Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine how work discipline and leadership affect employee performance in the management department of Karawang Regional General Hospital. In this study, path analysis methods were used along with quantitative methodology to determine correlation, determination, and path coefficients. Researchers use f-test and t-test analysis to assess hypotheses. There are 45 samples in total, all of whom work in the management division. The following conclusions are drawn from the findings of the analysis: (1) Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive, moderate, and significant relationship, with a correlation value of 0.549. (2) With a path coefficient value of 0.854, there is no partial and significant influence of Leadership (X1) on Employee Performance (Y). (3) With a path coefficient value of 0.001, employee discipline (X2) has a partial and significant effect on employee performance (Y). (4) Results showed that work discipline (X2) and leadership (X1) had a significant and simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y), with the influence of 50.3% of both factors and the influence of 49.7% of other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

In this research, the author aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and sales promotions on purchasing decisions at Telukjambe Karawang perfume partner stores. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data in this study was collected through a questionnaire distribution technique to 138 respondents who were consumers of perfume partner shops. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The test results show that product quality has a significant partial influence on purchasing decisions. Sales promotions have a partial influence on purchasing decisions, product quality and sales promotions simultaneously have an influence on purchasing decisions. Therefore, it can be concluded that, the higher the quality of the product, the greater the purchasing decision, and the better and more attractive the promotions are, the higher the purchasing decision at the Mitra Perfume Store.

Abstract

Work safety is a crucial aspect within a workplace environment. In Indonesia, the awareness and compliance of employees towards safety practices are often lacking, resulting in a higher incidence of accidents that pose threats to the workers' well-being. This safety behavior is influenced by factors such as Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training and leadership styles. The aim of this research is to examine the impact of K3 training and leadership on work safety behavior. The study was conducted among 51 employees at PT. Triguna Pratama Abadi, utilizing a multiple linear regression method. The findings of the research reveal that K3 training has a partial effect on work safety behavior, as does the leadership factor. Furthermore, both K3 training and leadership collectively contribute to work safety behavior..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the work environment in the UPTD Balai Pelatihan Kerja and what are the problems in the work environment that affect the improvement of employee performance, and to find problems and solutions that can provide benefits as improvements for its employees. Through a qualitative descriptive method using case studies, field observations, and documents of research activity results. The results of this study indicate that an uncomfortable and ineffective work environment can cause a decrease in employee performance in the UPTD Balai Pelatihan Kerja Transmigration Karawang Regency, which has an impact as evidenced by the results of observations that there are several problems related to the work environment. Based on the results of the qualitative descriptive analysis, it can be concluded that by implementing new policies related to the work environment, employee performance can be improved, because a good and comfortable work environment will create working conditions that can provide employee motivation/enthusiasm to work. A good work environment is expected to increase employee performance which can provide benefits for both the organization and employees
