Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out the influence system quality and information quality on the satisfaction of the users of ERP-SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning-System Application and Product in Data Processing) with Perceived Usefulness as Moderating Variable at PELINDO 1 (Persero) Sumatera Utara. The research used causal method. The samples were 110 respondents, taken by using census technique. Questionnaires were distributed to practice employees who used ERP-SAP PELINDO 1 (Persero) Sumatera Utara. Primary data were obtained from the result of the questionnaires. Hypothesis was tested by using causal correlation test with SEM program and moderating test by using interactive test. The result of the research showed that system quality and information quality had positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of SAP users. Perceived usefulness as moderating variable was not significant in moderating the influence of system quality and information quality on the satisfaction of SAP users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Hasil Penelitian diketahui berdasarkan koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,25,1%, ini bermakna bahwa kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variasi Kompensasi oleh Produktivitas kerja sebesar 25,1% pada Kantor Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model sebesar 74,9%. Berdasarkan Regresi Linear Sederhana persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y= 8,063 + 0,864X yang menunjukan pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja akan bertambah sebesar koefisien (0,864) apabila variabel Kompensasi ditambah dengan satu satuan. Berdasarkan uji t yang dilakukan terhadap hipotesis yang diajukan diterima (signifikan) dimana t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 4,087>2,01954 yang berarti bahwa Kompensasi Berpengaruh Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Knator Kecamatan Sibabangun Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Sustainability Accounting, financial performance on company value, on IDX 30 Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange. The population of this study is IDX 30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023, the sample selection in this study uses the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples based on predetermined criteria, so the number of samples successfully obtained is 7 IDX 30 companies. This type of research is quantitative research. The analysis method of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, using Eviews13. The results of this study indicate that partially shows that economic sustainability accounting, social sustainability accounting have a significant effect on company value while environmental sustainability accounting, and company performance do not have a significant effect on company value. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis of independent variables, economic sustainability accounting, environmental sustainability accounting, social sustainability accounting and company performance have a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

Social media is very useful for business because it can help entrepreneurs to find target markets, find out what customers want, expand market reach, expand brands, and so on. find out information about competitors. This study focuses on the effectiveness of Instagram social media as a digital marketing medium as seen from how far the reach of the Instagram account @tukangbangunandimedan reaches other Instagram users so that it can attract consumers. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Instagram is effective as a digital marketing medium for the company PT. Satu Shaff Bersama. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data sources originating from primary data using the observation method and secondary data using the interview method. Observation data was obtained from Instagram insight data @tukangbangunandimedan starting from November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, while interview data was obtained from Randy Prandana S.Kom., M.Kom as the owner of PT. Satu Shaff Bersama and founder of the @tukangbangunandimedan account. With the analysis conducted by the researcher, Instagram is a very suitable marketing channel to use. By using Instagram, PT. Satu Shaff Bersama can reach productive age consumers who have a high interest in using construction services to renovate or build new homes. Through Instagram, this company can also reduce high advertising costs and increase the company's turnover.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar policy which aims to involve students in supporting the learning process in elementary and junior high schools, especially those affected by the pandemic. This study aims to improve the literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school students through the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar Program. This activity is included in the type of community service with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation of activities that were analyzed narratively. The results showed that the Kampus Mengajar program had a positive impact, such as improving basic reading and numeracy skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), organizing play while learning activities, providing a reading room, and support in adapting technology and school administration. Students showed high enthusiasm and motivation to learn during the implementation of the program. Keywords: Kampus Mengajar, Literacy, Numeracy

Abstract

Kinerja Pegawai suatu variabel yang dapat dipengaruhi berbagai faktor antara lain Kecerdasan Emosional, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, organisasi yang baik harus berusaha menjaga agar faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai terpenuhi secara maksimal. Pada dasarnya SDM sangat berkaitan dengan Kinerja, maka Kinerja Pegawai tersebut masih sangat perlu ditingkatkan melalui Kecerdasan Emosional dan Keseimbangan kehidupan Kerja. sebaiknya seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan lebih mengedepankan dan mampu menjaga emosionalnya secara cerdas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan serta angket yang membuat daftar pertanyaan yang menyangkut objek penelitian yang di isi dan dijawab oleh responden. Dilakukan beberapa pengujian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Keseimbangan kehidupan Kerja pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi, untuk melihat hubungannya diperoleh sebesar 0,741. Hal ini termasuk dalam korelasi tinggi. Dari perhitungan persamaan garis regresi linier variabel X1, X2 dan variabel Y adalah : Y = 1,55 + 0,97 x. Dalam hal ini antara variabel X1 (Kecerdasan Emosional) dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja (X2) dengan variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah kearah positif, artinya apabila nilai X1 (Kecerdasan Emosional) = nol maka variabel Y (Kinerja Pegawai) = 1,55 dan apabila variabel X (Kecerdasan emosional) =1, maka variabel Y (kinerja pegawai) = 2,52 Untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruhnya dilakukan perhitungan koefisien determinasi dan hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 54,91 % dan sisanya sebesar 45,09 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti, variabel kepemimpinan, kinerja, motivasi, dan lain-lain. Dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan membandingkan nilai t hitung dengan nilai t tabel, hasil yang diperoleh nilai t hitung > dari nilai t tabel (6,149 > 2,048) maka hipotesis dapat diterima.
