Abstract

Blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative innovation in various sectors, including e-commerce. Effective blockchain governance plays a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction by ensuring security, transparency, and efficiency in online transactions. However, despite its growing adoption, many e-commerce platforms face challenges in implementing governance models that fully address user expectations and technological complexities, revealing a significant gap in the literature. This study investigates the impact of blockchain governance models on e-commerce user satisfaction, with a specific focus on mediating variables such as data privacy and system trust, and moderating variables such as user technology readiness. The study employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software to analyze relationships between variables. Data was collected through a survey of 135 respondents, consisting of e-commerce users familiar with blockchain technology. The Result reveals that blockchain governance significantly impacts data privacy and system trust, which, in turn, influence perceived ease of use and user satisfaction. Additionally, user technology readiness moderates the relationship between blockchain governance and perceived ease of use, highlighting its importance in adoption. The Novelty of this study lies in its integration of governance frameworks with mediating and moderating variables to holisticallyaddress e-commerce user satisfaction, an area underexplored in prior research. The conclusion emphasizes the need for e-commerce platforms to adopt robust blockchain governance frameworks to improve user satisfaction and gain a competitive advantage. Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in shaping organizational success by influ- encing employee engagement, motivation, and overall business performance. Effective leadership fosters an environment where employees feel valued, en- gaged, and aligned with corporate goals, ultimately driving sustainable growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of different leadership styles transformational, transactional, and servant leadership on employee engagement and their subsequent effect on organizational growth. By employing a quantitative research approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS, this study provides empirical evidence on how leadership behaviors affect work- place dynamics. Data were collected from employees across various indus- tries using a structured survey. The relationships between leadership styles, employee engagement, and organizational growth were examined using Partial Least Squares-SEM (PLS-SEM). Reliability and validity were tested through Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability (CR), and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The findings indicate that servant leadership has the strongest impact on employee engagement, followed by transformational and transactional lead- ership. Employee engagement significantly mediates the relationship between leadership styles and organizational growth. Organizations should priori- tize transformational and servant leadership approaches to enhance employee engagement and long-term growth. Future research should explore industry- specific leadership adaptations and the role of digital transformation in leader- ship effectiveness.

Abstract

The implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing has become a major driver of business efficiency, yet its strategic implications and the role of human involvement still require in-depth study. This qualitative case study research aims to analyze the effectiveness of adopting generative AI (Gemini AI and Claude AI) in the content creation process at PT. Gaivo Solusi Manajemen, focusing on perceived usefulness, the role of human-in-the-loop, and the perspective of competitive advantage. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with key informants and analyzed using Thematic Analysis. The findings indicate that AI substantially increases process efficiency, particularly in drafting content and SEO Meta packages, which boosts production volume and speed. However, key findings emphasize that AI is merely a supporting tool and necessitates mandatory supervision by expert staff (human-in-the-loop) to ensure information integrity and quality that complies with professional service industry regulations. Strategically, AI is not considered a source of hardly imitable competitive advantage (it is a commodity), but rather an enabler. The true competitive advantage lies in the staff’s ability in prompt engineering, supported by the company’s relevant internal data. This study provides managerial contributions by recommending a focus on investment in human resource skill development rather than solely on the acquisition of AI tools.
