Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee performance at PT. BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 7 Pematang Raya. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research method used is quantitative, with 35 respondents taken using saturated or census sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 25. The test results prove that partially leadership style, financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and non-financial compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, and simultaneously leadership style, financial compensation and non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.868, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variable leadership style, financial compensation and non-financial compensation of 86.8%, while another 13.2% is explained by other variables not explained in this study, such as work discipline, communication and enthusiasm.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the influence of supervision, working conditions and training on employee performance at PT. Budi Perkasa Alam Medan. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation techniques. The research method used was quantitative, with 51 respondents taken using the Slovin formula. Data analysis in this research used SPSS version 25. From the partial test results, the t test shows that the titing is 2,662 > ttable 1.675 and the significance level is 0.004 < 0.05, proving that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. thiting 11,438 > ttable 1.675 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 proves that working conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. thiting 3,942 > ttable 1.675 and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05, proving that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F test shows Fcount 96,570 > Ftable 2.79 and a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, proving that supervision, working conditions and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.813, meaning that employee performance can be explained by supervision, working conditions and training variables of 81.3, while another 18.7% is explained by other variables not explained in this research such as work ability, communication and work enthusiasm. .

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of emotional intelligence, personality traits, and work loyalty on employee performance at PT. Prima Inti Nusa Medan. Data was collected using surveys, documentation, and interviews. The research approach employed was quantitative, with 33 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data in this study was analyzed using SPSS version 26.00. The findings indicate that emotional intelligence, individual qualities, and work loyalty have a partly favorable effect on employee performance.The coefficient of determination is 0.839, indicating that 83.9% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of emotional intelligence, individual traits, and job loyalty, with the remaining 16.1% explained by factors not addressed in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of financial leverage, liquidity, earnings per share (EPS), and return on assets (ROA) on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study was 72 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 24 companies with a research period of 4 years. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the t test research show that the Financial Leverage variable (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, Liquidity (Current Ratio) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. And the results of the F test show that the independent variables, namely Financial Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Liquidity (Current Ratio), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Stock Returns in Food Sector Manufacturing Companies. and Beverage on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination is 40.3%, meaning that variations in Financial Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), Liquidity (Current Ratio), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Assets (ROA) are able to explain variations in stock returns of 40.3%. Meanwhile, the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Banyak para ibu tidak mengerti tentang koperasi kredit, dimana bila butuh pinjaman uang mereka akhirnya datang ke lentenir, juga tidak hemat karena tidak ada wadah penyimpanan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini maka penyuluhan koperasi kredit secara terus menerus sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para wanita khususnya ibu-ibu agar dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupan keluarga. Mengingat peran ibu dalam rumah tangga sangat besar untuk memajukan ekonomi keluarga maka bagi ibu rumah tangga mempunyai tanggung jawab besar memajukan ekonomi keluarganya. Menurut pengamatan penulis bahwa ibu rumah tangga di Gereja Katolik, Paroki Santo Fransiskus Asisi Padang Bulan Medan perlu diadakan penyuluhan secara berkala tentang koperasi kredit sehingga dapat membantu mereka memecahkan kesulitannya. Dengan diadakannya penyuluhan ini diharapkan pada hari-hari selanjutnya umat wanita Gereja Katolik, Paroki Santo Fransiskus Asisi Padang Bulan Medan, khususnya ibu rumah tangga dapat mengembangkan koperasi kredit dan mengerti manfaat dari koperasi kredit tersebut. Para ibu yang telah mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku keluarga dalam mengatur ekonomi rumahtangganya, karena bagaimanapun juga dengan mereka mengerti koperasi kredit, maka koperasi kredit akan dapat dikelola dengan baik. Ditinjau dari segi khalayak sasaran antara, penyuluhan ini sangat strategis diberikan kepada para ibu di Gereja Katolik, Paroki Santo Fransiskus Asisi Padang Bulan Medan karena : Para ibulah yang mengatur ekonomi rumah tangganya. Para ibu sering arisan dan pesta keluarga maka dalam pertemuan seperti ini merupakan kesempatan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyebarluaskan pengetahuan yang telah diperoleh dari penyuluhan ini. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian untuk masyarakat ini adalah ceramah disertai dengan pemberian makalah. Setelah ceramah akan dilakukan tanya jawab antara peserta dengan pemakalah.Penyuluhan telah dilaksanakan terhadap ibu-ibu di Gereja Katolik, Paroki Santo Fransiskus Asisi Padang Bulan Medan. Dari hasil penyuluhan ternyata peserta sangat antusias dan merasa puas, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kualitas dan jumlah pertanyaan setelah penyampaian materi ceramah. Khususnya Ibu-ibu yang hadir mengharapkan agar penyuluhan seperti ini dapat dilanjutkan pada masa yang akan datang dengan topik yang berbeda. Penyuluhan ini sangat diminati oleh peserta penyuluhan, karena materi ceramah tidak hanya menambah pengetahuan tapi juga memotivasi peserta untuk mendirikan koperasi dan mengembangkannya. Disarankan agar dilakukan penyuluhan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moderating role of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) among 400 MSME actors in Medan City. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach via SmartPLS version 4. The results show that entrepreneurship education significantly moderates the influence of attitude and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial behavior, but does not moderate subjective norms and entrepreneurial intention. These findings highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education programs that focus on shaping positive attitudes and enhancing self-control perceptions to foster entrepreneurial behavior among MSMEs. The government and related institutions are advised to develop sustainable mentoring programs and access to capital as tangible support for MSME actors, while the entrepreneurs themselves are encouraged to actively participate in entrepreneurship training to enhance business capacity and competitiveness amid market dynamics. This study is limited to the Medan City area and relies on subjective perception data; therefore, future research is recommended to expand the geographical scope and adopt qualitative methods for deeper understanding.
