Abstract

Student learning outcomes that effective and efficient can help ease the performance of the school, therefore a system capable of handling the process of assessing student learning outcomes. The assessment system of student learning outcomes is expected to help simplify the performance of the school. The problems that exist in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya is how to design and build the application of student learning outcomes are structured and centralized. Currently, when the teacher will enter the student score, the teacher will enter the student score by using Microsoft Excel application, in recording of the student score it causing error by too many files created in assessing student learning outcomes, each file can be changed by all parties, so the student score data becomes invalid to be incorporated into student report cards. Based on the descripted problems, it is needed an application that can be used to assist the admin and teachers in facilitating the process of student learning outcomes in SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya. The solution is making a computerized application that can  processing the student learning outcomes at SMA Kartika IV-3 Surabaya, so as teachers inputing student score, the teacher does not need to make various Excel file, and the score can be directly seen by the student.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies so rapidly and widely used in various fields of life, one of which industry and manufacturing, such as the accounting department is one of the activities is to manage the assets of the company. The use of information and communication technology in the industry is essential and needs to be prioritized, because it can improve the speed and accuracy in data processing and to support the accounting department in managing its assets. The activities in accounting department of PT. Bina Megah Indowood are managing asset data, maintenance of assets, changes in the status of assets, depreciation of assets, and acquisitions are still done manually and not centralized. It makes the accounting department have difficulty managing the data quickly and accurately. In addition, the asset data is not centralized accounting difficult to find valid data. To resolve the problems, it will be created an asset management application at PT. Bina Megah Indowood. With this new application, it is expected that the performance of the accounting department in asset management be the better and make it easier to manage and accelerate the assets reporting process.

Abstract

PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama is a company engaged in the sale of farm machine. PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama still using manual methods for day-to-day business, such as recording order transactions, payment archive, searches the archive, making reports, and memoranda. This recording methods for saving valuable information can be risky, for example loosing the information and taking up much space. To overcome  the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an application to simplify the administering for admin. The result from this information system is order and payment reporting.  So, this application can overcome the company’s tracking order problem and give economical valuable information.

Abstract

Bank Mini is an accounting lab that used as a student financial payments and saving for students and employees of SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Bank Mini managing public savings, special savings, and general payment. Problems exist in Bank Mini is the process of recording transactions and financial reporting using a manual process using the books and records of other transactions, which potentially cause recording and accounting calculations errors. The school wants a Bank Mini information systems, but the schools didn’t know and can’t determine the appropriate system needs to be applied to the Bank Mini. The solution offered is to make the analysis and design of Bank Mini information systems that can generate the analysis and design of recording transaction processes, preparing reports accounting, and reporting of transactions. The process of analysis and design of this research includes the step of collecting data through interview and observation, analysis, system design, and evaluation of system design. The results showed that the analysis and system design can explain design of the transaction recording process, the reporting accounting process, and reporting processes used computing based processing, so it can be used as guidelines for implementation of Bank Mini information systems in the future.

Abstract

Part Persoalia PT. Jasamitra Propertindo have HR management tasks include human resource planning, employee recruitment, employee selection, placement and orientation, training and development, performance appraisal, and termination of employment. In the daily implementation of all human resources management tasks created manually. Therefore, the company wants the Human Resource Information System. The obstacles, the current PT. Jasamitra Propertindo not know the needs of the system according to the needs of Personnel.The solution offered is to do a needs analysis and design of Human Resource Information System capable of handling ranging from human resource planning, employee recruitment, selection, training and development, placement and orientation, performance assessment, until the termination of employment with the effective, efficient and accurate.The result of this research is the formulation of system requirements analysis, system design, system design and evaluation. After the evaluation, the draft document human resources information system at PT. Jasamitra Propertindo able to produce systems that help the company in the process of managing the company, especially in the human resources department.

Abstract

The process of recording the sale of spare parts and services, the service motor that includes the company's interaction to the customer and internal interactions between parts of the PT. As Motor not computerized. The problem that exists is in the process of identifying damage to vehicle in which the mechanics are not doing service in accordance with the standard operating procedure as well as the mechanics are working on improvements often work vehicle repair other customers and service advisors are not directly know the stock of spare parts that exist when the sales of spare parts, the impact is disturbing the development and progress of the workshop.The solution to solve the problem is an application that can automate customer interactions to the company and the interaction between the internal parts is to design and build applications recording sales of spare parts and services, the service -based motor desktop. These applications generate sales reports information in the form of spare parts, spare parts sales reports per period, circulation reports sales of spare parts, service revenue reports per mechanics, spare parts inventory reports, and reports the purchase of spare parts. Keywords: Spare Parts, Service Fees, Sales, Desktop Based Application.

Abstract

Delta Computindo CV is a company engaged in the sale of computer equipment and the purchase of computer equipment from suppliers. CV Delta Computindo currently has four parts, the manager of the office, warehouse, purchasing, sales and administration, each office has a role and responsibility for each job. Recording of transactions must be recorded in detail because otherwise it will be difficulties in processing the data and the data that is already too much need a container to collect the data. Based on the above problems, it would require an application of sales and purchases to help the sales department in preparing reports and notifications to customers who want maturing loans, part of the purchase is expected to help the timely payment of the debt in order to not have to pay interest.

Abstract

Stikom Career Center (SCC) is a technical implementation unit (UPT) which aims to help or become a mediator between companies / agencies / industry workers, especially those coming from Stikom Surabaya. On the SCC website, alumni still have to find their own job vacancies and the company has not been able to find alumni according to the criteria they need. This process has not been able to help alumni to promote themselves to the world of work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a website-based information system to quick-select suitable candidates or by applicant synchronization in accordance with the needs of vacancies offered by employer. Based on the results of trials that have been conducted in conjunction with SCC Division and PPTI Division Stikom Surabaya then alumni promotional applications can help alumni to promote themselves and help companies who want to find candidates for workers in Stikom Surabaya. with attention to the look and functions used so as to help SCC to bridge alumni Stikom Surabaya in search of work.

Abstract

Paris (Parking Information System) is a information system to deal with parking security and performance. Paris can handle parking transaction with one area one Paris online and offline. It is not efficient anymore if have more than one parking area in far location that cannot connected properly. It must doing update or making report in all parking area. All parking area must be connected and can be communicated. Paris Management Client is a application for connecting all Paris. Offline Paris and online Paris can synchronize data. Member data can distributed in all area with one insert. Not only that, parking member can get parking availability information from Paris Management Client because offline Paris always communicated with online Paris in some interval of time. Paris Management Client developed with waterfall SDLC method. Starts with analysing system’s need, then making a system design, coding application, and then testing application. The result is Paris Management Client can help SSI as developer to control all Paris, help client to update data or make report, and help member to get parking’s slot easily. recommendation for Paris is develop mobile application for member that can be give information visually, not only text.

Abstract

Limbah sayur sangat baik untuk pembuatan pupuk organik karena mengandung unsur hara yang sangat baik dan proses dekomposisinya cepat. Vermicomposting merupakan salah satu metode pembuatan pupuk organik yaitu proses pengomposan dengan memanfaatkan mikroba tanah misalnya, cacing, dan berbagai jenis ulat. Darah sapi layak dijadikan sebagai pupuk organik karena mengandung unsur hara yang relatif tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas pupuk organik dari limbah sayuran secara vermicomposting menggunakan Lumbriscus terrestris dan Ulat hongkong dengan penambahan darah sapi secara kimia. Penelitian dilakukan di Lab. Biokimia Pend. Biologi FKIP UMS dan lab. Tanah Fakultas Pertanian UNS, dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Adapun faktor 1, Bahan Vermicomposting (U1 = Lumbriscus terrestris, U2 = ulat hongkong), faktor 2, Dosis limbah darah sapi (D1 = darah sapi 75 ml/5 hari dan D2 = darah sapi 85 ml/5 hari). Analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitattif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara kualitas perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan pada perlakuan limbah sayuran secara vermicomposting menggunakan ulat hongkong 200g dengan pemberian dosis limbah darah sapi 85 ml/5 hari yakni Posopor 17,62 ppm, Kalium 0.54%, dan pH 7,22. Hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pupuk organik sesuai dengan kualitas pupuk organik SNI 19-7030-2004.
