Abstract

Heart disease is a deadly disease, early recognition is important to prevent the fairly high death rate due to this disease. There are various ways to detect heart disease early, one of which is by utilizing machine learning. In this research, the author uses secondary data, namely data taken from the website www.kaggle.com for the prediction process. The amount of data used was 297 data, with details of 160 data not detecting heart disease, and 137 data detecting heart disease. Apart from making predictions from heart disease patient data using the logistic regression algorithm, this research also implements the model that has been created on the website. The results of implementing the logistic regression algorithm in this research are an accuracy value of 0.9, precision of 0.92, recall of 0.86, and f1-score of 0.89. After measuring using these 4 parameters, the model that has been created is then implemented into a simple website using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method.

Abstract

Doa Ibu Rice Agent Shop is a business that focuses on food processing production, especially rice production. However, the sales system at rice agent shops still uses traditional methods. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design website-based e-commerce that has effective user interaction with the use of e-commerce features that are easy to use and understood by users.  The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, documentation, literature study and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the system development method created is using a prototype. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based e-commerce website at the Ibu Tambaksari Kidul Doa Rice Agent Store. Based on the results of a questionnaire to 10 respondents, the percentage of 78.4% was in the "agree" interval scale, so it can be concluded that the website created was in accordance with what was expected.

Abstract

Online lecture is one alternative to support distance learning. STMIK Amikom Purwokerto has implemented the online lecture system. In order to support effective learning while studying online using website media, an effective web interface is needed. However, there were complaints from users when accessing web lectures online. One of them is the user does not understand the overall use of functions on the existing system. Therefore heuristic evaluation is needed to find out how useful the system is in supporting online lectures. The results show that based on the calculation results using heuristic evaluation, the severety rating with a scale of 3 means that the online learning website at STMIK Amikom Purwokerto needs to be throughly improved from both system functionality and interface design.

Abstract

Anak-anak adalah kelompok usia dengan risiko yang tinggi tertular Tuberkulosis karena kekebalan tubuh yang belum berkembang secara sempurna. Tuberkulosis aktif pada anak dapat dicegah atau diketahui sejak dini apabila orang tua mengetahui ciri-ciri dan media penularan Tuberkulosis. Sayangnya informasi tersebut belum menyentuh seluruh aspek masyarakat, kurangnya dokter dan stakeholder yang terlibat untuk mensosialisasikan, mahalnya bisaya konsultasi dan berobat menjadi faktor pendukung. Dengan bantuan teknologi, peneliti berusaha memberikan informasi yang akurat mengenai Tuberkulosis. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun aplikasi mobile bernama “Si Tubo”, dengan metode inferensi Backward Chaining yang dapat membantu para orang tua dan stakeholder yang terlibat untuk mendeteksi dini gejala-gejala penyakit Tuberkulosis pada anak dan mencegah penularan. Basis pengetahuan berdasar pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 67 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis, beberapa literature dan konsultasi dengan Dokter Anak setempat sebagai si pakar. Namun aplikasi ini hanya mendeteksi dini bukan mendiagnosis bahwa anak terkena Tuberkulosis. Melalui Aplikasi Si Tubo orang tua bisa melakukan langkah pencegahan atau pemeriksaan lebih lanjut ke rumah sakit terkait bila ternyata anak diduga Tuberkulosis aktif.
