Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational support on the performance of lecturers, mediated by commitment, and moderated by lecturer certification. The research was conducted in the undergraduate program in the field of economics at private universities in Riau Province. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population and sample of the study consisted of 269 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that organizational support has a significant effect on commitment. Organizational support also has a significant effect on performance, which is mediated by commitment. Furthermore, organizational support affects performance, which is mediated by commitment and moderated by lecturer certification. The implications of this research highlight the importance of private universities in Riau Province considering these factors in the management and development of human resources, especially lecturers, to improve the quality of education. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the factors that influence lecturer commitment and performance.

Abstract

Low financial literacy among educators often acts as an obstacle to achieving long-term financial well-being. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to enhance the literacy and understanding of teachers at SD N 035 Tarai Bangun, Kampar Regency, Riau, regarding capital market instruments, particularly stock investments. The primary problem faced by the partners was the negative stigma that capital market investment is reserved only for the upper economic class, as well as a lack of technical knowledge regarding legal stock trading mechanisms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The methods used in this activity included lectures, interactive discussions, and evaluations through pre-test and post-test instruments. This activity also invited expert speakers from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and KISI to provide validated information. The results showed a significant increase in the participants' knowledge and understanding aspects. Before the education, the majority of participants did not understand capital market concepts; however, after the activity, all participants (100%) were able to identify capital market instruments and understand the mechanics of stock ownership. Although cognitive understanding has improved, the teachers still require further practical depth through the Capital Market School (SPM) program to begin transacting independently. In conclusion, this education successfully dismantled the participants' psychological barriers toward investment and is expected to encourage the emergence of new investors among educators to achieve financial independence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. With a case study on a snack food supplier company. the population of this study is all suppliers who shop at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Duri-Riau, totaling 1,080 people, using the slovin formula, obtained 95 samples as respondents in this study. For hypothesis testing and data processing, SPSS version 24 was used. It was found from the determination test that the value of R square was 0.509, which means that service quality affects customer satisfaction, the value is 50.9% while the remaining 49.1% is influenced by other independent variables. not observed in this study.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini mampu mendorong tumbuhnya kegiatan usaha memasuki era ekonomi kreatif menjadi sangat elastis dan dinamis dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan modernisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa ekonomi kreatif merupakan manifestasi dari upaya mencari formula untuk pembangunan yang berkelanjutan melalui gagasan dan kreativitas. Ekonomi kreatif menjadi alternatif solusi dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan perekonomian menjadi berdaya saing. Kata kunci: ekonomi kreatif, daya saing, era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran triple helix dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana triple helix merumuskan upaya peningkatan daya saing dalam menghadapi MEA di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian eksploratori dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara. Metode penelitian dengan analisis jaringan sosial yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar pemangku kepentingan, intensitas koordinasi, dan distribusi peran diantara pelaku dalam implementasi triple helix sebagai upaya mendorong pertumbuhan industri kreatif di Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the capacity of financial aspect and human capital of financial performance of SMEs in Pekanbaru City. This research use descriptive analysis method and verification with technical analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) with primary data from questionnaire to 20 UMKM as respondent. Data are classified into three characteristics, ie micro, small and medium enterprises grouped based on business turnover per year. Then measured factor loading (convergent validity), discriminant validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, and path coefficient by using SmartPLS. The results showed that the financial and human capital have a significant influence on financial performance, and human capital has a significant influence on the financial aspects

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality to customer satisfaction at Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. Measuring the quality of service using five dimensions consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to 30 customers were taken using purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction and to determine the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction Waroeng Steak and Shake restaurant Pekanbaru. The results of this study showed that the five dimensions of service quality variables simultaneously and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction in the restaurant Waroeng Steak and Shake Pekanbaru. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Taluk Kuantan. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan perekonomian di desa-desa pada kabupaten kuantan singingi taluk kuantan. Bagaimana konsep pembangunan ekonomi, konsep pengembangan ekonomo dan strategi pengembangan dan pengembangan ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan data kualitatif. Dengan jumlah desa 218 dan jumlah penduduk 324.126 jiwa. Hasil penelitian ini di dapat konsep pembangunan ekonomi terdapat 4 point, konsep pemberdayaan ekonomi ada 7 point dan strategi pembangunan dan pengembangan terdapat 4 point

Abstract

Suatu usaha mengenai layak atau tidaknya untuk dijalankan diperlukan suatu studi kelayakan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan suatu usaha kue lapis nanas pak long sebagai oleh – oleh cita rasa khas Riau. Suatu aspek harus memiliki standar nilai tertentu agar dikatakan layak, namun penilaian tersebut tidak dilakukan pada salah satu aspek tetapi penilaiannya ditentukan berdasarkan dari beberapa aspek. Pada studi kelayakan bisnis digunakan metode analisis yang meliputi aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis, aspek finansial serta analisis sensitivitas yang digunakan untuk menguji efek kenaikan atau penurunan biaya yang kemungkinan terjadi pada studi kelayakan bisnis tersebut. Usaha kue lapis nanas pak long ini layak untuk dijalankan dan memiliki peluang yang sangat baik berdasarkan perolehan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan

Abstract

Brownis home industry “ollanda” is a new bussines that was founded with is own capital, which is equel to Rp 28.028.000 . The produck produced in the form of brownis with various flavors. This study aims to determine the level of investment of a home industry  brownis “ollanda” which is lacated Jl. HR. Soebrantas Panam No. 73D, Tuah Karya, kec. Tampan, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28291. This research was conducted in February 2020 with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and dokumentotion. The methods used are market and marketing aspect, engineering aspect and production aspect . organizational and management aspect as well as financial aspect with investment feasibility calculation in the form of payback period(PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate  of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index( PI). Market and marketing analysis shows that the prospect of the “ollanda” brownis home industry is quite good, seen from the increasing number of requests every year. Technical analysis of production show that the lacation of the home industry is close to settlements making it easier to recruit workers. Analisis of organizational and management personal show that bussines oners have carried out management functions well.
