Abstract

Information Technology is developing rapidly and it has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the government sector. The process of data collection that used Microsoft Excel software and paper filing have drawbacks such as difficult data collection, data loss due to natural factors, and it was difficulty in determining the condition of HTs. The purpose of this reseacrh was to designed an application of innovative monitoring HTs for security based Android. This application utilizes Android technology and HT devices to improve the effectiveness and coordination of security within the Information and Communication Technology Division of Regional Police in Gorontalo. The methodology of research used was Research and Development (R&D). The application was created using Java programming using Android Studio, PHP, and HTML. It allows Polda personnel to log in, view HT types and stock, borrow and return devices, and upload transaction receipts. The database used was MySQL. The modeling used Unified Modeling Language. This system utilizes whitebox and blackbox testing. As a sample, researchers tested the HT Borrowing flowchart, obtaining a region (R) value of 3, an Independent Path value of 3, and a Cyclometric Complexity (CC) value of 3. Test scenarios, including login, menu, HT type, and history displays, were successful, demonstrating that the system correctly authenticates users, manages HT data accurately, displays complete information, manages returns and validation appropriately, and handles usage securely

Abstract

The Academic Information System supports educational institutions by providing quality management programs to all students and stakeholders, relying on information and communication technologies such as the internet and local networks. Over time, this application has been consistently used by students and lecturers. However, the university has not yet evaluated the feasibility and effectiveness of the system, making it difficult to plan future improvements. Therefore, feedback from both students and lecturers is essential for guiding the system’s development. Given the current state of the application, such evaluation can be carried out through user comments. This study investigates the performance of the Naïve Bayes algorithm, one of the most commonly used algorithms in various research libraries, in analyzing sentiment from these comments. To further improve the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method, we applied an additional Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection process. The results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes method with PSO achieved an accuracy of 86.27%, precision of 84.78%, and recall of 84.78%, which are higher than the results obtained using the standard Naïve Bayes method alone.

Abstract

The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office is the Licensing Service service to support an area in terms of business potential and investment value. Presenting MSME Business Actors and Young Entrepreneurs. As time goes by, Licensing Services in the Region, especially PTSP, must know what are the constraints and problems faced by business actors in terms of business services and products issued by the Service. Naïve Bayes is the most common algorithm that we encounter in several libraries. Therefore, this research will discuss the level of accuracy of this algorithm. Then additional selection of Genetic Algorithm features was carried out to increase the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method. The Naive Bayes Algorithm method with Genetic Algorithm selection is superior compared to only using the Naive Bayes method. This is proven by the acquisition of 83.17% accuracy, 86.38% Precision, and 83.05% recall

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a trend in all aspects of life, following the flow of contemporary information technology development, from business practitioners to government sectors. If the tourism sector is well-managed and developed, it can significantly contribute to the nation's financial resources. However, until now, tourist attractions, including natural, cultural, and historical sites in Biluhu Timur Village, have not been well-publicized. As a result, the available tourism information is not well-known to the broader public and tourists. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based tourism information system that facilitates tourists and the community in accessing tourism information in Biluhu Timur Village, Batudaa Pantai District. The method used is Agile. The system is designed using PHP and HTML programming languages, with MySQL as the database. For modeling, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used. The system testing, performed using black-box testing, yielded results that met the expectations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit Artritis Gout berdasarkan data klinis pasien. Artritis Gout adalah jenis artritis yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan kristal asam urat di dalam sendi, yang dapat menyebabkan nyeri hebat dan pembengkakan. Metode penelitian menggunakan dataset yang terdiri dari 500 entri, termasuk informasi seperti gejala klinis, faktor risiko, riwayat medis, dan respons terhadap pengobatan. Data ini diproses melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan untuk membersihkan data yang tidak valid dan mengubah data kategorikal menjadi format yang sesuai untuk analisis. Selanjutnya, dataset dibagi menjadi data latih dan uji untuk pembangunan serta evaluasi model. Algoritma KNN diterapkan pada data latih untuk membangun model klasifikasi yang dapat mengenali pola-pola penting terkait dengan diagnosis Artritis Gout. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan dataset uji untuk memverifikasi keakuratan dan keandalan prediksi model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma KNN pada nilai K=5 mencapai nilai akurasi 87,76%, recall 92,31%, dan precision 90,48% dalam mengklasifikasikan penyakit Artritis Gout. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah potensi penggunaan teknik data mining untuk mendukung diagnosis dan manajemen penyakit secara lebih efektif dalam praktik klinis

Abstract

Pemilihan siswa berprestasi merupakan proses penting dalam lembaga pendidikan untuk mengidentifikasi peserta didik dengan capaian unggul pada aspek akademik maupun non-akademik. Namun, proses seleksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan subjektivitas, inkonsistensi, dan kesalahan perhitungan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Simple Moving Average (SMA) pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk meningkatkan objektivitas, akurasi, dan konsistensi dalam proses penilaian siswa berprestasi. Metode SMA digunakan untuk menghitung nilai rata-rata bergerak dari tiga periode penilaian pada setiap kriteria, yaitu Prestasi Akademik, Prestasi Non-Akademik, Sikap dan Perilaku, serta Kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADOPT yang meliputi tahapan Analysis, Design, Optimization, Prototyping, dan Testing untuk membangun sistem SPK berbasis SMA. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa SMA mampu mereduksi fluktuasi nilai antarperiode sehingga menghasilkan nilai representatif yang stabil dan objektif. Dari pengolahan data 10 siswa, diperoleh bahwa siswa S6 memiliki nilai akhir tertinggi dengan skor 55,57 sehingga ditetapkan sebagai siswa berprestasi terbaik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode SMA dalam SPK berbasis sistem terkomputerisasi mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan secara objektif dan konsisten, serta memberikan manfaat praktis bagi pihak sekolah dalam mempercepat proses seleksi, meminimalkan potensi bias penilaian, dan menyediakan dasar keputusan yang transparan serta dapat direplikasi sebagai standar evaluasi siswa berprestasi berbasis data historis.

Abstract

Leadership and justice are two fundamental concepts in Islamic teachings that are intrinsically interconnected and serve as essential foundations for the development of a just and well-ordered social and family system. In Islamic perspective, leadership is not merely understood as an exercise of authority or power, but as a moral and legal trust (amānah) that entails responsibility for upholding truth, public welfare (maṣlaḥah), and justice. Justice (‘adl) constitutes the normative core of leadership, as the absence of justice undermines the moral and spiritual legitimacy of leadership itself. This article aims to examine the concept of leadership and justice in Islamic perspective and to analyze their relevance to contemporary Islamic family law. Employing a qualitative literature-based approach through an analysis of Qur’anic verses and Prophetic traditions, this study finds that ideal leadership—particularly within the context of family governance and legal institutions—must be grounded in the principles of trustworthiness, justice, consultation (shūrā), and piety. The Qur’an emphasizes the obligation to uphold justice in all legal and social relations, including family matters, as articulated in QS. An-Nisā’ [4]: 58 and QS. An-Nahl [16]: 90. Furthermore, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ affirmed that just leaders attain a noble status before God. Accordingly, justice-oriented leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring the protection of rights, family harmony, and the development of a responsive and equitable system of contemporary Islamic family law. This study affirms that, in Islamic thought, justice represents both the essence and ultimate objective of leadership, while leadership functions as an instrumental mechanism for realizing justice within family and social life.

Abstract

Abstract: Liver disease is a condition caused by various factors that can damage liver function, such as viral infections and alcohol consumption. Additionally, obesity is closely associated with liver damage. Over time, liver damage can lead to serious consequences. The presence of experts in this field is crucial to addressing liver disease by identifying the symptoms experienced by patients, determining the type of liver disease affecting them, and providing appropriate treatment guidance. The severity of this disease in Indonesia is evident from various studies, research, and related observations. In this study, researchers utilized and compared two data mining classification methods, namely Logistic Regression and Naïve Bayes, to diagnose liver disease. The findings revealed that the Logistic Regression method achieved an accuracy rate of 84.62% with an area under the curve (AUC) value of 0.841, while the Naïve Bayes method achieved an accuracy rate of 83.71% with an AUC value of 0.816. Based on the t-test, it was found that there was no significant difference between the two methods, with a p-value of 0.821 > 0.05. This indicates that the performance of Logistic Regression is comparable to Naïve Bayes in diagnosing liver disease.Keyword: Liver Disease, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, Confusion Matrix, ROC CurveAbstrak: Penyakit hati atau liver adalah kondisi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor yang dapat merusak fungsi hati, seperti infeksi virus dan konsumsi alkohol. Selain itu, obesitas juga memiliki kaitan erat dengan kerusakan hati. Dalam jangka panjang, kerusakan hati dapat menimbulkan konsekuensi serius. Kehadiran ahli di bidang ini sangat diperlukan untuk membantu menangani masalah penyakit hati dengan mengidentifikasi gejala yang dialami pasien, menentukan jenis penyakit hati yang diderita, serta memberikan panduan penanganan yang sesuai. Skala permasalahan penyakit ini di Indonesia dapat diamati melalui berbagai studi, penelitian, dan pengamatan yang telah dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menerapkan serta membandingkan dua metode klasifikasi data mining, yaitu Logistic Regression dan Naïve Bayes, untuk mendeteksi penyakit liver. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Logistic Regression memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 84,62% dengan nilai area under the curve (AUC) sebesar 0,841, sementara Naïve Bayes mencapai akurasi 83,71% dengan AUC sebesar 0,816. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t, tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua metode tersebut, dengan nilai p = 0,821 yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa performa Logistic Regression sebanding dengan Naïve Bayes dalam proses diagnosis penyakit liver.Kata kunci: Penyakit Liver, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, Confusion Matrix, ROC Curve

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to design and develop a web-based cooperative management information system that can simplify administrative processes, particularly in loan applications and installment payments. The system is built using the Agile method, which allows development to be carried out in stages and adapts flexibly to user needs. The main features developed include loan data management, payment recording, member data management, and the automatic presentation of financial reports. This system is designed to improve the efficiency of cooperative management and provide quick and transparent access to information for members. Testing is carried out using white-box and black-box methods to ensure that the system functions properly both in terms of internal logic and external appearance and functionality. The results of the testing show that all features work as expected and support the overall operations of the cooperative. This system is expected to be a practical and effective digital solution for cooperative management. Furthermore, this system can be further developed in line with the future growth needs of the cooperative. Keywords: Information System; Cooperative; Website. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan koperasi berbasis website yang dapat mempermudah proses administrasi, khususnya dalam pengajuan pinjaman dan pembayaran angsuran. Sistem ini dibangun dengan metode Agile, yang memungkinkan pengembangan dilakukan secara bertahap dan menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna secara fleksibel. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi pengelolaan data pinjaman, pencatatan pembayaran, manajemen data anggota, serta penyajian laporan keuangan secara otomatis. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja pengurus koperasi dan memberikan kemudahan akses informasi kepada anggota secara cepat dan transparan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode whitebox dan blackbox untuk memastikan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dari sisi logika internal maupun tampilan dan fungsionalitas eksternal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai harapan dan mendukung proses kerja koperasi secara menyeluruh. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi digital yang praktis dan efektif dalam pengelolaan koperasi. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan pertumbuhan kebutuhan koperasi di masa mendatang. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; Koperasi; Website.
