Abstract

The 86 program on NET TV shows the duties of police officers and their daily activities in carrying out their duties such as curbing traffic violators, fostering people who have violated the rules of order, and disclosing drug syndicates in various regions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of program 86 on NET TV on the image of the Republic of Indonesia Police in Pekanbaru Satuna Vocational School students as well as how much influence the 86 TV program on the image of the Republic of Indonesia Police on SMK Satuna Pekanbaru students.The method used in this research was quantitative explanatory. Questionnaires was used for collecting the data of the research.  The study was conducted at SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. There were 166 respondents as the sample of this research. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The theory used in this study was the Stimulus Response theory. The analysis test used in this study was simple linear regression analysis and to processed the questionnaire data, carried out by using SPSS for Windows version 19. The results obtained from the simple linear regression analysis in this study are that there is a significant effect between Program 86 Impressions on Net TV Against Republic of Indonesia Police Images to Students of SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru and the magnitude of the influence between 86 Program Impressions on Net TV Against the Indonesian Police at the Students of SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru amounting to 60.7% which is categorized as a strong influence, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other factors not used in this study. Keywords: Impressions, , 86, The Image Of Police, SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru

Abstract

Infotainment progran these days on many television station are rated negatively impact that could be effected to behaviour and lifesyle of the people. When infotainment program all serving divorce news, the statistic divorce among people also increased. And when infotainment also popularizing issues about affair, it turns out the affair also happened among people that brought them to divorce household. Based on demographic segments, infotainments audience more dominated by middleaged woman especially the housewifes. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of infotainment program on television of housewife perception about divorce phenomenon at Limbungan Village Rumbai Pesisir Distirict Pekanbaru City.The method that used in this reaseacrh is quantitative method. Data collection using observation, questionnaries and documentation. To determine the effect of the influence of infotainment program on television of housewife perception about divorce phenomenon at Limbungan Village Rumbai Pesisir Distirict Pekanbaru City, the authors used simple linear regression analysi. The variable X in this reasearch were Infotainment Program on television, while the variable Y is housewife perception about divorce phenomenon at Llimbungan Village Rumbai Pesisir Distirict Pekanbaru City. Number of samples in this research were 97 people by using purposive sampling technique. Data processing trials conducted using questionnaries Statistic Program Product abd Service Solutions (SPPS) Windows version 20.The results of this research shows the influence of infotainment program on television of housewife perception about divorce phenomenon at Limbungan Village Rumbai Pesisir Distirict Pekanbaru City. It is based on the analysis of the data using a simple linear regression is Y = 0,378 + 0,897 X. With the t count 75,297 bigger when compared to t table 1,985 and 0,000 significance level less than = 0,05, therefore H1 accepted. Impressionsnof nfotainment program on television 98,4% influence on housewife perceptonat Limbungan Village, the remaining 1,6% is caused by another factor out of this reasearch. Therefore there is a significant effect between infotainment program on television of housewife perception about divorce phenomenon at Limbungan Village Rumbai Pesisir Distirict Pekanbaru City.Keyword : Infotainment, Housewife, Perceptio, Limbungan Village

Abstract

Radio media is certainly no stranger to the people of Indonesia, both from the lower classes and above, both young and old. For some people listening to radio has become a necessity. Those who are busy or who do not have time to watch television or read newspapers will depend on the radio as a source of information. This study uses the SOR theory which assumes that communication is a reaction action process involving humans. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the morning talk program radio republic of indonesia FM 90.6 Bengkalis had on the interest of listeners in the Bengkalis district of Bengkalis district.            This type of research is quantitative research with explanatory methods. The researcher collected the data using a questionnaire or questionnaire covered in an online manner and through the google form. The location of this study is in the district of Bengkalis, Bengkalis Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling using unknwon population formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The researcher used person product moment correlation analysis the questionnaire data processing was carried out using the Windows version 21 Program Statistics of Service Solution (SPSS).            The results of this study obtained a regression coefficient Y = 8.256 + 0.280 X with a significance level of 0.001 smaller than α = 0.05. it means that there is the Influence of the Morning Radio Talk Program of the Republic of Indonesia FM 90.6 Bengkalis Against the Interest of the Listener Community of Bengkalis Sub-District, Bengkalis Regency by 13,6% which is categorized as having a low level of influence. Thus Ho  is rejected and Ha  is accepted.

Abstract

The Vlive application is an application with the main features of live broadcast from South Korean idols. This application brings idols and fans together virtually all over the world. In the Vlive application there are several channels that can be seen from South Korean idols and followed by K-Pop fans. The current most followed channel on the Vlive application is a channel from the boyband BTS. In the show on Vlive application, fans can see how the daily avtivities of BTS members, ranging from behavior, appearance to goods or products used by BTS members who usually always become a conversation among fans and often they also imitate it in daily activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence of boyband BTS shows on the Vlive application on imitation behavior on fans.In this study, researchers used Stimulus- Response Theory (SR) and Social Learning Theory. The method used in this study is quantitative explanatory with random sampling techniques. The population in this study was 217 people with a samples of 141 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, to find out the effect between two variables, the writer uses simple linear regression analysis. Furthermore, data testing was performed using the SPSS program for windows version 21.Based on the results of simple linear regression, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study were Y = 23,041 + 2,015 X with a significance level of 0,000. The significance level is smaller than α = 0.05, which means Ho rejected and Ha accepted, with the statement that there are significant shows boyband BTS on the Vlive app on imitation behavior on Riau Army line social media. The coefficient of determination (R2) in the study of 41.7% which means these figures show that the effect ofimpressions boyband base stations in the VLive application against imitation behavior on social media line Army Lists included in the medium category. While the remaining 58.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia is a democracy country who give chance for mass media to developed tecnology when share the information. Undang-undang No. 40 Tahun 1999 about press said, online media is mass media which based on etic press code.News portal Riauterkini.com and GoRiau.com is online media in Riau which give information according with fact and data based on etic press code in jurnalism. News about Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono came to Riau when finished the problem about burn foresh and smoke in Riau is a interesting news for public especially people in Riau province. The goal in this research is to know about news value compare from Riauterkini.com with GoRiau.com.This research use method descriptive cualitative research with Pan and Kosicki framing analyse tecnique. Data analisis in this research is 10 news from Riauterkini.com and GoRiau.com about Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono arrived to Riau province for finished the problem about burn foresh and smoke. Data collecting tecnique gets through news documentation and interview with editor and reporter.The result of this research showed that news value compare from Riauterkini.com and GoRiau.com is different from news writing. Structur in framing analysis is more completed by GoRiau.com if compare than Riauterkini.com abaout news information. Abstract

Poligamy pheomenon which is popular in society makes poligamy being such a controversion. There are some support it and some part against it. Based on poligamy phenomenon which is emerge in mass media generally, and in film especially, make some interpretation of poligamy in film “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan”. A discourse about poligamy which is popular since the release of film “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan” attract researcher to find the meaning and messsages that showed audio and visually. Then, this research aimed to know how is the representation of poligamy in film “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan”.This research use descriptive qualitative method then analyzed by semiothics Roland Barthes’s model. Data collecting technique that used in this research is observing audio and visual presentation in film “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan”, documentation and interview by using purposive sampling.The result shows that there are poligamy representation in film “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan”. This film tell about a woman that struggle applying the meaning of sincere and patient in her life for intact of her household. Sincere and patient in this film can take as a learning life. When we face a hard problem, then we must sincere and patient, because when we applied them, we can find a better solution.

Abstract

The effect of social media is the emergence of a change of perception in aperson that may lead to a change in attitude and behavior of the person. The S-Rmodel theory illustrates the mass media communication process that emulates thestimulus and the recipient responds by showing the response. In addition to providinginformation and entertainmen, social media can also affect a person's learningmotivation. One of the media that can generate motivation is V live app. V live app isa live video app that is popular among Korean culture fans. The purpose of this studyis to find out how much effect Watching Live Streaming BTS Channel On V LiveApplication To Motivation Learning Korean Language Of BTS Fanbase IndonesiaCommunity.The method used is quantitative by using sampling technique saturated andthe number of samples of 102 respondents. Researchers collected data withquestionnaires. In this research, researcher use simple linear regression analysis. Toprocess the test questionnaire data is done by using SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solutions) program Windows version 23.The results obtained from the analysis of responses of respondents is theindicator variable X the most dominant is the frequency indicator with the averagevalue of answers is 3.5 in the category agree, while the variable Y indicator with themost dominant indicator is the existence of expectations with an average grade of 3.5answers in the agreed category. Then from the test results of determination coefficienobtainned Rsquare value of 0.454. So it can be concluded that watching livebroadcast BTS channel has an effect of 45.4% on the motivation to learn Koreanlanguage of members BTS Fanbase Indonesia community, and lies within thecategory strong enough.Keyword: effect of social media, Motivation Learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by the interest of writer to mass corruption case of development project Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Tunjuk Ajar Integritas Pekanbaru. This is because first, the involvement of 18 suspects in this corruption case. Secondly, in the Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Tunjuk Ajar Integritas Pekanbaru there is an Integrity Monument inaugurated by the Chairman of the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Agus Raharjo on December 10, 2016. It coincides with the commemoration of International Anti-Corruption Day in Indonesia which is centered in Riau. Thirdly, followed by Dwi Agus Sumarno who is the son-in-law of Annas Maamun, former governor of Riau. This study aims to determine the framing structure of news and ideology of Riau Pos and Tribun Pekanbaru in packing the news.This qualitative research uses framing analysis of Zhondang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki as well as media political economy theory. Data collection was done with news documentation, interviews with both parties of the media concerned, and observation by analyzing the news.The first result of research, framework structure of Riau Pos syntax tend to be closed in representation. Scripts, Riau Pos apply accommodative journalism in accordance with the rules of journalism 5W + 1H. Thematic, showing neutrality and providing cover both side through the suspect. Rhetorical, diction used more nuanced activity. While the structure of syntactic framing Tribun Pekanbaru, the content displayed more daring. Tribun less attention to accommodative journalism in accordance with the rules of journalism 5W + 1H. The favor of the government is clearly apparent in the Thematic element. While on the elements of Rhetoric, Tribun is rich with images and graphics. The results of the second study, have an ideological equation from the point of view of media political economy theory. Holistic, these two media view the economic approach because this news has a relationship with social, economic, political and cultural factors around the media, especially the people of Pekanbaru. Historically, the analysis of political economy attributes the position of these two media by modifying the news of mass corruption of development project Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) Tunjuk Ajar Integritas Pekanbaru as a commercial product of the company. The study of political economy, the two media did not deny the high value of news of the event but they further uphold the principle of editorial policy embedded in their ideology. Abstract

Successfulness of Jokowi in getting the first place in Indonesia is the turning point of his efforts in taking the public sympathy. Jokowi gets famous since the eSeMKa’s car and still gets mass media attention which is slowly make a good image for himself and finally nominated as one of president candidate. In the campaign period, Jawa Pos as the biggest mass media networks in Indonesia makes the Presidential Election 2014 as the media agenda by adding rubric about Presidential Election 2014. The aim from this research is to know the text structure of Jokowi’s campaign news as the presidential candidate in Jawa Pos Daily News and to know the journalist’s cognition and the reader’s cognition.This research is using the qualitative method with data collecting technique are documentation, book study and interview. Subjects of this research are the journalists and the chief editor of Jawa Pos Daily News. While the objects of this research are Jawa Pos’s news in the Presidential campaign 2014 during Juni-July with 10 news as the analysis unit. Data is analyzed by using peripheral analyse discourse with analysis model told by Van Dijk.Result of this research shows that (1) Presidential campaign 2014 news seen by the text structure shows the siding to Jokowi. This can be seen from the semantics and syntax element. (2)Cognition analysis of Jawa Pos’s journalist in Presidential Election campaign clearly shows uppermost percentage of a Jokowi-JK’s appearance. This can be seen from the syntax and stylistic element. There are too much the using of language style which can make Jokowi seen better than Prabowo. (3) Cognition analysis of Jawa Pos’s readers in Presidential Election 2014 news is not maximum yet in reporting the campaign because of some aspects. Abstract

Progress of mass media, especially the television media now is increasingly rapidly, where broadcast television has allowed the general public can quickly and easily find a variety of recent developments that occurred in various parts of the world. In general everyone likes sportaiment program (Sport News). One Stop Football Trans 7 is a favorite sport news with different characteristic presentation. In Uses and Gratification theory, audience basicly using the mass media based on certain motives, which the media considered tring to meet the needs of the audience called as an effective media. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the motive watching One Stop Football Trans 7 against satisfaction of students at Tiga Naga Football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru.The method used in this research is quantitative method of explanation, the data collection through questionnaires. Location of the research conducted at Tiga Naga football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru. The total sample of this study are 96 respondents. The sampling techniques is using census. To determine how much influence the two variables, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. To Questionnaire data processing, used program Statistical product and Service Solutions (SPPS) Windows version 20.Based on simple linear regression result for this study, the regression ceoffecient values obtained in this study is Y = 2,135 + 0,942 X with significance level of 0,003 and smaller than a = 0.5. according to based on determination test, the result amounted to 79,7% with high category. This means there is influence between watching One Stop Football Trans 7 against satisfaction of students Tiga Naga Football Academy and Soccer School Pekanbaru. The percentage shows that the satisfaction of watching the respondents can be fullfil. That means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.Keywords : TV Program,Trans 7, and Tiga Naga Football Academy
