Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna sosial dan budaya dari tradisi Nyungkem Mattowah, yaitu ritual bersimpuh dan mencium tangan orang tua atau tokoh masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Madura pada Hari Raya Idulfitri. Tradisi ini merepresentasikan nilai-nilai penghormatan, kasih sayang, dan kesopanan antargenerasi. Namun, arus modernisasi dan gaya hidup individualis menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan lunturnya praktik ini, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi visual di tiga desa di Kabupaten Sumenep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat dewasa dan anak-anak masih aktif menjalankan tradisi ini, sementara partisipasi remaja menunjukkan kecenderungan menurun. Nyungkem Mattowah terbukti tidak hanya sebagai simbol budaya, tetapi juga berfungsi mempererat silaturahmi dan membangun identitas kolektif masyarakat Madura. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelestarian tradisi melalui pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal dan pelibatan generasi muda dalam ruang-ruang budaya yang relevan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Ecolabel, Green Advertising, dan Green Packaging yang dimediasi Environmental Attitude terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian Aqua di JawaTimur, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS, hasil analisis data yang dilakukan membuktikan bahwa Ecolabel, Green Advertising, dan Green Packaging berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Aqua dan juga Envrinmental Attitude mampu memediasi pengaruh Ecolabel, Green Advertising, dan Green Packaging terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tafsir Al-Manar is an interpretation that marks the world of modern interpretation, which was written by Muhammad Rasyid Ridha from the teachings of his teacher, Muhammad Abduh.  The interpretation is of the Tafsir bi al-Rayi type with the Tahlili interpretation method and the pattern Al-Adabi wa al-Ijtimai.  The novelty of this interpretation lies in its style, which focuses on social issues.  Therefore, every style of Al-Adabi wa al-Ijtimai must be different according to the time, place and social problems it faces.  The problem discussed in this study is how the idea of the pattern of Al-Adabi wa al-Ijtimai and the social issues contained therein. This research paradigm uses a descriptive qualitative approach with descriptive and deductive methods.  The data source used is the interpretation of Al-Manar by Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rasyid Ridha, by analyzing the biographies of both of them as well as the social issues alluded to in the interpretation of Al-Manar.  The results found, that the idea was motivated by the decline of Muslims and influenced by the empiricism of Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rasyid Ridha.  Meanwhile, from the social issues contained in Al-Manar's interpretation, all of them refer to the optimization of reason as a source of knowledge.

Abstract

The expertise of al-Tirmidhi in collecting the Prophetic tradition has been proven when he used the term wa fi al-bab (in this topic there is hadith) according to narrators among the companions. However, these indicative hadiths were failed to receive adequate attention of the scholars and primarily about its functions and benefits to strengthening any hadiths which explicitly mentioned in the chapter. Therefore this study aims to reveal the existence of indicative hadiths by al-Tirmidhi in various books of hadith to determine its function. The study found in the chapter on marriage, there are thirty-one (31) sub chapters which contain (108) indicative hadiths, and the values are; nineteen (19) sub chapters had sahih (sound), seven (7) had hasan (good), and five (5) sub chapters in da‘if status (weak). The study also found in the chapter on sell and buy, there are fivety-three (53) sub chapters which contain (180) indicative hadiths, and the values are; thirty-neen (39) sub chapters had sahih (sound), eleven (11) had hasan (good), and three (3) sub chapters in da‘if status (weak). The study also found the existence of indicative hadiths in Sunan al-Tirmidhi serve as mutabi‘at (parralelism), and shawahid (witnesses). Hence, the implications of this study shows that those indicative hadiths in the book of Sunan al-Tirmidhi are deemed utilizable as most of them are having the status of acceptable (maqbul). This study contribute by al-Tirmdzi significantly in the future exploration of the numerous indicative hadiths found in other chapters as they are deemed as important evidence in the execution of the Islamic law who serves as mutaba'at.
