Abstract

Abstrak Industri kreatif memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, namun para pengusaha ekonomi kreatif masih menghadapi banyak masalah dalam pengembangan usaha dan keberlangsungan usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal intelektual, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis untuk membantu perusahaan tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebagai pemilik industri kreatif di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling, diperoleh sebanyak 126 pemilik industri kreatif. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal intelektual, orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja bisnis industri kreatif di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian, perusahaan dengan sumber daya yang unggul dapat memenangkan persaingan dan mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis. Jika dibandingkan dengan organisasi pesaing, manfaat sumber daya dan kemampuan bersaing akan menciptakan keunggulan bersaing. Oleh karena itu, pemangku kepentingan seperti pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat berperan lebih besar dalam mengakselerasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan industri kreatif. Kata Kunci: Modal Intelektual, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Kinerja Bisnis Industri Kreatif Abstract Although the creative economy plays a significant role in economic growth, entrepreneurs in this sector still confront numerous challenges in starting and maintaining their enterprises. The study's goal is to assist businesses stay competitive by examining the relationship between intellectual capital, entrepreneurship orientation, and market orientation on business success. The population of the study, which employs a quantitative methodology, is the owner of the creative industry in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. As many as 126 owners of businesses in the creative industries were acquired using the convenience sample technique. Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square was used to examine the data (SEM-PLS). The results of this study demonstrate a positive relationship between intellectual capital, entrepreneurship orientation, and market orientation and the financial performance of the creative industry. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether information technology and the work environment affect employee performance at Yus Corp Makassar. Data collection used primary data obtained from a questionnaire administered to a sample of 60 employees at Yus Corp Makassar. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression. Sampling technique used is saturated samples. The results revealed the following findings: 1) Information technology has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2) The work environment does not have a positive direct effect on employee performance. 3.) There is a Simultaneous Influence of Information Technology and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Yus Corp Makassar

Abstract

Analyzing the effect of service quality and product innovation on competitive advantage and their impact on the millennial generation's interest in saving in Makassar City is the objective of this study. The millennial generation is an important group in the economy and has shown different tendencies in financial behavior, especially in terms of saving. For this reason, financial institutions and banking service providers need to comprehend the factors that influence their propensity to save. This research employs a quantitative methodology to examine the millennial generation in Makassar City. According to the findings of this research, service quality has a favorable and considerable impact on competitive advantage. In this context, the higher the quality of services offered by financial institutions, the greater their competitive advantage. In addition, Product innovation has a positive and substantial effect on competitive advantage as well. Product innovation that is attractive and relevant to the needs of the millennial generation can enhance financial institutions' competitive advantage. In addition, the results of this study also show that competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on the millennial generation's interest in saving in Makassar City. This research makes an important contribution to financial institutions and banking service providers in understanding the factors that influence the millennial generation's intention to save. In facing increasingly fierce competition, financial institutions can increase their competitive advantage by improving the quality of services provided and developing product innovations that are relevant to the needs of the millennial generation. Thus, they can increase the interest of the millennial generation in saving, which in turn will provide benefits for the growth and stability of the financial sector in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions, and (2) to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on turnover intentions. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. This technique is used to analyze the influence of several independent variables on the dependent variable. Techniques of collecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank Mega Syariah in Makassar. While the sample in this study were all (census) population study, the employees of Bank Mega Syariah, which amounted to 98 respondents. This study examined the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intentions mega Islamic bank. Where R2 describes the significance, as well as the regression coefficient for the variable of job satisfaction is not a significant negative effect on turnover intentions and organizational commitment and constant regression coefficients significant impact on turnover intentions. Well test results; F-test and t-test showed a significant effect with probability = 0.00 <α 0.05. This means that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it is said to have a significant effect.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work carried out in quantity and quality in carrying out work that is the duty and responsibility of employees. The behavior and actions taken by an employee will affect the achievement of the organization. One example is the willingness of employees to voluntarily assist other employees, commonly known as the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, jobsatisfaction is also related to the performance shown by employees. The more satisfied they are with their work, the employees will improve their performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction on the employee performance of CV Sabillah Bone. The research method uses quantitative research with a descriptive design. Research begins in March-April 2023 at CV. Sabillah in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The number of samples used were 46 employees who were taken using the total sampling technique. Data collection was measured using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled directly by the respondents. Data were analyzed using a hypothesis testing test that began with the F test (ANOVA), t test, and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The test results show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, employees must maintain an attitude of always caring to their work surroundings. This situation can be in the form of employee concern or sensitivity to co-workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of knowledge, skills, attitudes, motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. PELNI Makassar Branch. The population in this study are employees at PT. Pelni Makassar Branch, totaling 43 people. To apply these objectives, data collection techniques are used by distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that knowledge, skills, attitudes, motivation and work experience partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PELNI Makassar Branch. Then from the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that the dominant variable influences the performance of employees at PT. Pelni Makassar Branch is a work experience. This is because work experience has the highest regression coefficient value, and has a smaller significant value than the other variables.
