Abstract

Tujuan sosialsi ini seluruh sumber daya manusia di Era Society 5.0 dewasa ini diharapkan mampu untuk mengelola kemampuannya dalam beradaptasi dengan hadirnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Remaja Gereja GKPI Siantar Kota diharapkan juga mampu untuk memahami segala bentuk soff skill untuk menguasai kemampuan dalam mengelola potensi diri dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 yang semakin kompetetif, serta menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam mengimplementasikan SDM berbasis spiritual di Era 5.0 adalah tetap mengutamakan nilai-nilai iman dan menjadikan teknologi sebagai alat yang mendukung, bukan menggantikan, pertumbuhan rohani remaja gereja, dan juga kemampuan dalam mengembangkan soft skills ini akan membantu remaja gereja untuk sukses dalam menghadapi tantangan dan berperan aktif dalam masyarakat Era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Nowadays, e-payment is one of the most attractive payment models for consumers in making purchases, especially with purchases made through e-commerce. The purpose of this study was to look at the e-payment system on purchasing decisions through e-commerce. The results of data analysis show that the instruments of the research variables e-payment and purchasing decisions show valid and reliable results. The value for the coefficient of determination of the research results shows the ability of the e-payment variable to explain purchasing decisions is 61%, while the rest is a variable that is not discussed in this study. The results of the regression equation Y = 7, 498 + 0.748X, this shows a positive direction coefficient value of e-payment on purchasing decisions, and the hypothesis results show positive and significant results from e-payment on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. which means that the more people use the E-Payment method, the more likely consumers are to decide to make purchases in E-commerce

Abstract

Job descriptions are typically created by human resources professionals, hiring managers, or supervisors and are used for various purposes. The purpose of the study was to see how the results of the effect of job descriptions on employee performance at the Office of Public Housing and Settlement Areas, Pematang Siantar City, totalling 61 employees. The validity test results show that the questionnaire items have reliable criteria, as well as the reliability test that the questionnaire has double criteria. The equation results from simple regression show the value Y = 11.289 + 0.371X, this means that the results are found that the positive direction coefficient value of the job description variable on employee performance., this means that a well-structured job description can be used as a basic tool to improve employee performance.

Abstract

 Tranformasi dalam dunia perbankan telah merubah bentuk proses kerjabank, dari model bank konvensional menjadi bank digital. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk melihat gambaran dari kehadiran bank digital melalui regulasi dari BankIndonesia serta Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dalam prosenya berupaya untuk mendapatkepercayaan konsumen, sebab konsumen masih belum sepenuhnya paham tentangbank digital serta risiko yang akan dihadapi ketika menggunakan bank digitalsebab wujud fisik dari bank tersebut tidak dapat dilihat oleh konsumen. Bankdigital harus dapat menumbuhkan kepercyaan konsumen melalui keamanantransaksi, ketepatan dan ketersediaan layanan, responsif terhadap masalahkonsumen, memiliki inovasi dan keterbukaan, kesadaran konsumen, dankepatuhan terhadap regulasi pemerintah serta mampu menjaga privasi dan etikanasabah sebagai konsumen.
