Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. Perumusan masalah adalah apakah motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Self Efficacy Mahasiswa, Self Efficacy Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, dan Motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Melalui Self Efficacy. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi Belajar Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, motivasi Belajar Terhadap Self Efficacy Mahasiswa, Self Efficacy Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Melalui Self Efficacy. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus, yakni sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Semester VI Konsentrasi Kewirausahaan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan ialah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penlitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa. (3) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (4) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui self efficacy. Variabel selff efficacy berhasil sebagai variabel mediasi antara motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada CV. Belilas Offset yang terletak di Kecamatan Seberida. Dalam Penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh biaya promosi terhadap penjualan pada CV. Belilas Offset. Kegiatan promosi dalam perusahaan sangat penting kaitannya dengan penjualan. Promosi merupakan kegiatan memperkenalkan barang atau jasa kepada pasar agar konsumen membelinya. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya promosi terhadap penjualan pada CV. Belilas Offset. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan (pembeli) yang berjumlah 142 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penjualan pada CV. Belilas Offset. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yaitu diperoleh nilai t hitung = 11,33 > ttabel = 3,128 berarti menolak H0. Artinya semakin tinggi biaya promosi maka semakin tinggi tingkat penjualan. Selain itu juga diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar r = 0,9885, yang artinya biaya promosi memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap penjualan.

Abstract

This research is at Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat with a quantitative approach. This research used primary data that the author obtained from respondents who are students of the Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat. This research used descriptive research, explaining that descriptive research is the largest form of research shown to describe the events that exist. The characteristics of the descriptive method are: 1) Focusing on the problems that exist in the present and the current period and 2) The data collected is first arranged, explained and analyzed. To anyzed the data, this research used multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing which will be assisted using SPSS version 21. The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in this study indicate that the value is significant. For the variable entrepreneurship interest has a significant influence on the subject of entrepreneurship management. Furthermore, family environment variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurship management courses. Partial test results (T-test) obtained the value of entrepreneurial interest variable with a large tcount from ttable, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that entrepreneurship partially influences the entrepreneurship management course and the value of the family environment variable with a large tcount from the table, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that the family environment partially influences the entrepreneurship management course. The results of the R test test, the value of r or correlation has a very strong and unidirectional relationship between the variables of entrepreneurial interest and variables family environment increases, the entrepreneurship management course will also increase and the value of r square or coefficient of determination has the meaning that the variable entrepreneurship management can be explained by variables of entrepreneurial interest and family environment variables, as while the rest is explained by other independent variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya stimulasi fisik dan aktivitas bergerak dalam pengembangan motorik anak usia dini. Periode ini merupakan tahap kritis dalam perkembangan motorik, yang memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan di masa depan. Berbagai bentuk stimulasi dan aktivitas bergerak, seperti bermain di taman, bersepeda, dan bermain permainan kelompok, memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan motorik kasar dan halus anak. Penting bagi orang tua dan pendidik untuk memahami peran mereka dalam menyediakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi perkembangan fisik motorik anak. Faktor-faktor seperti lingkungan fisik dan sosial, peran orang tua, ketersediaan waktu dan sumber daya, serta kebijakan sekolah, memengaruhi tingkat partisipasi anak dalam aktivitas fisik. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini dan menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, kita dapat meningkatkan kesempatan anak-anak untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas fisik yang bervariasi dan bermanfaat bagi perkembangan fisik dan kesejahteraan mereka secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of media related to Islamic educational values that are more enjoyable, with innovative and educational learning methods for children. This study aims to develop valid, practical and effective Islamic-based magic book learning media in improving the Islamic educational values of children aged 5-6 years at RA Plus Fatahul Wardah Palembang. The research method used is R&D with a 4D development model. The subjects of the study were 11 children aged 5-6 years at RA Plus Fatahul Wardah Palembang. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation and then analyzed using validity, practicality and effectiveness tests to test the quality of the magic book media. The questionnaire sheet and student interview sheet were used to determine student responses to the magic book media. The results showed that the magic book learning media obtained a material validation score of 94.2%, language 76% and media 96.3% which were categorized as very valid. The practicality test of 93.84% was stated as very practical, a small-scale trial of 95% and a large-scale trial of 97.6% which was stated as very effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the magic book media was tested again through a hypothesis test using the t-test, the t-count value was obtained to be greater in absolute terms than the t-table value (| t-count | = 48.50 > t-table = 2.086).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of puppet media on oral language skills in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Anshor Islamic Kindergarten Palembang. This research method is the Experimental Method. This experimental method is a method that seeks influence on something between cause and effect carried out by researchers. This researcher uses the Pre Experimental Design type with One Group Pretest-Posttest Designs. The population of this study was 13 children in group B at Al-Anshor Islamic Kindergarten Palembang. The observations that researchers use with the determination to determine the influence of group B children aged 5-6 years at Al-Anshor Islamic Kindergarten Palembang. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, there has been an increase in oral language skills in children. It can be said that in this study there is a significant influence given puppet activities, this is shown in the post-test experiment using story books. Before the puppet activities were implemented, children who had low fine motor development abilities were 3 children, while those with moderate scores were 10 children. After the wayang activity was implemented, 6 children had a high score or developed very well in their language skills, while 4 children had motor development skills that developed according to expectations, and only 3 children had a starting to develop score, which means that after being given treatment, children's fine motor development increased compared to before the treatment, and the Wayang activity was to improve the language skills of early childhood.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The effect of outdoor learning on environmental care attitudes in group B children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Ar-Rahman, Galang Tinggi Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency". The problem in this study is the low attitude of caring for the environment. This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of outdoor learning on environmental care attitudes in group B children aged 5-6 years at Ar-Rahman PAUD, Galang Tinggi Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is Pre-Experimental with One Group Pre Test - Post Test design. The sample in this study amounted to 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. The data collection technique in this study uses observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. The results of the hypothesis were obtained after the initial test (pre test) and final test (posttest), then the researcher analyzes the results of the research. The results of data analysis in proving the hypothesis test were obtained tcount = 71.132 while to determine the table with a significance level of 5%, a ttable of 2.145 was obtained. So it can be concluded that > ttable calculation, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of outdoor learning on environmental care attitudes in group B children at PAUD Ar-Rahman, Galang Tinggi Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated to introduce early sexual education, especially for children aged 5-6 years in Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang, because of the low knowledge about sexual education, because teachers only use children's worksheets, so that children are not interested and do not get direct experience in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to develop Kuku Pesek media based on digitalization that is valid, practical, and effective in increasing sexual education knowledge in children aged 5-6 years. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) research model. The subjects of this study were group B at Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang. The initial field trial stage was carried out with 10 students and the main field trial with all group B at Khalifah 16 Kindergarten, Palembang, which was 20 students. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. Validity, practicality, and effectiveness data were obtained based on questionnaire response data analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed the validity of material experts 92.5 in the very valid category and design experts 93.3 in the very valid category. The practicality test of the dressing frame media based on the teacher response questionnaire 93 in the very practical category, and the student response questionnaire was carried out in the form of an instrument stated that it was very effective in the initial field trial 74.0625 stated effective, and in the main field trial 92.34 stated very effective. So it can be said that there is a significant difference in children before and after receiving treatment. The results of this study conclude that the digitalization-based flat nail media to improve sexual education knowledge is stated to be valid, practical, and effective for use in learning.
