Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji secara kuantitatif pengaruh antara burnout, workload, dan perceived alternative job opportunity dengan turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian rolling di PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber data. Penelitian ini melibatkan 300 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Burnout memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian rolling di PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras. (2) Workload tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian rolling di PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras. (3) Perceived Alternative Job Opportunity memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan tetap bagian rolling di PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras. Kata Kunci: Buronout, Workload, Perceived Alternative Job Opportunity, Turnover Intention ABSTRACT This research aims to quantitatively analyze and test the influence of burnout, workload, and perceived alternative job opportunities on the turnover intention of permanent employees in the rolling department at PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras uses primary data as a data source. This research involved 300 respondents as research samples and data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results of this research show that (1) Burnout has a positive influence on the turnover intention of permanent employees in the rolling department at PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras. (2) Workload has no influence on the turnover intention of permanent employees in the rolling department at PT. Mitra Prasmitha Selaras. (3) Perceived Alternative Job Opportunity has a positive influence on Turnover Intention of permanent employees in the rolling section at PT.
