Abstract

Citizen Relationship Management Mobile is an application that is created to be able to follow up on all complaints that have been reported by Jakarta's residents so that local governments of DKI can coordinate faster in resolving complaints of Jakarta’s society. Kartini sub-district applies a CRM application in handling public complaints regarding the handling of public facilities infrastructure (PPSU). Through the CRM application, PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers can find community reports, not only locations or pictures of the actual condition of reported public facilities but also their identities so that public's complaints can be resolved quickly. However, what often happens is that reports submitted by the society through pictures (photos) are not suitable with the actual situation, the address is not clear as well and also it does not include the identity of the reporter. This makes it difficult for PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers to follow up. Another problem faced is that several complaints reports do not include the main duties and functions of PPSU workers. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach to collect information about real current conditions. Interviews were conducted with 8 informants. The results showed that the application of CRM in the Kartini’s sub-district was quite effective, as indicated by the level of reports/complaints related to the handling of public facilities submitted by the residents, which decreased significantly, although there were still obstacles faced so that the implementation of CRM ran optimally. Various efforts have been made by the Kartini sub-district to overcome these obstacles so that the follow-up of reports/complaints from the public regarding public facilities infrastructure has higher quality, faster, more precise, and accurate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation activities of revitalization policy of Traditional Market Sarijadi by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City which includes organization, interpretation and application. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method of analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted with in-depth interviews, observations and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the organization has not been supported by human resources and facilities in accordance with needs, while the funds are sufficient. Establishing  a thematic organic vegetable market for Sarijadi Market and direct socialization to higher education and comparative study followed by traders and employees and Directors of PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung city  is an organizing method. Interpretation of activities related to work programs and revitalization activities has not been supported by future guidelines and targets because no Strategic Plan has been determined yet. While the application activity of the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat of Bandung City associated with the service has been using information technology for levy and maintenance services of Business Registration Letters and promotions for rental offerings. Research report on the Implementation of Sarijadi Traditional Market Revitalization Policy by PD. Pasar Bermartabat Bandung City has not yet run. Research suggestions need to be established immediately in the Strategic Plan, training and training facilities are needed, the addition of infrastructure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the receipts for regional retribution is the revenue from regional levies. Parking levies on public roads are one of the regional levies that contribute to local revenue. The Bandung City Government has implemented the Electronic Parking Terminal (TPE) program as an effort to minimize parking problems in the city of Bandung and to increase parking retribution income. The implementation of TPE still has many problems. TPE does not run optimally, people still choose to pay the parking attendant. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach regarding the implementation of the Electronic Parking Terminal Program (TPE) Policy in the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Parking at the Bandung City Transportation Service. Data collection techniques used are interview, documentation, and observation techniques. The data analysis uses the data reduction method, and data presentation, while the data validation test uses triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the TPE Policy in Bandung City has been implemented but is not optimal, this is indicated by the fact that there are still many users who prefer to pay for parking to the parking attendant. And the ineffectiveness of socialization from the implementers of this program policy so that many people are not aware of the Electronic Parking Terminal program. Several efforts have been made to overcome the obstacles that occur, including by providing education and outreach to all related elements, recruiting employees, increasing the competence of existing Human Resources, conducting periodic coaching and giving rewards, and making proposals for regional regulations to the Legislative.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to determine the potential of West Java Millennial Farmers in Boosting the National Economy through the Export of Plantation Products. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document studies. Then analyzed using the opinion of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results showed that West Java millennial farmers had a contribution to IDR. 163.335.866.450 (5.89%) of the total export of IDR. 2,768,897,950,950 in boosting the national economy through the export of coffee plantation products, coconut, and their derivatives as well as palm sugar. With current technological developments, the millennial generation can be adaptive to technological developments to be implemented in the agricultural sector, so that the potential of West Java millennial farmers can be developed through technical guidance on cultivation, harvesting, post-harvest, and marketing of plantation products by utilizing digital information technology. In the implementation of the millennial farmer program in West Java, it should be preceded by more intensive socialization by the implementing team and other stakeholders so that it is understood and supported by various levels of society that its implementation is efficient in the use of resources that are factors of production and more effectively achieves the target of increasing income

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama yang disebar kepada 62 responden dari total populasi 159 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kompetensi PNS di Sespim Lemdiklat Polri memperoleh skor sebesar 2046 dengan rata-rata 4,13 termasuk pada kategori baik. Variabel kinerja PNS di Sespim Lemdiklat Polri memperoleh skor sebesar 2602 dengan rata-rata 4,20 termasuk pada kategori baik. Dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,701, maka diperoleh KD sebesar 49,14% yang menunjukan besarnya pengaruh variabel (X) terhadap variabel (Y). Sedangkan 50,86% merupakan variabel lain yang berpengaruh tetapi tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian kompetensi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sespim Lemdiklat Polri. Saran penelitian ini adalah para pegawai perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait peraturan yang dikeluarkan Kapolri, sungguh-sungguh dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai prosedur dan menjalin komunikasi yang baik, selain itu setiap pimpinan pada unit organisasi harus mampu memberikan keleluasaan kepada para pegawai untuk berpartisipasi sehingga mendorong terwujudnya kinerja yang baik. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Sespim Lemdiklat Polri.   This research used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as the main instrument distributed to 62 respondents from a total population of 159 people.  The results showed that the competency variables of civil servants  obtained a score of 2046 with an average 4,13 belongs to the good category. The performance variable of civil obtained a score of 2602 with an average score 4,20 belongs to the good category. With an R square value of 0.701, a KD of 49.14% was obtained which shows the magnitude of the influence of the variable (X) on the variable (Y). Meanwhile, 50.86% is another variable that has an effect but was not studied in this study. Thus, competence affects the employees performance at the Sespim Lemdiklat Polri. The research recomendation are employees need to increase knowledge related to the regulations, be serious in completing work according to procedures and establish good communication, besides that leader must be able to provide flexibility to employees  participate to the realization of good performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of Job Crafting on ASN Employee Performance in the Bandung City Education Office. Every organization or agency in implementing the program is always directed to achieve its goals. One of the factors that become criteria for achieving the smooth goals of an organization or agency is to measure its performance. Employee performance must be considered because it is one of the keys to success. An agency does not only have ASN employees but also PPPK employees. The State Civil Apparatus is an element of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in carrying out state, government and development tasks. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were obtained from primary data, namely data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires. The sample used was all ASN employees in the Bandung City Education Office as many as 198 people. The sample is determined by saturated sampling, namely the entire population is used as a sample. The results of the study show that job crafting has a significant effect on the performance of ASN employees in the Bandung City Education Office.

Abstract

Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa (Rusunawa) Cigugur Kota Cimahi merupakan Rumah Susun  diperuntukkan bagi warga yang berpenghasilan rendah. Rusunawa  dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksanaan Teknik Dinas (UPTD) berada di bawah  Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (DPUPR). Salah satu tugas utama dari Unit Pelaksana Teknik Dinas  adalah   memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat yang akan maupun yang sudah menempati   rumah susun sederhana sewa ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pengelola terhadap Kepuasan Penghuni Rusunawa Cigugur Kota Cimahi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk megetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan yang dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksanaan Teknik Dinas terhadap kepuasan penghuni Rusunawa. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  menggunakan Simple Random Sampling,  kuesioner, observasi, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis data  menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan  bahwa adanya pengaruh  yang signifikan antara Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Penyewa yaitu sebesar 53,7%,  sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan masih perlu ditingkatkan, yaitu dengan  membenahi sarana dan prasarana, ketanggapan petugas serta  keamanan pada lingkungan Rusunawa.Cigugur City of Cimahi's Simple Rental Flats (Rusunawa) is a condominium intended for low-income residents. Rusunawa is managed by the Technical Implementation Unit of the Public Works and People's Housing Department (UPTD DPUPR). One of the main tasks of the Technical Implementation Unit is to provide the best service to both prospective and current occupants of these simple rental flats. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of the management's service quality on the satisfaction of the residents of Rusunawa Cigugur Cimahi. The focus of this research is to understand the quality of service provided by the Technical Implementation Unit and its impact on the satisfaction of Rusunawa's occupants. The research method employed is a survey technique with a quantitative approach, using Simple Random Sampling, questionnaires, and observations with a total of 40 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Simple Linear Regression. The results of this research indicate a significant influence of Service Quality on Tenant Satisfaction, amount  for 53.7%, while the remaining 46.3% is influenced by other factors. This suggests that service quality still needs improvement, particularly in terms of improving facilities, the responsiveness of staff, and security within the Rusunawa environment..

Abstract

It and internal company conditions strongly influence company performance in the consumer sector. This study examines how macroeconomic and company characteristics affect corporate financial performance in consumer goods companies. This study's population now seems to be goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the systematic sampling technique and data analysis methods using several regression analyses confirmed that macroeconomic factors had no significant effect on company performance. Significant company. The characteristic is the level of corporate debt. The level of debt leverage has a negative and significant impact on company performance, indicating that the higher the company's debt, the reduced the company's performance. The sample size of this study is confined to consumer goods companies, so it cannot be generalized to other business sectors.

Abstract

ASBTRAK       Fokus Penelitian ini adalah  terhadap Gelandang dan Pengemis (Gepeng) yang berkeliaran di jalanan di kota Bandung. Penambahan jumlah gepeng cukup signifikan, tahun 2018 terdapat 88 Gepeng meningkat menjadi 297pada tahun 2019, yang berdampak pada  keamananan dan kenyamanan para pengguna jalan serta timbulnya masalah social yang perlu dilakukan penanggulangan dan pembinaan terhadap Gepeng oleh dinas terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Strategi dalam Program Penanggulangan Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS), di Dinas Sosial dan Penanggungan Kemiskinan Kota Bandung.         Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mencari sumber data ,observasi, dan teknik wawancara terhadap para informan yang berhubungan dengan objek yang diteliti.       Hasil penelitiannya adalah penerapan Manajemen Strategi Richard Rumelt (1980), : Kesesuaian (Consonance) Keunggulan (Advantage) Konsistensi (Consistency) Kelayakan (Feasibility), pada program di Dinas Sosial belum dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal tersebut terbukti adanya Gepeng baru yang menimbulkan masalah baru sehingga konsistensinya perlu adanya  penanggulangan. Tindakan  solusi yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat, melakukan  bimbingan sosial dan menambah fasilitas pendukung program tersebut.  Kendala pelaksanaan program tersebut adalah rendahnya tingkat kesadaran dan sikap mental  gepeng. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini  bahwa program tersebut belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya,  bimbingan sosial sudah dilaksanakan dan ditujukan untuk para Gepeng namun berkesan  monoton.  Saran penulis perlu dilakukan adanya modifikasi program pelatihan dan keterampilan serta menambah  fasilitas penampungan Gepeng yang memadai. Kata Kunci: PMKS, gepeng (gelandangan dan pengemis),  manajemen strategi.Â
