Abstract

The tourism village programme was established by the government directly in order to empower village communities through tourism activities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the variables that influence the success of the formation of cultural heritage tourism villages in the village of Cimareme, Garut Regency. The problem studied is how much influence the economic, social, cultural, environmental, political, technological, infrastructure on the success of tourism. The type of research used is exploratory quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample is the Village Government, Village Community Institutions in Cimareme Village. The main focus of research is to measure and view data from independent and dependent variables at a certain point in time. The R Square value influences together or simultaneously with culture, economy, infrastructure, environment, politics, social, and technology on the success of tourism village pioneering with Adjusted R Square 0.998 or 99.90%. The implication of the research is the development of a sustainable local economy, preservation of culture and tradition, improvement of infrastructure and accessibility, empowerment of local communities.

Abstract

Purpose: The study aimed to identify and analyze factors affecting tourists’ destination patronizing intentions toward Mount Papandayan Tourism, Indonesia. Methodology: This study applied quantitative methods with a descriptive explanation design. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited Mount Papandayan Tourism more than once. Results: The collected data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis supported with SPSS. The result showed that two new factors namely testimony and loyalty were generated out of seven tested factors including telling experiences, giving recommendation to visit, desire to tell positive things, promoting tourism, desire to revisit, reluctance to changes, and not needing new experiences. Applications/Originality/Value: The research implication is that it can be utilized as consideration for developing Mount Papandayan Tourism. The proposed managerial implications were creating attractions that encouraging the tourists to give testimony on the tourism objects and providing services that attract the tourists’ intention to visit.

Abstract

Strategic management accounting (SMA) is important for every organization to achieve its strategic goals. This is because SMA can provide significant added value by providing the relevant information that modern organizations need to successfully achieve competitive advantage. The aim of this study is to investigate the application of SMA techniques in building a culture of innovation in creative industry companies in Garut district. This research contributes to knowledge that can provide an overview of the challenges in implementing strategic management accounting in adopting strategic management accounting innovations holistically. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were 5 company managers and strategic management experts as sources person. The research results show that companies are faced with several challenges, such as managers being required to understand accounting and the ability of managers to make strategic decisions by paying attention to environmental changes that occur. The stages of SMA techniques to achieve a culture of innovation are by carrying out strategic benchmarking and performance benchmarking, competitive position monitoring, performance measurement system, competitor cost estimation and pricing strategy. By implementing SMA Techniques, this really helps the Company in improving its culture of innovation. By studying environmental changes, which are fully oriented towards meeting customer expectations, this has an impact on the team's work culture becoming more innovative.

Abstract

In the current digital era, digital wallets have become an important innovation. This can certainly change the way individuals manage finances. This research aims to examine the influence of using digital wallets on mental accounting and its impact on financial behavior. A quantitative approach using the SEM method was used in this research to obtain more measurable, structured, and objective results. The data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this research are the millennial generation born in 1981-1996 who have used digital wallets in West Java. The selection of West Java as a research location was based on the significant increase in the use of digital wallets in this area, which is affecting various aspects of daily life. The total sample was 300 respondents using the cluster sampling technique. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that digital wallets influence mental accounting, and mental accounting influences financial behavior. Apart from that, the implications of the research results show that digital wallet users must take advantage of existing features to improve financial management, achieve financial goals, and reduce stress. Furthermore, service providers need to continue to innovate with features such as detailed financial reports, budget reminders, and spending analysis, as well as educate users so they can use these features optimally to increase satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Promotion, and Customer Trust on Men’s Skincare Purchase Intention in Garut Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey of 146 male respondents aged 18–45 years, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that all four independent variables significantly affect Purchase Intention, both simultaneously and partially. Brand Awareness strengthens recognition and reduces perceived risk, Perceived Quality reflects consumer judgments of product effectiveness and safety, Promotion through digital media enhances exposure and interest, while Customer Trust emerges as a decisive factor in purchase decisions and loyalty. These findings conclude that the four factors are essential in shaping effective marketing strategies for men’s skincare products, especially in local markets with distinct consumer characteristics.

Abstract

Social media has become an effective platform for spreading da’wah messages, especially among younger audiences. Ustadz Hanan Attaki, a millennial preacher, uses Instagram to promote values of goodness through relevant and communicative approaches. This study aims to analyze the digital public relations (PR) strategy employed by Ustadz Hanan Attaki in shaping a positive image and conveying moral messages to his followers. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through content observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation of digital da’wah activities. Interviews were conducted with two active Instagram followers and two members of Ustadz Hanan Attaki’s creative media team. The informants were chosen for their active participation and direct engagement with the content. Persuasive communication theory was applied to understand how messages influence and persuade audiences. The findings indicate that Ustadz Hanan Attaki uses aesthetically appealing content, a relaxed yet meaningful communication style, and personal narratives that resonate emotionally with his audience. These strategies build a strong emotional connection and enhance the positive reception of Islamic values among young people. The main contribution of this research is to provide insights into the application of digital PR strategies in modern da’wah, offering a creative approach that other preachers or da’wah institutions can adopt to engage digital audiences. The originality of this research lies in its focus on Ustadz Hanan Attaki and its in-depth analysis of his social media communication strategy as a primary tool for spreading moral values.Media sosial kini menjadi platform efektif untuk menyebarkan pesan dakwah, terutama di kalangan audiens muda. Ustadz Hanan Attaki, seorang dai milenial, memanfaatkan Instagram untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai kebaikan dengan pendekatan yang relevan dan komunikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi PR digital yang digunakan oleh Ustadz Hanan Attaki dalam membentuk citra positif dan menyampaikan pesan moral kepada pengikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi konten, wawancara, kajian pustaka, dan dokumentasi aktivitas dakwah digital. Wawancara dilakukan dengan dua pengikut aktif Instagram dan dua anggota tim media kreatif Ustadz Hanan Attaki yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatannya langsung dengan konten yang dibagikan. Teori komunikasi persuasif digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana pesan yang disampaikan dapat mempengaruhi dan membujuk audiens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ustadz Hanan Attaki menggunakan konten yang menarik secara visual, gaya komunikasi yang santai namun bermakna, serta narasi personal yang dapat menyentuh emosi audiens. Strategi ini berhasil membangun kedekatan emosional dan meningkatkan penerimaan nilai-nilai Islam di kalangan pemuda. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan baru tentang penerapan strategi PR digital dalam dakwah modern, serta menawarkan pendekatan kreatif yang bisa diterapkan oleh dai atau lembaga dakwah lain untuk menjangkau audiens digital. Keaslian penelitian ini terletak pada fokusnya terhadap Ustadz Hanan Attaki dan analisis mendalam tentang strategi komunikasi media sosialnya sebagai sarana utama untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai moral.
