Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of performance-based budgeting on the APBN. The writing of this article uses the literature review method, which is a search or review of published research articles. The process of searching for research data sources used in this article is searched through the Internet using a search engine. The data sources that we searched on the internet related to the evaluation of the implementation of performance-based budgeting on APBN accountability. The process of making this article began with reviewing data sources, these data sources were in the form of academic journals, media reviews, documents, both national and international documents related to the research title. The results of the study showed that the use of APBN budgeting with a performance-based budgeting system was better than using the Line Item budgeting system. The performance-based budgeting system for APBN has not been fully implemented properly.

Abstract

The alteration of land use along the riverine corridor has resulted in a reduction in the water catchment area that increases the frequency and severity of flooding events. In addition, the erosion of soil material during periods of high rainfall has contributed to the accumulation of sediment within the riverine, further exacerbating the issue of waterlogging. The location of urban recreation facilities in Bungku City, situated in coastal and mountainous areas, has prompted the local community to consider the Tole River as a potential new urban recreation area. The objective of this design is to create a riverine riparian landscape that mitigates sedimentation and flooding. This is pursued through the implementation of soil bio-engineering techniques, including the use of vegetated rock gabion walls, contour wattling, vegetation, and mangrove plants to minimise erosion. The resolution of cultural issues entails the revitalization of community activities in the vicinity of the river. This is pursued by the provision of facilities, including a food court area, a dance plaza, a fishing area, a green amphitheater, a playground area, a reading room, a gazebo, a canoe tour, a fishing boat parking area, and a viewing deck. The implementation of the eco-culture concept within the riparian landscape design of the Tole River incorporates facilities such as greenhouses, botanical gardens, retention ponds, and wetland areas, which are interconnected by pedestrian and bicycle pathways, as well as eco-ways. It is anticipated it will foster a harmonious balance between the ecological and the cultural aspects of the Bungku City community.

Abstract

Batik is the art work of the Indonesian people which is a cultural heritage from their ancestors which has become one of the world's recognized cultural heritages. Batik itself has a variety of patterns that are influenced by the customs of the local community and contains deep meaning and philosophy. Endemic flora and fauna are often used as patterns for batik motifs. In the process of forming batik motifs, mathematical knowledge is often required which sometimes appears naturally. Mathematics that is closely related to culture is called ethnomathematics as a branch of mathematics. Ethnomathematics can be used in forming batik patterns, especially fractal forms. A fractal shape is an object that appears to have a symmetric self-resemblance to one another when viewed at a certain scale and is the smallest part of the overall structure of the object. The purpose of this research is to make fractals of local batik motifs from Central Sulawesi using the endemic plant of Bunga Katimong (Etlingera Elatior) with the help of the j-Batik application so that new motifs are obtained to add to the diversity of existing batik motifs. The new batik motifs produced in this research are Katimong, Kantan, Kincung and Honje.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and practicality of using a pneumatic valve spring remover Special Service Tool (SST) in the valve seal replacement process without removing the cylinder head, and to compare it with the conventional method. The experiment involved two groups: the experimental group using the pneumatic SST and the control group using the conventional method. The results showed that the pneumatic SST reduced the work time by 31.9%, from 433.78 minutes to 295.33 minutes. Additionally, the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) revealed excellent scores for system usefulness (1.35), information quality (1.96), interface quality (1.74), and overall satisfaction (1.66), indicating that the pneumatic SST is not only time-effective but also practical and comfortable to use. Based on these results, the pneumatic SST is recommended as an efficient and easy-to-operate tool for vehicle maintenance in workshops.
