Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of Discipline character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesa Students, Wawo District, Bima Regency, This type of research is using qualitative research conducted through direct observation in the field which is used as the object of research, research to study and examine the phenomena that occur, The data sources in this study include Primary data sources of Principals and Teachers, and Parents of Students at Madrasah Ibtidaiya Pesa Wawo, and Secondary Data Archives, Documents in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesa, Wawo District. Character development of Student Discipline must be carried out as early as possible, considering that globalization increasingly threatens the morale of our sons and daughters by encroaching on various aspects of life. Therefore, the revitalization of character education in which there is a character of discipline is appropriate and even should be included in a curriculum design and learning process, school/madrasah culture, and many self-development and extracurricular programs for students in Madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi anggota dalam kelompok tani ternak dengan peningkatan produktivitas sapi Bali. Kelompok tani ternak merupakan wadah penting dalam meningkatkan kapasitas peternak melalui berbagai aktivitas seperti pelatihan, penyuluhan, dan bantuan teknis. Sapi Bali sebagai salah satu komoditas ternak unggulan memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan peternak jika produktivitasnya dapat ditingkatkan secara optimal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 anggota kelompok tani ternak di wilayah Kabupaten X. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik korelasi untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan produktivitas sapi Bali yang diukur berdasarkan jumlah produksi daging dan susu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi anggota dalam kelompok dengan peningkatan produktivitas sapi Bali (r = 0,65, p < 0,01). Artinya, semakin aktif anggota dalam mengikuti kegiatan kelompok tani ternak, semakin besar peningkatan produktivitas sapi Bali yang diperoleh. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keterlibatan aktif dalam kelompok tani ternak dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kemampuan peternak dan keberhasilan usaha ternak sapi Bali. Oleh karena itu, penguatan peran dan partisipasi anggota dalam kelompok tani ternak perlu terus didorong agar produktivitas sapi Bali dapat meningkat secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang lebih besar bagi peternak.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product diversity and price onpurchasing decisions for Larishi figures in Bima City. The Larishi figure whose address isJl. Soekarno Hatta, Monggonao, District. Mpunda, Kab. Bima, West Nusa Tenggara.84117. This research is associative type using primary data sources. This researchinstrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire with the research population including allconsumers from the Larishi Store. The exact number is not known, to determine the numberof samples in an unknown population, the Unknown Population formula was used and asample of 96 people was obtained. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Inthis research, the data collection techniques used by researchers were observation,questionnaires and literature study. Researchers use analytical tools for validity tests,reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlationcoefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests.The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between productdiversity on purchasing decisions at the Larishi shop in Bima City in Accept. There is asignificant influence between price on purchasing decisions at the Larishi shop in BimaCity in Accept. There is a simultaneous influence of product diversity and price onpurchasing decisions at the Larishi Shop in Bima City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the simultaneous positive and significant influence of Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City. This research employs a quantitative approach. The type of research used is associative, with the population consisting of all private-sector Generation Z employees in Bima City. The sample includes 100 Generation Z employees selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of the study show that: (1) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; (2) Work engagement has no positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City; and (3) Human Capital Performance Management (HCPM) and work engagement jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Generation Z employees in Bima City

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a collaborative model between schools, families, and communities from an Islamic Education Management perspective as a strategy to strengthen the quality of Islamic education. This study employed a qualitative approach with library research methods through the review and synthesis of various relevant scientific literature. Data were obtained from accredited journals, academic books, and previous research on school-based management, educational partnerships, and community participation. Content analysis was used to develop an integrative conceptual framework. The study's findings indicate that effective collaboration requires participatory planning, ongoing communication, clear role allocation, and the strengthening of religious values ​​as a managerial foundation. The resulting model is conceptual in nature and requires further empirical testing to verify its effectiveness in various Islamic educational institution contexts.
