, and diversity-respecting educational environment
