Abstract

Rekam medis menjadi sebuah dokumen wajib harus dimiliki oleh tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan adanya rekam medis menjadi pertimbangan seorang doketer untuk melakukan tindakan medis kepada pasien. Dokter XYZ membuka praktek di Patikraja, Banyumas. Rekam medis yang ada selama ini masih menggunakan kertas sehingga terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami, diantaranya data rekam medis hilang serta rusak, data rekam medis lebih dari satu dan pasien tidak datang saat jadwal chek up. Untuk itu diperlukan pemanfaat teknologi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu tujuan peneltian ini akan membuat aplikasi rekam medis berbasis website dan whatshap gateway. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem yaitu metode waterfall. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan metode waterfall dapat digunakan untuk membuat aplikasi rekam medis berbasis website dan whatshap gateway, setelah dilakukan pengujian black box secara kesuluruan kebutuhan fungsional perangkat lunak sudah berfungsi sesuai keinginan pengguna. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini mempermudah proses administrasi dan pengarsipan rekam medis secara digital.

Abstract

Sertifikasi organik memegang peranan yang sangat penting bagi penderes dan pelaku UMKM karena pelabelan organik pada produk yang telah diproduksi sesuai dengan standar sistem pertanian organik dan disertifikasi oleh lembaga sertifikasi organik yang telah diakreditasi. Aplikasi  ERP (enterprise resource planning), adalah sistem informasi yang diperuntukkan bagi perusahan manufaktur, jasa maupun perdagangan yang berperan mengintegrasikan dan mengotomasikan proses bisnis yang berhubungan dengan aspek operasi, produksi maupun distribusi di perusahaan bersangkutan melalui ERP. Pemanfaatan aplikasi ERP untuk pelacakan data pohon, mengintegrasikan informasi yang ada untuk sertifikasi sangatlah penting dalam menjalankan proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi mobile bagi internal control unit(ICS) yang akan digunakan dalam pendataan pohon dan petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan system berupa prototype. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa aplikasi penitikan pohon dan pengelolaan petani, harapanya akan berdampak pada mempermudah sertifikasi pohon organik dan anorganik yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis eksportir gula semut sebagai syarat regulasi mengenai standar pangan

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of information technology such as gadgets in children seemed unavoidable. Because almost all school learning is carried out online, this makes children more attached to their gadgets or devices. In the We Are Social report it is known that internet users have several different electronic devices, such as mobile phones, smartphones and non-smartphones, laptops/PCs, tablets, smartwatches, and so on. Of these various types of devices, mobile phones are the most popular devices. The problem is that not all parents understand today's digital era children, as well as the proper rules for using digital media. This was felt by the parents or guardians of TPQ Nurul Ikhsan students in Sokawera Village, Somagede District. So it is necessary to assist children when using their gadgets so that they can be used wisely. Participants in this socialization activity were 22 parents/guardians of students, previously 77% of whom still did not understand children's character and the rules for using digital media. The results of this activity after the participants received the socialization material were as many as 63% of the parents/guardians of the students who attended became participants who understood the children's character and the rules for using digital media after receiving the socialization material. In addition, 23% of participants understood enough and the percentage of participants who did not understand decreased to 14%.

Abstract

The Kabeh Free Website is a system used for submitting population documents, the website is a solution for residents in Banyumas, especially those who are far from Purwokerto City, to be able to submit residence documents online without having to go to Dindukcapil. However, in practice, there are still residents who choose to register offline, while there are several complaints from the Banyumas community that there is no submission guide on the website, delays in confirmation via e-mail, users have difficulty submitting because the website is having an error. This is the reason for researchers to conduct research with the aim of knowing the success of the Gratis Kabeh website with the DeLone and McLean model and knowing which variables have an influence on the Gratis Kabeh website. The sample used in this study amounted to 250 samples with a purposive sampling technique. The method chosen is the DeLone and McLean Is Success Model, to determine the effect of the variables in this model. The results showed that the overall research hypothesis was accepted because it had a significant and positive effect, then the results of the F2 value showed a weak effect on the variables Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality on Use and User Satisfaction, and the Usage variable on User Satisfaction and Net Benefit had a weak effect . However, the User Satisfaction variable has a moderate effect on Net Benefit

Abstract

One of the villages that is the focus of this service is Laehuwa Village located in Nias Regency, North Sumatra. Laehuwa Village has unique and distinctive potential both in terms of culture, environment, and economic potential. In this service, which was attended by 13 participants, a series of trainings were conducted for the people of Laehuwa Village to introduce and train them in the use of ChatGPT as a tool in improving digital skills. Training methods include an introduction to ChatGPT, as well as practical training in applying digital skills acquired through ChatGPT. The results of this service are expected to provide significant benefits for the people of Laehuwa Village in facing challenges in today's digital era.

Abstract

Banking applications have become an integral part of modern society. One such application is Muamalat DIN, launched by Bank Muamalat Indonesia with the aim of facilitating customers in conducting various transactions and activities. User reviews of this application vary widely, ranging from positive to negative comments. The purpose of this study is to evaluate user attitude on reviews of Bank Muamalat Indonesia's digital banking product, the Muamalat DIN application. This research offers insights into the efficacy of the SMOTE balancing technique compared to undersampling by utilizing a methodology that includes data collection via scrapping techniques, data preprocessing, and the application of Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP), XGBoost, and LightGBM classification algorithms. The results show that SMOTE-paired XGBoost works better for sentiment categorization. The study's conclusion emphasizes the significance of choosing the right data balancing method to increase sentiment analysis's accuracy in Islamic banking applications, which can be used as a foundation for strategies aimed at enhancing customer service and making decisions.

Abstract

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is a set of documents that defines every activity, action and procedure that disaster recovery must carry out, continue business processes in a short time and can save assets in information systems during a pandemic. The final result produced is a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) document which contains guidelines for carrying out stages in disaster recovery, policies for carrying out activities, procedures for carrying out activities and forms to fill in the information obtained in recovering when faced with a pandemic using the NIST SP 800-34 standard.

Abstract

The initial idea of Hompimpaa.id is to provide access to early childhood education from home for every parent which is conceptualized according to the child's interests and tal-ents through Assessment. Assessment in hompimpaa is a technology that makes data as knowledge and the final result in the form of children's interests and talents. With the de-velopment of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to process assessment features on mobile phones. These problems can be the background of the Mobile Assessment Ap-plication of children's interests and potentials. Therefore, a measurement of the level of satisfaction of the Mobile Assessment Application user's interest and potential will be car-ried out to determine the level of understanding of the existing menu structure. Factor analysis measuring user satisfaction level will be carried out on the variables of content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Collecting data obtained from distributing questionnaires will then be distributed to 70 real users. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there are two groups of factors, namely factors that have a positive and significant effect con-sisting of content, format, and accuracy variables while the other two variables produce factors that do not have a positive and significant effect consisting of ease of use and time-liness.

Abstract

Amikom Purwokerto University provides services to students in the form of a student service center system that is used for student academic management. The system contains general, academic, events, library, student activities, learning processes, financial and other menus. The problem that often occurs in student service centers is the frequent occurrence of server errors when filling in online KRS which results in many students getting random classes so their schedules collide. This study has the aim of analyzing threats, conducting assessments and evaluating risks that occur to campus assets. OCTAVE Allegro is a method used to analyze existing problems. The results of the study are that there are 3 areas of concern. There are 4 Impact Areas Prioritization in priority order of reputation, productivity, finance and security. In the area of ​​concern for exploiting system security holes, there are 5 mitigations. In terms of storage space capacity, there are 3 mitigations and unstable internet parts, there are 4 mitigations. From the results of the risk analysis, the highest value is 28, which is an unstable internet area of ​​concern in the system used

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di masa ini sangatlah pesat. Teknologi informasi saat ini memiliki banyak inovasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan. Salah satu contoh inovasi teknologi informasi tersebut diterapkan dalam donasi dan penggalangan dana. Tangan Baik merupakan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempermudah para donatur dalam melakukan donasi dan galang dana dengan mudah dan cepat. Antarmuka pengguna dibuat untuk membuat teknologi informasi lebih mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Desain antarmuka pengguna yang baik dan pengalaman pengguna yang luar biasa di suatu situs website akan membuat pengunjung tetap berada di situs website tersebut. Sebaliknya,jika sebuah situs website memiliki desain antarmuka atau pengalaman pengguna yang buruk, pengguna akan merasa tidak nyaman dan meninggalkan situs website tersebut. Dalam perancangan UI/UX website Tangan Baik,pembuatan desain prototype antarmuka menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Metode yang digunakan untuk desain UI/UX situs website Tangan Baik menggunkaan metode Desaign Tingking yang memiliki 5 fase yaitu Empathize,Define,Ideate,Prototype dan Testing. Penelitian ini menampilkan hasil perancangan desain interface atau antarmuka website Tangan Baik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna,sehingga nantinya website Tangan Baik ini dapat lebih dikembangkan dan para pengguna lebih mudah mengerti dan memahami dalam penggunaan website ini.
