Abstract

Doctors are one of the human resources contributing to the world of health, especially in the current COVID-19 pandemic situation. With the pandemic and increasing technological developments, this sat have sprung up many digital-based health service applications that can help the community, especially its users in health consultations, looking for health articles, and hospital searches. In this digital-based health service, if you want to consult online or make an appointment, there are many choices of doctors available with various criteria. This method is used to obtain weighting (Eigen Vector) criteria used to facilitate making decisions, which is to choose a doctor for consultation or appointment. With three criteria (experience, consultation price, and user satisfaction level) and alternatives (Dr. A, Dr. B, Dr. C) obtained weighting (Eigen Vector) or the best alternative option is Dr. A with a weighting value of 0.509, which has 27 years of experience criteria, a consultation price of Rp. 30,000.00, and a user satisfaction rate of 96%.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a digital currency that functions as a standard currency and can be traded virtually without service fee and have a reliable institution. Investors and traders are interested in buying or acquiring cryptocurrencies and expect to make a profit when selling them. Apart from mining, cryptocurrencies can obtain by buying through cryptocurrency exchanges. The cryptocurrency exchange is helpful as an intermediary for buying and selling crypto assets. There are many types of cryptocurrency exchanges circulating, and it makes users have to select carefully the exchanger they will use. Based on this problem, a decision support system is needed to facilitate the decision-making. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is selected because it helps multi-criteria decision-making, solves complex problems into small forms, and receives input from human understanding by defining problems, making hierarchies, conducting comparative assessments, determining priorities, and calculating consistency values. The final result of this research using the AHP method can be seen that Binance is the most recommended cryptocurrency exchange to be used for investing or trading because it earns a percentage of 35.34%, followed by FTX at 28.35%, Huobi Global at 18.05%, Gate.io at 6.96%, KuCoin at 5.76%, and Indodax 5.55%. The results of this calculation are obtained by calculating the priority criteria and alternatives.

Abstract

In the contemporary digital era, the increasing incidence of fraud and unwanted communications has become a serious concern, driving the adoption of security apps like GetContact. This study aims to analyze public perception of the GetContact app by conducting a systematic sentiment analysis of user reviews on the Google Play Store. Using a text mining framework, 990 user reviews were collected, processed to ensure data quality, and then classified using the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine sentiment polarity. Quantitative results show a significant dominance of negative sentiment, comprising 419 reviews (42.3%), followed by positive sentiment, comprising 291 reviews (29.4%), and neutral sentiment, comprising 280 reviews (28.3%). Qualitative analysis through data visualization reveals that the primary user complaints center on basic functionality issues such as login difficulties, while positive sentiment is driven by the perception that the app is very helpful. These findings provide critical actionable insights for developers to prioritize improvements in areas of greatest user concern. This study advances sentiment analysis by demonstrating the efficacy of Naive Bayes in classifying unstructured app reviews, offering a scalable approach to evaluating user feedback in mobile app development.

Abstract

Learning management sytems (LMS) play a crucial role to an academic process in a modern university, LMS systems facilitate an online learning process and help teach and it students to connect. This system is considered vital by its nature to ensure a smooth academic process, that’s why keeping the sensitive data and information that are contained in it are a must and ensuring the security are top priority.Whereheas LMS that are used in Pradita University havent got its system information audited. By using COBIT 5 developed by ISACA gives a solution to align IT with the organization goals, ensure its security, manage risk and threats and also manage compliance to a current policy. The main goal of this research is to understand its IT management, Especially on Security sector and Service request incident that contained in COBIT 5 domains like DSS02, DSS04, DSS05 and how this information system compliance to external regulations that already stated by an external organization as contained in MEA03 domain. And the result of its maturity level that have been assesed on Domain DSS02 is 2 DSS04 level 3 DSS05 level 5 and MEA03 is on level 3. That makes LMS aswaya have an average of 2.5 on its maturity level and have 0,5 gap from the expected level of 3. This shown because most of the processes on LMS Aswaya are Repeatable but inituitive.
