Abstract

Early childhood mental health problems are increasingly receiving attention in various countries, because they have a significant impact on children's future cognitive, social and emotional development. Early childhood is very sensitive to environmental stimulation, both positive and negative (Raver, 2002). Various studies show that mental health disorders in early childhood, such as anxiety, stress, and behavioral problems, can have long-term impacts on children's psychological development, both academically and socially. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between the role of teachers and the mental health of early childhood in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. This research involved 30 PAUD children in Lamongan who were selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used include a Likert scale-based questionnaire to measure the teacher's role, as well as the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) to assess children's mental health. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the role of teachers and children's mental health with a correlation value of 0.425 (p < 0.05), indicating that the active role of teachers in providing emotional support influences children's emotional stability and social skills. In addition, it was found that 66.67% of teachers were effective in supporting children's mental health

Abstract

The problem with this study is the low learning outcome of students in class IV B SDN Pedurungan Lor 01. Teachers haven't used any interesting media in their learning. After the observation of the classroom, the reason for the poor learning outcome is that teachers are still conventionally using lecture learning methods and not using media in learning. It encourages researchers to use different and interesting media using the technology provided by the school, namely using quizizz media as a student evaluation material. This research is aimed at improving the learning outcomes of IPAS Class IV B SDN Pedurungan Lor 01. The type of research used is Class Action Research. (PTK). The data collection techniques used are observations, tests, and documentation. The classical learning outcomes of the students increased from the pre-cycle percentage of 22% of the cycle I gained 63% and cycle II gained 85%. The average learning outcome of the learners also increased. By the time the precycle gained an average of learning output of 57.4, Cycle I earned 75.2, and Cycle II earned 82.2. Research results show that the use of quizizz media for learning evaluation can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran quizizz berbasis paper mode untuk meningkatkan disposisi dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas V pada materi luas bangun datar di SD Negeri Sendangmulyo 03 Semarang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi-experiment) dengan Non-equivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pembelajaran matematika menggunakan pendekatan quizizz berbasis paper mode secara statistik memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan disposisi matematis siswa sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari batas signifikansi 0,05. 2) Pembelajaran matematika menggunakan pendekatan quizizz berbasis paper mode secara statistik memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sebesar 0,000, yang jauh lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. 3) Implementasi pembelajaran quizizz berbasis paper mode dapat meningkatkan disposisi dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, pada disposisi matematis siswa kelas eskperimen sebesar 46,76 dan pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sebesar 82,74.

Abstract

IPAS teaching modules based on the STEM approach are still not widely found in the independent curriculum, especially in the lower elementary school grades. The IPAS teaching module based on the STEM approach can help students learn with a new approach to improve their ability to ask questions for students. The study aims to analyze the level of validity of the STEM approach-based IPAS teaching module on Healthy Living Behavior material to improve the ability to ask phase A students. This type of research is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which has stages in the form of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was carried out at SDN 1 Tanjungmojo with the research object of 41 students in class II, with details of 22 boys and 19 girls. Data collection methods were interviews, questionnaires, tests, and observations. The validation analysis of the teaching module was carried out using the Aiken Index. The results showed that the STEM approach-based IPAS teaching module on healthy living behavior material at the validation stage obtained a result of 0.96 on the teaching module component, 0.98 on material validation, and 0.97 on language validation. This shows that the validity of the STEM-based IPAS teaching module on healthy living behavior material meets high criteria, so it is suitable for use in learning IPAS in phase A elementary schools.
