Abstract

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan penyakit yang seringkali tidak banyak dideteksi dan disadari karena umumnya PTM tidak menimbulkan gejala atau keluhan. Hal ini berdampak pada saat pemeriksaan penderita dimana PTM terdeteksi sudah sampai tahap stadium akhir. Upaya pencegahan PTM perlu dilakukan agar tingkat kesehatan masyarakat Desa Sari Mulya meningkat. Pencegahan yang dimaksud melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang PTM hingga cara pencegahan dan pengobatannya. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan pemaparan materi tentang pengetahuan umum PTM hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus. Kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan dievaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test dengan kuisioner serta wawancara singkat. Selain itu dilakukan pemeriksaan dan deteksi dini PTM, konsultasi setelah pemeriksaan kesehatan untuk pencegahan dan pengobatan PTM. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, skor rata-rata awal sebelum dilakukan pengabdian yaitu 7,53 dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 8,97 setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan edukasi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap PTM.

Abstract

Heart failure was one of the number one causes of death in Indonesia in 2018 at 1.5%. Heart failure can result in the patient's inability to carry out self-care. Self-care can be influenced by self-efficacy where self-efficacy can encourage the process of self-control in carrying out self-care. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a correlative descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 74 respondents with heart failure, sampling used purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the SCHFI questionnaire for self-care and CSE Scale questionnaire for self-efficacy. Univariate data analysis used frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used the Chi Square statistical test. There were 45 heart failure respondents with high self-efficacy (60.8%), 29 people with low self-efficacy (39.2%). 38 people (51.4%) had high self-care and 36 people (48.6%) had low self-care. From the results of the Chi Square analysis, the p-value was 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between self-efficacy and self-care in heart failure patients at Dr. Hospital. Bratanata Jambi. It is hoped that nurses can provide health promotion in the form of motivation to increase self-efficacy in heart failure patients in carrying out self-care.

Abstract

Audit delay, defined as the time lag between the fiscal year-end and the issuance date of the audit report, can undermine the timeliness and reliability of financial information for stakeholders. This study aims to examine the effect of audit switching, auditor reputation, and audit opinion on audit delay among property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. Using a quantitative approach, the study applies panel data regression analysis on a purposive sample of 34 companies, resulting in 170 firm-year observations. The results reveal that audit switching has a statistically significant and positive effect on audit delay, indicating that a change of auditors tends to increase the time needed to complete audits. In contrast, auditor reputation and audit opinion do not significantly influence audit delay. Simultaneously, the three variables collectively have a significant impact on audit delay, although their overall explanatory power is low (Adjusted R² = 3.6%). These findings suggest that while audit switching should be managed carefully to avoid disruptions in reporting timelines, auditor reputation and audit opinion alone may not be sufficient predictors of audit completion time. Companies are advised to ensure proper coordination and documentation during auditor transitions to improve the efficiency of the audit process.
