Abstract

Kucing adalah hewan peliharaan populer yang sering kali rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit. Ketidakmampuan pemilik untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kucing secara tepat waktu sering kali mengharuskan konsultasi dengan dokter hewan yang sebagian besar hanya tersedia di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dan Certainty Factor untuk membantu mendiagnosa penyakit pada kucing. Metodologi pengembangan sistem ini mencakup tahap persiapan, prototyping, dan penyelesaian. Pada tahap persiapan, masalah dirumuskan dan wawancara dengan dokter hewan dilakukan untuk membangun knowledge base. Tahap prototyping melibatkan pembuatan mesin inferensi dan knowledge base, sementara tahap penyelesaian meliputi implementasi sistem ke dalam antarmuka pengguna berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan framework Laravel. Hasil uji sistem menunjukkan konsistensi tinggi dengan hasil diagnosa manual menggunakan Excel. Sebagai contoh, diagnosa penyakit Virus Panleukopenia memiliki nilai certainty factor sebesar 94,62% pada aplikasi, sementara perhitungan manual menunjukkan 95,21%, dengan perbedaan hanya 0,41%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan diagnosa yang cepat dan akurat. Kesimpulannya, sistem pakar berbasis web ini dapat diandalkan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit kucing dan membantu dokter hewan serta pemilik kucing melakukan diagnosa awal dengan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Fa_al.store is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that sells socks both online and offline. In its operational activities, the process of recording transactions and managing stock is still done manually, so the business owner experiences difficulties in monitoring product availability, assessing sales performance, and preparing periodic reports. This research aims to design and build a web-based sales information system that can facilitate transaction recording, product stock management, customer data, promotions, and presenting sales reports systematically and structured. The development of this system applies the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. On the frontend side, the ReactJS framework is used to build an interactive user interface, while the backend is developed using ExpressJS to handle business logic and communication with the database. This system is also integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to support a secure and efficient online payment process. The results of testing using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method show that the system has been able to meet the functional needs of users with an acceptance rate of 94.2%, which indicates that the developed system is feasible to use and can help business actors in carrying out business processes effectively.

Abstract

Information security is an essential aspect in the management of information systems, particularly in protecting text data from unauthorized access. One basic security technique that can be applied is classical cryptography. This study aims to implement the classical ROT-13 cryptographic algorithm as a method for securing simple text data in an information system. The ROT-13 algorithm works by shifting each alphabetic character by 13 positions, producing encrypted text that cannot be directly understood. The methodology of this study includes system requirement analysis, design of the encryption and decryption processes, and implementation of the ROT-13 algorithm using the Python programming language. The results show that the system is able to perform text encryption and decryption correctly, where the original text can be accurately restored through the decryption process. Although the security level of ROT-13 is relatively low, the algorithm is effective for educational purposes and basic text data protection in information systems.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (SIE) merupakan perangkat penting bagi manajemen puncak dalam memperoleh informasi strategi secara cepat, ringkas, dan akurat. Pada banyak organisasi, penyajian data untuk eksekutif sering kali tidak terintegrasi dan tidak disertai dengan mekanisme pengamanan informasi, sehingga meningkatkan risiko dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun SIE yang mendukung proses pengelolaan sumber daya serta menyediakan fitur pengamanan informasi melalui mekanisme penyandian teks tingkat dasar. Metodologi pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka, implementasi dashboard, dan pengujian fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu menyajikan kinerja secara visual dan real-time, mempermudah pengawasan sumber daya, serta menambahkan lapisan perlindungan pada data sensitif yang ditampilkan kepada eksekutif. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan sekaligus menjaga kerahasiaan informasi strategi organisasi.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat industri transportasi maritim menyebabkan peningkatan volume data transaksi yang signifikan, sehingga menimbulkan tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola dan memanfaatkan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan eksekutif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Eksekutif (EIS) pada SeaPass guna mengevaluasi kinerja penjualan tiket kapal. Sistem ini memanfaatkan teknik visualisasi data yang dikombinasikan dengan mekanisme penelusuran dua tingkat, sehingga memungkinkan analisis data secara hierarkis dari ringkasan eksekutif hingga detail operasional. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui siklus hidup terstruktur, diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan eksekutif dan dilanjutkan dengan perancangan prototipe UI/UX menggunakan Figma. Implementasi sistem menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript pada sisi front-end, serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan keandalan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EIS mampu mengintegrasikan data jadwal, informasi kapal, dan data penumpang ke dalam dasbor interaktif. Fitur penelusuran dua tingkat membantu eksekutif mengidentifikasi tren penjualan, anomali operasional, dan perubahan pasar secara real-time, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan strategis.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of higher education demands secure and efficient management of academic documents such as thesis submissions. This study aims to develop an Executive Information System (EIS) for Thesis Document Submission integrated with AES-256-CBC cryptographic security to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and controlled access. The system is implemented as a web-based platform using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, where each uploaded thesis document is automatically encrypted, and only authorized users with a valid Master Key can decrypt it. The AES-256-CBC algorithm generates unique ciphertexts for every encryption process, supported by randomized Initialization Vectors and separate key management to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage. Furthermore, the EIS dashboard implements the drill-down method, presenting real-time analytical information. This allows academic leaders to navigate hierarchically from high-level summaries to specific, detailed data, enhancing their ability to monitor thesis submissions and make informed decisions effectively. The results indicate that the integration of cryptography and executive information management enhances both document security and administrative efficiency, providing a reliable and transparent solution for safeguarding academic data within higher education institutions.

Abstract

Digital transformation is driving companies to integrate technology to improve efficiency. PT Solomon Indo Global, a fast-moving consumer goods company, faces distribution challenges due to a lack of system integration, such as the absence of multi-warehouse stock records, undocumented distribution flows, and unclear partner roles. This study aims to develop an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with a focus on the User Management, Inventory, and Shipment modules. The methodology employs a 5-Stage ERP Implementation approach (Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live and Support) without a direct implementation phase. Problem identification was conducted through interviews and observations, followed by mapping of the as-is and to-be business processes, and system development using the Scrum method (backlog, sprint, daily Scrum, review, retrospective). The research results produced an integrated ERP system design that includes the main modules of user management, inventory, shipment, and sales support, which has proven to improve the efficiency of the company's distribution process.Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning; Supply chain; Scrum Method; Logistic AbstrakTransformasi digital mendorong perusahaan mengintegrasikan teknologi guna meningkatkan efisiensi. Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly facilitated data management, particularly in the field of education. However, this convenience also presents new challenges in ensuring data security, especially for academic information that is sensitive and vulnerable to unauthorized access. This study aims to develop a web-based academic data security system by implementing the AES-256 encryption algorithm in Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) mode. The system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database to manage student data such as name, NISN, class, address, gender, religion, and mother’s name. The core functionality lies in encrypting and decrypting sensitive information using the openssl_encrypt and openssl_decrypt functions, integrated with a 256-bit encryption key and a randomly generated Initialization Vector (IV) to ensure confidentiality. The encrypted data is stored in base64 format to maintain compatibility with relational databases and storage systems. Testing was conducted to evaluate the accuracy of the encryption-decryption process and to assess the impact on system performance. Results show that the system effectively secures sensitive data; the encrypted entries in the database are unreadable to unauthorized users and can only be restored using the correct encryption key and IV. With a simple yet functional user interface and automated encryption handling, the system proves to enhance academic data security without compromising operational efficiency. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of AES-256-CBC encryption can be effectively applied in educational information systems, offering a practical and reliable solution for safeguarding academic data in web-based environments.
