Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a composite indicator that reflects the quality of life of a population through three primary dimensions: health, education, and a decent standard of living. Improvements in HDI are supported by advancements across all its constituent factors. The dimension of long and healthy life is represented by the increase in life expectancy (LE), while the education dimension is captured through the rise in the mean years of schooling (MYS) and expected years of schooling (EYS). Additionally, the standard of living dimension is indicated by improvements in adjusted per capita expenditure. This study aims to analyze the factors that determine HDI in Indonesia in 2023 using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency in the form of Human Development Index data and the factors that influence it. The findings reveal that variables such as Life Expectancy (LE), Expected Years of Schooling (EYS), Mean Years of Schooling (MYS), and Adjusted Real Per Capita Expenditure significantly affect the Human Development Index in 2023. This is evidenced by an R-Square value of 0.9957, indicating that the independent variables collectively explain 99.57% of the variance in the dependent variable.

Abstract

Program kemitraan masyarakat ini  bermitra dengan Pemerintah Kelurahan Bontonompo berlokasi Kabupaten Gowa, Kecamatan Bontonompo. Adapun masalah yang dihadapi adalah (1) kurangnya pemahaman pemasaran digital yang efektif  (2) Praktik pemasaran masih menggunakan model konvensional. Metode yang digunakan adalah: Metode Ceramah dan Praktik. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah meningkatnya Pemasaran digital pada masyarakat Bontonompo  melalui ecommerce. Kata kunci: Pemasaran Konvensional, Pemasaran Digital,  Ecomerce

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of the micro, small, and medium enterprise (SMEs) Kebab Nusantara Makassar through a series of structured training and mentoring activities. The program was initiated in response to the low level of digital literacy among culinary entrepreneurs, which limits their promotional reach and competitiveness in the digital era. The method employed was a participatory action approach consisting of needs analysis, socialization, training, and mentoring in content creation, content planner development, and content distribution via social media, particularly Instagram. The program was conducted over three months, from June to September 2025, involving the owner and staff of the MSME as active participants. The results indicate a significant improvement in key digital marketing indicators: impressions increased by 424.8%, reach by 91%, interactions by 1,476%, profile visits by 254%, and follower growth by 56%. Furthermore, the partner demonstrated independence in managing their social media account by continuing to produce and publish content after the program ended. Therefore, this PKM program proved effective in improving digital literacy, strengthening social media marketing skills, and expanding market reach. The implementation of continuous training and mentoring is recommended as a replicable model for building digital capacity among MSMEs in the culinary sector.

Abstract

Exchange rate volatility is a phenomenon that affects economic stability, particularly in the context of international trade between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. This research aims to analyze the volatility of the Rupiah selling rate against the Saudi Riyal and to forecast the exchange rate using the ARCH/GARCH modeling approach. This research employs daily secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia for the period from May 2023 to July 2025. The analysis includes stationarity testing, differencing transformation, ARIMA modeling, heteroskedasticity testing, and the application of the ARCH/GARCH model. The best ARIMA model, based on the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), is AR(2) AR(7) I(1) MA(2) MA(7). The Lagrange Multiplier (LM) test indicates the presence of heteroskedasticity, necessitating the use of the ARCH/GARCH model. Among several alternatives, the GARCH(2,1) model is selected as the best model due to its highest log-likelihood value, lowest AIC, and successful second LM test confirming the absence of residual heteroskedasticity. The GARCH(2,1) model demonstrates strong forecasting performance with an RMSE of 15.51, MAE of 11.38, Theil’s U2 of 0.98, and a covariance proportion of 0.994. Overall, this model is suitable as a forecasting tool for the Rupiah selling rate against the Riyal in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini muncul dari kebutuhan mendesak untuk mentransformasi ekonomi digital dan menerapkan etika bisnis Islami demi mendukung pembangunan ekonomi, terutama dalam konteks UMKM berbasis syariah di Indonesia. Digitalisasi telah menjadi salah satu pendorong utama pembangunan ekonomi, sementara etika bisnis Islami berperan sebagai fondasi moral dan tata kelola usaha yang adil. Namun, data menunjukkan bahwa adopsi digital di kalangan UMKM masih terbatas, terutama di daerah pedesaan, meskipun jumlah unit usaha syariah, khususnya di sektor perdagangan makanan dan minuman halal, terus meningkat. Ini menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang seberapa besar kontribusi ekonomi digital dan etika bisnis Islami terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber terkait lainnya. Analisis dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu ekonomi digital (X1) dan etika bisnis Islami (X2), terhadap pembangunan ekonomi (Y). Hasil regresi menunjukkan model yang signifikan dengan nilai R² = 0,999, yang berarti model ini dapat menjelaskan 99,9% variasi dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Nilai uji F dengan signifikansi p < 0,001 menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Secara parsial, ekonomi digital memiliki koefisien sebesar 0,1586 dengan p-value 0,003, yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif meskipun relatif kecil. Di sisi lain, etika bisnis Islami memiliki koefisien yang lebih besar, yaitu 2,1316 dengan p-value 0,000, yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islami menjadi faktor yang lebih dominan dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi dibandingkan dengan aspek digitalisasi. Namun, penguatan kapasitas digital tetap diperlukan agar UMKM syariah dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan memberikan kontribusi yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara inovasi teknologi digital dan penerapan etika bisnis Islami dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The new student admission (PMB) process at the Baru Universitas Bima Internasional MFH often faces challenges related to time efficiency and administrative burdens due to repetitive inquiries from prospective students. This research aims to design and build an interactive chatbot system named "Sipenmaru MFH" to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMB process. The de-velopment method used is Extreme Programming (XP), which allows for an adaptive and flexible process. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires to build the chatbot's knowledge base. The application was developed using the Flutter framework with a NoSQL da-tabase, and its functionality was tested using the Black Box testing method. The result of this re-search is a functional chatbot application with a user-friendly interface, capable of providing fast and accurate responses to common questions regarding new student admissions. The implemen-tation of this chatbot has successfully provided easier access to information for prospective stu-dents and reduced the committee's workload, thus making the admission process more efficient.

Abstract

Perkembangan era Industri 4.0 menuntut siswa memiliki kemampuan literasi data yang tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga aplikatif. Namun, pembelajaran statistika di tingkat SMA masih cenderung berfokus pada perhitungan manual sehingga siswa kurang terlatih dalam mengolah dan menginterpretasikan data secara praktis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi data siswa melalui pelatihan statistika deskriptif dan pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel di SMA Negeri 1 Praya, kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan berbasis praktik yang mengintegrasikan pemahaman konsep seperti mean, median, modus, standar deviasi, serta visualisasi data dengan penggunaan langsung Microsoft Excel. Sebanyak 36 siswa kelas X mengikuti kegiatan ini, dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari 58,6 menjadi 85,4 setelah pelatihan, serta peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam mengolah dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk grafik. Selain itu, 94% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pembelajaran mereka. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran statistika dengan perangkat lunak sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi data siswa secara lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan kebutuhan era digital.
