Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of artificial intelligence technology in the transformation of education management in Junior High Schools to improve learning effectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves observation, in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence-based digital learning. The data obtained was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of artificial intelligence technology in learning in junior high schools. The results of the study show that the application of artificial intelligence can increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in terms of personalization of learning and management of student learning time. The contribution of this research provides insight into the importance of artificial intelligence technology-based education management in improving the quality of learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Administrasi kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan program promosi kesehatan di tingkat pelayanan dasar seperti Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran administrasi kesehatan dalam optimalisasi program promosi kesehatan di Puskesmas Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Informan terdiri atas kepala Puskesmas, petugas promosi kesehatan, petugas administrasi, serta perwakilan masyarakat binaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi kesehatan berperan penting dalam mendukung fungsi manajerial, pengelolaan sumber daya, serta sistem dokumentasi kegiatan promosi kesehatan. Aspek administrasi seperti perencanaan kegiatan, pengelolaan anggaran, pelaporan, dan koordinasi lintas program berkontribusi terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan promosi kesehatan. Namun demikian, beberapa kendala ditemukan, antara lain keterbatasan tenaga administrasi, kurangnya integrasi sistem informasi digital, serta lemahnya monitoring dan evaluasi berbasis data. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas administrasi kesehatan, digitalisasi manajemen data, serta peningkatan koordinasi lintas sektor guna optimalisasi program promosi kesehatan di tingkat Puskesmas.

Abstract

This research investigates the psychological impact of cyberbullying on individuals' self-concept and analyzes the strategies and coping mechanisms used to reduce the negative consequences that arise. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with a number of participants who had experienced cyberbullying. Findings suggest variation in how individuals respond to these experiences, with some experiencing reduced self-esteem, while others develop adaptive strategies to cope with the psychological impact. Social support, developing mental resilience, self-reflection, managing social media, and seeking professional help were identified as key strategies. The results of this study provide in-depth insight into the complexity of the impact and individual responses to cyberbullying, and provide a foundation for the development of more effective interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance and determine the optimal asset allocation of a stock portfolio in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) by rigorously applying the Markowitz Mean-Variance Model. This research is a quantitative study that utilizes historical return data from a selection of highly liquid blue-chip stocks over a five-year observation period. The methodology involves calculating the expected return, variance, and covariance matrices, followed by quadratic optimization to identify the most efficient portfolios, specifically the Global Minimum Variance Portfolio (GMVP) and the Tangent Portfolio. The findings reveal that significant benefits from diversification are achieved due to moderate positive correlation among the selected assets, resulting in a distinctly curved efficient frontier. The optimal portofolio, characterized by the highest Sharpe Ratio, consistently demonstrates a superior risk-adjusted return profile compared to investing in any single stock asset. This study concludes that the Markowitz Model is highly effective in structuring investment strategies in the IDX, validating the importance of covariance analysis for risk mitigation and strongly aligning with the prudent investment principles of Islamic economics (ghair gharar).
