Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of additional salary on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of additional salary on work discipline, the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline, and its effect on work discipline. work discipline. . Discipline on employee performance, the effect of additional salary on employee performance through work discipline, and the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline. This study uses relational research with a sample of 66 participants who are employees of the Mandailing Natal Commercial Office. Interviews and annotation list data collection techniques such as surveys and data analysis techniques Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results showed that extra pay had a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, extra pay had a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline, organizational commitment had a significant effect on work discipline, and work discipline was very influential. have a significant impact on business discipline. little effect on work discipline. significant effect on employee performance, extra pay significant effect on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, organizational commitment and digitization on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch. This study uses a quantitative associative approach, which is an approach to determine the effect of independent variables and dependent variables where data is collected in quantitative form to examine certain populations or samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office. The sample in this study used a sample of 57 people consisting of 15 employees of the Electronic Facility & IT Division, 23 employees of the Electrical & Mechanical Facility Division and 19 employees of the Infrastructure Division. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.293 and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch with a value of 0.374, and P-Values ​​= 0.033 <0.05. (3) Digitization has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch Office with a value of 0.339 and P-Values ​​0.008 <0.05. (4) Competence, organizational commitment and digitization have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of the Airport Maintenance Division of PT Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu International Airport Branch.

Abstract

Improving the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Binjai City Education Office through increasing work discipline, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is very important. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment mediated by Job Satisfaction directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive. The population in this study were Civil Servants of the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 82 Civil Servants of the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) Software Program. The results of this study indicate that directly Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Performance, Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and indirectly Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of Work Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Performance at the scope of Binjai City Education Office of North Sumatra Province. The conclusion is that work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the performance of civil servants through increasing job satisfaction.
