Abstract

Usaha catering merupakan usaha yang mempunyai prospek yang bagus, karena bersifat menerima pesanan sehingga ukm catering hanya membuat makanan sesuai pesanan dan tidak ada persediaan makanan yang tidak laku, berbeda dengan warung ataupun restaurant yang kemungkinan ada makanan yang tidak laku terjual. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan ukm catering lestari adalah strategi pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut (Mouth of word). Pelatihan yang diberikan pada ukm catering lestari yaitu promosi pemasaran dengan menggunakan media social facebook dan Instagram.. Hasil pelatihan yaitu catering lestari lebih dikenal masyarakat dengan promosi produk lewat sosial media facebook dan Instagram sebagai media promosi sehingga usaha catering lestari bisa berkembang lebih baik.

Abstract

Sekuakhian  activities are customary of the Lampung Pepadun community as a method to choose potential partners that have been carried out by their predecessors. However, with the development of people's lifestyles, so that this activity often causes different sites from previous habits, therefore, it is interesting to study in depth the socio-philosophy of this custom, in order to get its true meaning. The problem is how to implement the customary sekuakhian muli mekhanai in the review of maqashid al-shari'ah? The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the paradigm of the indigenous people of Lampung Pepadun  in the sekuakhian muli mekhanai in the review of maqashid al-shari'ah. This research is in the form of qualitative field research taken from  primary data taken from indigenous people of Lampung Pepadun, while the skunder data is from the results of written works both books, journals and other articles related to the Lampung Pepadung custom, especially about sekuakhian customs.The result of this study is that the paradigm of the  indigenous people of Lampung Pepadun about the sekuakhian muli mekhanai is a method for choosing a life partner, which if viewed in the study  of maqasid al-shari'ah philosophically does not actually contradict the law of shari'a, but because this activity then underwent a paradigm shift, until then there were several things that plunged into things that led to the action that forbidden by religion.

Abstract

This study examines the roles of the Bandar Lampung City Police and District Attorney's Office in ensuring legal certainty and public benefit. As field research, data was gathered directly from these institutions, utilizing a qualitative approach that does not involve statistical testing. Findings reveal that the Police contribute to legal certainty and economic recovery through maintaining security and public order, enforcing the law, distributing social assistance, and conducting routine patrols. The District Attorney's Office supports economic recovery through prosecution and legal assistance roles. However, challenges like limited human resources and community support hinder optimal performance. Both institutions operate under positive law (Police: Article 13 of Law No. 2 of 2002; District Attorney's Office: Article 2 of Law No. 16 of 2004) and align with Islamic principles of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyah, ensuring their actions adhere to both statutory and Islamic law.

Abstract

This article is about the concept of Al-Narajil reasoning as an interpretation approach based on gender-just fiqh. The facts in society nevertheless point to the inequality between men and women, which has an impact on the subordination of their roles in public and domestic. So there needs to be a reinterpretation in the gender approach in order to achieve a partnership between the two. This article aims to analyze how Al-Narajil reasoning can provide a moreover inclusive and fair reinterpretation of gender issues, especially in the relationship between men and women, and their roles in society. The method used is qualitative, which emphasizes the analysis of religious texts and literature studies with a critical hermeneutic approach to Al-Narajil reasoning with comparative theory, library research type. The results of the study show that Al-Narajil reasoning offers space for reinterpretation of texts that are often considered gender biased, by emphasizing the principles of justice (al-'adl) and welfare (al-maslahah). This approach can be a foundation for building a moreover equal understanding of gender in the context of contemporary Islam, while responding to the challenges of modernity without ignoring the spiritual and ethical values of Islam. Al-Narajil rational idea offers a new perspective on the renewal of Islamic law, especially in the context of justice between men and women.

Abstract

Masyarakat desa pada umumnya memiliki tingkat kesadaran hukum yang rendah sehingga mengakibatkan adanya permasalahan hukum. Dengan masih rendahnya tingkat pendidikan mungkin adalah salah satu faktor tidak memahami hukum. Untuk mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman tentang hukum, maka rasanya perlu kiranya diperlukan adanya implementasi Keluarga Sadar Hukum (Kadarkum) secara efektif dan berkesinambungan sehingga masyarakat benar-benar memahami pentingnya hukum di desa Patean Kecamatan Batuan. Penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah tipe penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif adalah penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan memilih bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pengumpulan bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Menurut Soerjono Soekanto dan Sri Mamudji, berdasarkan kekuatan mengikatnya bahan hukum terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik Analisis Data merupakan suatu metode atau cara untuk mengolah sebuah data menjadi informasi sehingga karakteristik data tersebut menjadi mudah untuk dipahami dan juga bermanfaat untuk menemukan solusi permasalahan. Dalam kajian ini analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif analisis. Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia melalui Kepala Badan Pembinaan Hukum Nasional mengeluarkan peraturan nomor PHN.HN.03.05- 73 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembentukan dan Pembinaan Keluarga Sadar Hukum dan Desa/Kelurahan Sadar Hukum. Yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah bagaimana implementasi dari peraturan tersebut dalam rangka mewujudkan kesadaran hukum di masyarakat, dengan didasarkan pada kriteria penilaian dari peraturan tersebut sebagai indikator dalam menentukan bahwa suatu desa/kelurahan termasuk desa/kelurahan sadar hukum.
