Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital smart city dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah sektor UMKM kota Makassar tahun 2019-2022. Menggunakan data sekunder berupa program smart city,  perkembangan UKM dan pajak daerah di Kota Makassar tahun 2019-2022. Dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program smart city meningkatkan pajak daerah secara teoritis dan komparasi data tetapi tidak ada program spesifik pemerintah yang mendorong UKM dan bisnis bertumbuh melalui program secara langsung.   Kata Kunci: Transformasi digital, UKM, PAD

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) menjadi salah satu penyakit infeksi penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Hampir empat juta orang meninggal karena ISPA setiap tahunnya, 98% disebabkan oleh infeksi saluran pernapasan bawah. Angka kematian sangat tinggi pada bayi, anak-anak dan orang tua, terutama di negara-negara dengan pendapatan per kapita rendah dan menengah. ISPA di Indonesia menempati urutan pertama penyebab kematian pada anak dan dewasa. ISPA juga berada pada daftar 10 penyakit terbanyak. Survei yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ISPA merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian anak terbesar di Indonesia dengan persentase 22,30. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membandingkan kinerja beberapa algoritma machine learning untuk mendeteksi penyakit ISPA. Proses klasifikasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa gejala dari pasien yang didapatkan dari data rekam medis beberapa pasien di Puskesmas Loajanan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sebagai sumber utama dataset pada penelitian ini. Hasil uji klasifikasi untuk masing-masing kelas dengan algoritma yang digunakan memunculkan hasil terendah pada algoritma Naive Bayes yaitu 98% sementara kinerja terbaik dihasilkan oleh algoritma KNN, ANN, Random Forest, dan SVM dengan nilai akurasi 100%. Hasil ini sudah mampu mengungguli hasil kinerja dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan kasus dan jumlah kelas yang sama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by the community on income and employment in the Malino Nature Tourism area. The informants in this study were the Head of the Malino Cooperative and MSME Service, MSME actors. The analysis tools used were Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The data collection techniques used were Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that the income of MSME actors in the Malino Area shows an up and down trend. There are still several obstacles faced by the community in terms of increasing income. Such as, the government has not provided massive training, to several obstacles such as weather and tourist access to Malino tourism. Unpredictable weather is a problem that cannot be overcome, and weather is an obstacle for MSME actors in terms of increasing their income. In addition, employment absorption shows a very good trend. This is evidenced by MSME actors who in running their businesses need and absorb local workers. Of course this encourages to reduce the unemployment rate in the Malino Area. MSMEs have contributed to reducing unemployment rates through workforce absorption.

Abstract

Teknologi telah mengubah lanskap pelayanan publik dengan memberikan solusi efisien dan tepat waktu. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi Kantor Desa Handil Terusan adalah proses manual pembuatan surat keterangan yang mengalami berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan waktu pelayanan, kurangnya informasi dokumen yang diperlukan, dan masalah ketidakhadiran perangkat desa. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penulis merencanakan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode WDLC. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi yang lebih optimal dengan meningkatkan kemudahan, akurasi, dan kecepatan dalam pelayanan penduduk. Dengan implementasi sistem berbasis web, pemohon kini dapat mengakses layanan surat keterangan dari berbagai lokasi tanpa harus datang ke kantor desa secara fisik. Selain itu, sistem ini menyediakan informasi yang jelas mengenai dokumen yang diperlukan, meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, dan meminimalkan waktu tunggu pemohon. Dokumentasi perancangan sistem meliputi model interaksi objek dalam diagram sequence, model objek dalam diagram kelas, diagram usecase, rancangan basis data, dan rancangan antarmuka. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan metode Black box menunjukkan persentase keberhasilan fungsional sebesar 100% dari 7 responden karena tidak ditemukan error, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibuat dapat berjalan dengan baik dan efektif mengatasi kendala yang ada. Dengan demikian, implementasi teknologi dalam pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Handil Terusan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan efisiensi operasional instansi pemerintah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation to become an entrepreneur, perceptions after becoming an entrepreneur and the performance of businesses run in Makassar City in 2023. Using primary data from direct interviews in the form of data on the main motivation to become an entrepreneur, experience, financing, number of employees, turnover and profit. Analyzed quantitatively descriptively. The results of the study show that the majority of entrepreneurs are forced because there is no other work but after running it the entrepreneur feels satisfied, an average turnover of 33 million rupiah with a profit level of 4.9 million per month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of village fund allocation (ADD) in Lamunre Tengah Village, Belopa Utara District, Luwu Regency. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection using interviews and documents/asrips. The stages of village fund allocation management include Planning, Implementation, Administration, Reporting, Accountability, and Supervision. The results of the study indicate that ADD Management in Lamunre Tengah Village, Belopa Utara District, Luwu Regency has followed the technical instructions set out in the regulations. However, the process is still not optimal, at the planning stage Lamunre Tengah Village has not planned village development. So that the implementation of the use of the ADD budget has not been effective. For ADD reporting in Lamunre Tengah Village is not good due to the lack of participation of other employees to assist in preparing reports and supervision from the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is still not effective due to the lack of understanding related to such as direct superiors regarding the performance of the Lamunre Tengah Village government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan transformasi digital pelaku usaha kecil menengah di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan  tahun 2024. Menggunakan data  primer berupa data tentang kesiapan UMKM dalam transformasi digital yang didasarkan pada beberapa aspek antara lain Demografi, Pemahaman tentang transformasi digital, pandangan terhadap transformasi digital kesiapan transformasi digital harapan dan rencana masa depan. Dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  UMKM di Sulawesi Selatan siap melaksanakan transformasi digital hal itu ditandai dengan penggunaan sosial media dalam proses pemasaran produk yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci: Transformasi digital, UMKM, Pemasaran Digital

Abstract

Waste management can be considered the 'entry point' to achieving sustainable development goals, because this problem is multisectoral and affects various aspects of people's lives. Waste management through the waste bank program has become an innovative and sustainable solution for the government and society in reducing the volume of waste which continues to increase every day. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using digital platforms on waste bank business income and the impact of waste management through the waste bank program in sustainable development efforts in Sugiale Village, Bone Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using a policy evaluation perspective. The data used is primary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's effectiveness analysis and interactive analysis. The results of this research show that the use of digital platforms is effective in the business income of the Al-Muqarrabin waste bank in Sugiale Village, Bone Regency. Apart from that, the Al-Muqarrabin waste bank program also has a positive impact on various aspects of life of the people of Sugiale Village, Bone Regency, such as the economic aspect by providing additional income for the community, the environmental aspect by increasing environmental cleanliness and village aesthetics, and the social aspect by increasing community awareness of the environment and also increasing community solidarity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of domestic investment (PMDN), foreign investment (PMA), and labor on economic growth in South Sulawesi Province. This research used a type of quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of Eviews 12 software. The location of this research is in South Sulawesi Province with secondary data collected periodically (times series) obtained from the South Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the South Sulawesi Provincial Investment and One-Stop Service Office. The period in this study is 19 years in the span of 2005-2023. The results of this study indicate that Domestic Investment has no effect, while Foreign Investment and Labor have a significant effect on Economic Growth in South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Introduction: The quality of drinking water plays a crucial role in the health and productivity of broiler chickens. In Indonesia, many poultry farms still rely on manual water testing using litmus paper, which may yield inaccurate results. This study aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system integrated with the Sugeno fuzzy logic method to monitor and assess the quality of drinking water for broiler chickens in real time. Methods: An IoT prototype was developed using an ESP32 microcontroller, pH and turbidity sensors, and a cloud-based mobile application. Water quality data from 1,975 samples were collected over three days from a broiler farm in East Kalimantan using water sourced from a former mining lake. The system applies the Sugeno fuzzy inference system with 15 expert-defined rules to classify water quality into four categories: Very Good, Good, Bad, and Very Bad. Performance was evaluated using a Confusion Matrix. Results: The system achieved a classification accuracy of 96.76%, precision of 97.52%, recall of 98.79%, and F1-score of 98.15%. The results demonstrate the system's effectiveness in identifying water quality, with the majority of predictions falling into the correct class. The system also successfully transmitted real-time data to an Android application for monitoring purposes. Conclusions: The integration of IoT and Sugeno fuzzy logic provides a reliable, accurate, and scalable solution for real-time water quality monitoring in poultry farming. This system enhances decision-making for farmers, supports animal welfare, and can be further developed to include additional environmental parameters for broader livestock health monitoring
