Abstract

Keterampilan literasi di sekolah dasar menjadi langkah awal yang krusial untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran yang produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil kemampuan literasi anak kelas 3 sekolah dasar di Surakarta dan faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan literasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui tes dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi tes pemahaman membaca, penilaian menulis, dan pemeriksaan kemampuan mengeja. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi siswa kelas 3 sekolah dasar di Surakarta didominasi pada kategori sedang berdasarkan dari penilaian pemahaman membaca, menulis, dan mengeja. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi literasi adalah strategi pengajaran guru, jenis bacaan, jenis tulisan, program literasi, dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengajar literasi yaitu kebiasaan siswa yang selalu di bimbing, kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, perbedaan kemampuan kognitif siswa.

Abstract

A rise in chronic diseases, including cancer, increasingly strains public health. While conventional drug discovery often focuses on single molecules, this method frequently fails to address complex diseases with multiple causes. Network pharmacology, a systems biology approach, provides a more complete understanding of disease mechanisms by analyzing intricate biological networks. By combining multi-omics data and computational models, network pharmacology helps identify new drug targets and cellular pathways. This approach is especially promising in cancer research, where it can reveal complex interactions between genes, proteins, and metabolites. This review explains the principles of network pharmacology and its use in cancer drug discovery. We cover the process, from network building and analysis to experimental testing. Additionally, we examine how network pharmacology can speed up the development of personalized cancer treatments.

Abstract

Persaingan industri rental mobil yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan agar memiliki strategi pemasaran yang terencana dan tepat untuk mampu mempertahankan serta memperkuat strategi pemasangan. PT. Fical Transport Indonesia Kota Pasuruan masih mengalami fluktuasi penjualan yang menandakan dimana strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan kurang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang cocok untuk PT. Fical Transport Indonesia Kota Pasuruan melalui penilaian terhadap situasi internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk deskriptif kualitatif yang menerapkan metode analisis SWOT beserta alternatif strategi yang dikembangkan diprioritaskan menggunakan Quantitave Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian melihatkan yakni perusahaan memiliki kekuatan pada variasi armada dan kualitas layanan, serta peluang dari meningkatnya kebutuhan trasnportasi. Namun, perusahaan masih menghadapi kelemahan dalam pemasaran digital dan ancman dari kompetitor berbasis aplikasi. Strategi prioritas yang direkomendasikan adalah penguatan pemasaran digital, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, dan optimalisasi promosi guna meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran perusahaan

Abstract

Existing literature tends to concentrate on student adjustment in typical university environments, leaving the context of pesantren-based institutions relatively underexamined. The ways in which new students balance academic demands alongside a structured religious culture are still not widely discussed. This gap opens space for deeper exploration, particularly within Ibrahimy University Situbondo. This study adopts a qualitative phenomenological design to explore the essence of students’ lived experiences during their adaptation process. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with ten first-year students who had stayed in pesantren dormitories for a minimum of one semester. The analysis was conducted using the Colaizzi approach, which includes identifying significant statements, interpreting meanings, organizing them into thematic clusters, and developing a comprehensive description of the participants’ experiences. To enhance the trustworthiness of the findings, member checking was carried out by confirming the results with the participants. Findings reveal that the adaptation process unfolds progressively, beginning with cultural and emotional disorientation in response to strict routines and communal obligations, followed by gradual acceptance and internalization of pesantren values. Peer support and guidance from dormitory mentors emerge as pivotal in alleviating early stress and fostering self-regulation, social belonging, and spiritual awareness. Over time, adaptation extends beyond behavioral compliance toward the reconstruction of meaning and personal values. This transformation nurtures greater discipline, resilience, and spiritual maturity among students. The study concludes that adaptation within the pesantren milieu constitutes not only a coping mechanism but also a process of moral-spiritual growth that enriches the students’ educational journey.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of SIZE and digital banking on ROE with BOPO as a mediating variable, with digital banking proxied by the adoption of digital services (electronic money). The research sample consists of 7 Category 4 banks registered with the OJK with complete quarterly financial reports for the 2021–2024 period, yielding 112 observations. The analysis method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that the mediation test indicates that operational efficiency does not mediate the relationship between bank size and profitability, while digital banking mediates the relationship between bank size and operational efficiency, but does not mediate the relationship between bank size and profitability. These findings indicate that the contribution of digital banking is more dominant in increasing operational efficiency than its direct impact on profitability, thus requiring a sustainable digitalization strategy to support long-term financial performance.
