Abstract

The implementation of education in Indonesia today, cannot be separated from the achievement of goals that become a benchmark for successful implementation. The implementation of education is currently being faced with the COVID-19 pandemic which has forced the government to close face-to-face teaching and learning activities and create a new policy, namely online learning. This study aims to determine and describe how the implementation of online learning at UPT SMP Negeri 20 Gresik. The research method used is a qualitative method. The location of the research was conducted at UPT SMP 20 Gresik. The focus of this research is based on the theory of implementation of George C. Edward III which includes 1.) Communication, 2). Resources, 3). Disposition, 4). Bureaucratic Structure. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this study are: 1). Communication in the implementation of online learning is not optimal on the transmission factor, because the socialization given seems sudden so that the preparation problem has not been maximized. 2). Resources in the implementation of online learning are also still constrained by the quota assistance provided by the government. 3). The disposition of the implementor regarding online learning has not been implemented optimally, because there are still constraints on the cognitive indicators experienced by students. 4). The organizational structure in the implementation of online learning refers to the technical guidelines for the implementation of online learning, with the RPP being made by the teacher as a guide in carrying out learning. The conclusion in this study is that the implementation of online learning at UPT SMP Negeri 20 Gresik has not been implemented properly, because there are still obstacles in several indicators of successful implementation.

Abstract

Manfaat dilakukan penelitian untuk mengerti dampak Sales Growth (SG), Posisi Kas (CP), Investment Opportunity Set (MBVE), serta Kepemilikan Institusional (INST) atas Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), di industri yang tercatat pada Indeks Kompas 100 periode 2014-2018. Didapatkan 160 sampel pengamatan setelah dikurangi data outlier dengan cara purposive sampling. Digunakan program SPSS 25.00 serta teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Diperoleh bahwa secara parsial Sales Growth, Investment Opportunity Set, Kepemilikan institusional secara signifikan dan Posisi kas menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Abstract

Tantangan dalam mengembangkan program PIK semakin besar, untuk ituPIK di tuntut mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitar, sehingga pengurusPIK di tuntut untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam memberikan layanan kepadaremaja. Permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh mitra pertama, kemampuan pengurusPIK-KRR belum memiliki ketrampilan melakukan assessment dan merancangkebutuhan pengembangan program. Kedua, pengurus dan anggota PIK-KRRbelum memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan keterampilan konseling masihterbatas. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan danpendampingan. Pelatihan analisa kebutuhan organisasi dan penyusunan rancanganprogram kerja diberikan untuk melatih pengurus PIK-M dalam merancangprogram kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan pelatihan micro skillsuntuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan keterampilan konseling.Kegiatan TOT pengembangan organisasi bagi pengurus PIK-M mampumeningkatkan keterampilan pengurus PIK-M dalam menyusun rancanganprogram kerja berdasarkan kebutuhan anggota serta mampu menyusun evaluasipelaksanaan program kerja. Pelatihan micro skills yang dilatihkan mampumeningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan keterampilan konseling bagipengurus PIK-M.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Current Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) And Earning Per Share (EPS) jointly affect the cash dividend on the company's cigarette industry listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia and variable as well as the dominant influence on the cash dividend. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.Based on the results of analysis show that the results showed that the regression equation y = 2,997 X1 + 0.092 X2 + 0.023 + 0.041 + 0.040 X3 X4 means that any changes in variables have an influence on Cash dividends (Y). it is supported R2 value of 0331, or 33.10%, which means a cash dividend amounting to 33.10% influenced by these variables and the rest influenced by factors - other factors not examined in this study.The results of t-test showed four variables corrent Ratio penlitian show that the dominant influence on the company's cash dividend for the cigarette industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords:     Corrent Ratio, Return On Investment (ROI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), And Earnings Per Share (EPS) And Dividend.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between training assessment and diversity management in an organization and emphasizes how important it is to combine both to improve employee performance, innovation, and creativity. The results show that diversity can be a strategic tool that increases productivity if managed well. However, without effective management, diversity can lead to conflict and dissatisfaction. The study found shortcomings in evaluation practices that are often limited to the final phase by analyzing needs in the planning stage, monitoring during implementation, and post-training evaluation. According to the study, organizations can develop inclusive and sustainable diversity policies by conducting comprehensive evaluations at every stage of the process. By combining training evaluation with diversity management, organizations can create a more cooperative work environment, which in turn will improve employee health and performance. Data were obtained through a literature review from various academic sources and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the success of diversity management depends on good corporate governance and diversity training that is appropriate to the local context. The development of broader training programs and regular diversity assessments are suggestions for future research.

Abstract

Law enforcement regarding the act of refusing to bury the bodies of Covid-19 victims is a crucial issue in the context of the global pandemic. This rejection occurs due to public concerns about virus transmission, which is often triggered by a lack of correct understanding and information. From the perspective of Indonesian positive law, this act of refusing burial can be considered a violation of basic human rights, including the right to a decent burial. This article examines the relevant legal aspects, including applicable laws and regulations as well as the responsibilities of the government and society in ensuring these rights are fulfilled. With a normative juridical approach, this research highlights the importance of public education and strict law enforcement to prevent discrimination against Covid-19 victims. The results of the study show that even though there are clear regulations, implementation in the field still faces significant challenges, especially in terms of coordination between institutions and outreach to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Internship and self-efficacy in shaping student career decisions, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The research was conducted on 150 students at SMK Kota and Pasuruan Regency in the competence of mechanical engineering expertise. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression tests. Abstract

Banyaknya tumpukan sampah yang dapat menyebabkan polusi atau pencemaran lingkungan. Penting diadakan pelatihan keterampilan membuat tas dari daur ulang sampah plastik sebagai upaya memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK yang bertujuan untuk, (1) mengetahui proses pelaksanaan pelatihan (2) mengetahui hasil pelatihan (3) mengetahui faktor pendukung (4) mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam pelatihan (5) mengetahui tentang dampak dari pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:(1) proses pelaksanaan pelatihan keterampilan membuat tas dari daur ulang sampah plastik ini sudah berjalan dengan baik. Tutor/instruktur berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendampingi peserta didik, serta berperan sebagai penyelenggara, (2) hasil yang di dapat dalam pelatihan ini dengan perubahan sikap hidup, pengetahuan, keterampilan yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik, (3) faktor pendukung dari pelatihan ini adalah antusias peserta didik dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan bahan yang mudah didapat, (4) Faktor penghambat pelatihan ini adalah kurangnya fasilitas mesin jahit dan kurangnya tutor yang membuat terhambatnya pelaksanaan pelatihan ini, (5) dampak yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan ini adalah adanya pembentukan usaha kelompok yang diikuti dengan peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga dan peningkatan partisipasi sosial dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Saran yang penulis ingin sampaikan sebaiknya pelatihan ini dilakukan terus menerus. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the process of implementation skills elatihan making bags from recycled plastic waste is already underway with baik.Tutor / instructors act as facilitators who assist the students, as well as acting as organizer, (2) results in can in this training to change attitudes, knowledge, skills perceived by the students, (3) supporting factor of this training are enthusiastic learners in training and materials are readily available , (4) training inhibiting factor is the lack of engine facility sewing and lack of tutors who make this training implementation delays, (5) the impact is felt by the students of the results of the implementation of this training is the formation of a group effort, followed by an increase in economic income families and increase social participation in the life of the author wants to convey masyarakat.Saran this training should be done continuously . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Basuki Rahmat Banyuwangi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan mobile banking (BYOND). Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai upaya yang dilakukan BSI, termasuk sosialisasi langsung kepada nasabah, promosi menarik seperti tebus murah minyak, penyelenggaraan acara BYOND fest fun run, serta penekanan pada keamanan aplikasi dengan menonaktifkan mode pengembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI mengutamakan kepuasan nasabah melalui pelayanan langsung dan tidak langsung (online), serta menyediakan berbagai fitur dalam aplikasi BYOND yang memudahkan transaksi perbankan syariah. Meskipun masih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas internet, aplikasi BYOND telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan aksesibilitas layanan perbankan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi strategi pemasaran yang efektif, pelayanan berkualitas, dan inovasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan telah berhasil menjaga loyalitas nasabah BSI di Banyuwangi.
