Abstract

This study aimed to present a Fuzzy logic approach in determining the value of OEE Superflex machine for producing nuggets. The effectiveness value of Superflex machine in producing nugget raw materials was determined by calculating the Availability, Performance and Quality Yield values. Fuzzy approach in determining the value of OEE can be used because this approach is able to describe the value of the effectiveness of thr machines based on the condition of the company's actual capacities. The Fuzzy OEE approach uses the Trapezoidal Membership Association because the maximum value of the membership degree has more than one value in each parameter. The Fuzzy OEE value shows that Superflex machine had an OEE value with bad parameters so that the company has to improve its machine performance

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan bertujuan untuk mengenalkan formulasi pakan berbahan local pada ternak kelinci. Hal ini sejalan dengan dua tujuan Sustainable Development Goals mengenai kepastian pendidikan berkualitas yang layak dan inklusif serta mendorong kesempatan belajar seumur hidup bagi semua orang termasuk peternak dan menggalakkan pertanian yang berkelanjutan karena menggunakan bahan pakan lokal. Kegiatan berlangsung melalui empat tahapan yaitu pemberian wawasan tentang bahan pakan kelinci dan proses pembuatan pakan, focus group discussion dan perancangan pakan kelinci. Sebanyak 30 peternak mengikuti pelatihan pemberian wawasan dan satu peternak potensial diajak melakukan FGD. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kolaborasi peternak, pemrintah daerah dan akademisi untuk mengembangkan usaha peternakan kelinci masyarakat.

Abstract

This article discusses the study of supply chain performance after being measured using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) analysis by looking at variables that have very low values contained in the performance assessment of each variable. The low value affects supply chain performance when viewed in general terms. From the data obtained, the analysis was carried out using several tools, such as Fishbone Diagram, Root Cause Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). In assessing supply chain performance, the results of the assessment from the SCOR analysis were used to determine the part of the activity that has a low value in this case; the activity is the length of cycle time for storing finished goods in the warehouse. The root of the problem from the average length of the cycle of storage of finished goods in the warehouse shows that it occurs because the layout of the storage of goods was not well regulated. Therefore, it was necessary to improve the layout of the finished goods storage warehouse and implement technical procedures for taking goods. The results of this study are improvements that need to be implemented, so that the cycle of storing goods in the warehouse is not too long and the value of goods storage performance on SCOR to become increase. ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas tentang studi kinerja rantai pasok setelah diukur menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) analisis dengan melihat variabel yang memiliki nilai sangat rendah yaitu 0 yang terdapat dari penilaian kinerja setiap variabel. Rendahnya nilai tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kinerja rantai pasok ketika dilihat secara garis besar. Dari data yang diperoleh, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa tools yaitu Diagram Fishbone, analisis akar penyebab, dan Value Stream Mapping (VSM). Dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja rantai pasok, hasil penilaian dari analisis SCOR digunakan untuk mengetahui bagian bagian aktifitas yang memiliki nilai rendah dalam hal ini yaitu lamanya waktu siklus penyimpanan barang jadi di gudang. Akar masalah dari lamanya waktu rata-rata siklus penyimpanan barang jadi di gudang menunjukan bahwa terjadi karena tata letak penyimpanan barang tidak diatur dengan baik. Oleh karena itu perlu perbaikan tata letak gudang penyimpanan barang jadi dan menerapkan prosedur teknis pengambilan barang. Hasil dari studi ini yaitu perbaikan yang perlu diterapkan agar siklus penyimpanan barang di gudang tidak terlalu lama sehingga nilai kinerja penyimpanan barang pada SCOR dapat meningkat.

Abstract

Nanda Kitchen is a home-based cafe that produces various kinds of Korean specialties, specifically kimbab. The large demand for kimbab signifies that Nanda Kitchen is frequently engaged to the  stockouts of raw material supplies. Thus, kimbab production is unable to fullfil consumer’s demand. The intention of this research is to ascertain the appropriate amount of kimbab production. Effective demand forecasting is required to fullfil customer’s demand by sufficient raw material supplies. Demand forecasting was carried out using POM-QM for Windows with Moving Average (n=3) and Exponential Smoothing (alpha 0.3 and 0.5). The lowest error value is taken to implement Fuzzy Mamdani (MATLAB). Exponential Smoothing (?=0.5) is most proper method for forecasting demand (error value of 7.6%). Nanda Kitchen needs to produce 1460 kimbabs with input demand of 1473 and raw material supply of 2470 based on Fuzzy Mamdani.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the important sectors to support economic growth. In the midst of increasingly tight competition, business actors need to implement effective strategies to anticipate fluctuations in market demand so that accurate demand forecasting is a crucial step to ensure optimal stock availability. Currently, MSMEs only make predictions based on instinct and experience, not based on mathematical calculations, so that sometimes there is overstock or understock of the goods produced. This study analyzes the demand for sandals and shoes at MSME Mulyaharja, Bogor City using the moving average and exponential smoothing methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the most accurate forecasting method to optimize inventory management and minimize the risk of shortages or excess stock. Historical sales data for one year is used as the basis for the analysis. The results of the comparative analysis of forecasting errors show that the Moving average method with 2 periods provides the most accurate results, with a Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) value of 54, Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 3380, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 18%. The conclusion of this study is that the 2-period Moving average method is the best method to be applied to Mulyaharja UMKM, by applying this forecasting method, overstock and understock of product inventory can be reduced because the amount of production produced is close to the amount of customer demand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh suhu dan kecepatan exhaust terhadap berat ayam broiler menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani serta menetapkan prioritas manajemen pemeliharaan dengan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara di PT Tri Putra Cerdas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu ideal di kandang ayam adalah 32℃ dengan kecepatan exhaust 100 rpm, yang menghasilkan berat ayam optimal sebesar 2,65 kg. Penerapan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dapat mengoptimalkan pengaturan suhu dan sirkulasi udara untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ayam. Analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa kandang tertutup dengan sistem otomatis merupakan faktor paling signifikan dalam manajemen yang efektif. Implementasi metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi ayam broiler. Kata Kunci: ayam boiler, logika fuzzy, AHP, suhu kandang, exhaust.  ABSTRACT This study analyzes the effect of temperature and exhaust speed on broiler chicken weight using the Fuzzy Mamdani method, as well as prioritizing management strategies through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Data were collected through observations and interviews at PT Tri Putra Cerdas. The results indicate that the ideal temperature in the chicken coop is 32℃ with an exhaust speed of 100 rpm, yielding an optimal chicken weight of 2.65 kg. The application of the Fuzzy Mamdani method can optimize temperature and airflow regulation to enhance chicken growth. Meanwhile, AHP analysis shows that a closed coop with an automated system is the most significant factor for effective management. The implementation of these methods is expected to increase the efficiency of broiler chicken production.Keywords: broiler chicken, fuzzy logic, AHP, coop temperature, exhaust.

Abstract

Keterbatasan dalam menentukan FIFO daya tahan penyimpanan pada gudang penyimpanan benih cabai sering kali menyebabkan penurunan kualitas benih yang tidak terprediksi. Hal ini disebabkan belum adanya sistem memprediksi faktor input terhadap output (daya simpan benih) secara akurat. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi daya simpan benih cabai, yaitu suhu freezer, daya kecambah, dan kadar air benih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan FIFO dengan menggunakan software matlab metode fuzzy sugeno dalam mengestimasi daya simpan, serta metode correlation minitab dalam menganalisis pengaruh variabel input terhadap output. Hasil dari fuzzy sugeno adalah daya simpan benih dengan suhu -21°c, daya kecambah 83 dan kadar air 0.083 akan memperoleh daya tahan simpan sebesar 634 hari (cukup tahan lama). Variabel input yang berpengaruh paling besar adalah suhu freezer dengan nilai 0,744 dan arah hubungan negatif yang kuat berdasarkan perhitungan correlation. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan suhu freezer sangat berpengaruh terhadap daya simpan benih.Kata Kunci— Fuzzy sugeno, FIFO, regresi correlation, kualitasAbstractThe inability to determine FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for chili seed storage often leads to unpredictable quality declines. This occurs due to the lack of a system accurately predicting the effect of input factors on storage durability. Key factors influencing seed storage are freezer temperature, germination rate, and moisture content. This study aims to develop a decision support system for FIFO using MATLAB's Fuzzy Sugeno method to estimate storage durability and Minitab correlation to analyze input-output relationships. Results show seeds stored at -21°C with an 83% germination rate and 0.083 moisture content can last up to 634 days. Freezer temperature has the most significant impact, with a strong negative correlation value of -0.744. These findings emphasize that precise freezer temperature regulation is crucial for maintaining seed quality and extending storage durability.Keywords— Fuzzy Sugeno, FIFO, correlation regression, quality.

Abstract

Mie Lie Factory is one of the MSMEs in producing semi-finished products with the products produced being egg noodles, wonton skins, and dimsum skins. Mie Lie Factory is experiencing a problem in its production due to the uncertainty of the amount of demand each month. Production planning and demand forecasting need to be done in order to overcome this problem. This study aims to determine the quantity of production based on demand forecasting and the amount of availability at Mie Lie Factory. Demand forecasting can be known from the company's historical data over the last 12 months using the time series method. The method used for production planning is the Mamdani fuzzy method. The results of this study are that the company can find the number of products for production activities in the next period. The amount of product demand in October 2024 is 498.5 kg with the amount of product inventory in September 2024 of 200 kg, so the amount of noodle production through the use of the Mamdani fuzzy method is 405 kg. This research is expected to help Mie Lie Factory in planning production every month.

Abstract

Quality control of raw materials in animal feed production is critical for ensuring the quality of the final product and maintaining operational cost efficiency. Substandard raw materials can lead to diminished nutritional value in animal feed and price fluctuations, ultimately threatening the sustainability customer satisfaction. This study aims to enhance the quality control of raw materials by utilizing the Fuzzy Logic Mamdani method, which assesses the relationship between input and output variables through 27 fuzzy rules. The defuzzification process employed the centroid approach, revealing that the room temperature was 15°C (moderate), the delivery time was 4 days (moderate), and the storage duration was 15 days (moderate). This combination resulted in a moisture content level of 15% (moderate). The findings of this study indicate that these 3 variables significantly influence moisture content, providing a valuable reference for controlling the quality of feed raw materials PT SJG.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Boarding School Al-Jauharian, Kabupaten Cianjur, bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem pertanian terpadu (integrated farming system) dengan fokus pada budidaya ikan lele dan tanaman melon. Program ini dirancang untuk mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran praktis di sekolah kejuruan dan meningkatkan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja di bidang agribisnis. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pembangunan mini greenhouse, pelatihan, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi yang melibatkan siswa dan guru secara aktif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan praktis siswa, efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya melalui pemanfaatan limbah budidaya ikan sebagai nutrisi tanaman, serta peningkatan pemahaman akan konsep pertanian berkelanjutan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan dan menjadi contoh praktik baik yang dapat diadopsi oleh sekolah-sekolah lain di wilayah Cianjur dan sekitarnya.
