Abstract

Background: The WHO recommends breastfeeding until two years of age to support health and prevent stunting, but breastfeeding sustainability in Indonesia remains low. This study aims to analyze factors associated with breastfeeding sustainability in children aged 12 and 23 months in Indonesia using secondary data from the 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI). Methods: This cross-sectional quantitative study involved 10.769 children aged 12-23 months from 345.000 toddler households, selected through purposive sampling with inclusion criteria (mothers without twins, last child, no specific disease, child without congenital abnormalities) and exclusion (incomplete data), using a two-stage sampling technique (census block PPS and systematic household sampling). Data were analyzed using bivariate ( chi-square ) and multivariate analysis. Result: The result  showed a significant relationship between ownership index quintile, exclusive breastfeeding, , maternal education, place of birth, ANC staff, and ANC location, with p-values of <0.001 (<0.005) respectively, and the continuation of breastfeeding, but the ANC variable was not related, with a p-value of 0.062. The location or place of ANC at the maternity hospital/clinic was the main predictor with a value (AOR 1.5; 95% CI: 1.2 - 1.9), indicating that mothers who underwent ANC examinations at maternity home/clinics were 1.5 times more likely to continue breastfeeding after controlling for other variables Conclusion: Socioeconomic disparities influence access to maternal health services. Breastfeeding sustainability is influenced by socioeconomic factors, facilities, and health services

Abstract

Introduction Hypertension is the most common disease among the elderly, resulting from degenerative changes that occur with increasing age. The most prevalent disease in older adults is hypertension, with a prevalence of 45.3% (ages 44–54 years), 55.2% (ages 56–74 years), and 69.5% (ages ?75 years). Hypertension is a major risk factor for stroke, myocardial infarction, and chronic kidney disease. One of the non-pharmacological therapies for hypertension is Qur'an Murottal Therapy, which is effective in reducing blood pressure and is free from the chemical side effects of medications. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Qur'an Murottal Therapy using Surah Yasin on reducing blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods This study used an Experimental Study with a True Experimental Design, employing a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design consisting of an experimental group and a control group. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, involving 30 respondents (15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group). The results of the univariate analysis in the experimental group showed a decrease in blood pressure values of 87% after the Surah Yasin Murottal therapy intervention, whereas the control group showed no decrease (97%). The bivariate analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05 for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group. Meanwhile, in the control group, the systolic Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.061 > 0.05 and the diastolic Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.872 > 0.05. Conclusion There was a significant effect before and after the administration of Surah Yasin Murottal Therapy on reducing blood pressure among the elderly in the experimental group, whereas the control group showed the opposite result. Recommendation Elderly individuals with hypertension are encouraged to make Surah Yasin Murottal Therapy a regular daily activity, as it is an effective non-pharmacological therapy for controlling and reducing blood pressure. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of the results of the digital-based Student Faculty Evaluation (EDOM) in supporting the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at universities. The study uses a quantitative approach with an evaluative-descriptive research design. Research data were obtained from the results of the digital-based EDOM through the Sevima system during the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, covering 22 study programs and 15 learning evaluation indicators. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, gap analysis, and a learning quality analytics dashboard. The results showed that the overall average EDOM score was 3.60, which falls into the “good” category. The highest-scoring indicators were faculty readiness, faculty authority, moral exemplary behavior, and the alignment of exam materials, with an average score of 3.62, while the lowest-scoring indicator was punctuality, with a score of 3.57. The comparative analysis revealed variations in quality achievement across study programs, with the KPII Study Program achieving the highest score of 3.76 and the TIN Study Program achieving the lowest score of 3.24. The results of the gap analysis showed that all indicators remained below the higher education quality standard of 3.75. This study concludes that the digital-based EDOM plays a strategic role in supporting the implementation of PPEPP within the SPMI through continuous quality monitoring, academic quality control, and data-driven decision-making.
