Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk media audio pembelajaran yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan pada mata pelajaran tematik Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri 1 Jemundo Taman Sidoarjo karena dalam menyampaikan materi guru hanya menggunakan metode ceramah, sedangkan materi yang disajikan mempunyai pembahasan yang banyak dan waktu yang terbatas. Sehingga tidak semua materi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Media audio pembelajaran disajikan dengan format feature yang dikemas dalam format compact disk dan flash disk. Penelitian ini mengguakan pendekatan model pengembangan Pustekkom. Tahap pengujian dilakukan terhadap kelayakan produk sebagai media pembelajaran. evaluasi media dilakukan kepada satu orang ahli RPP (rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran), satu orang ahli naskah program audio pembelajaran, satu orang ahli materi, satu orang ahli media dan siswa kelas IVA sebagai subjek uji coba untuk mendapatkan masukan dan saran mengenai kelayakan media audio pembelajaran. pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan tes untuk siswa. Analisis data hasil belajar siswa digunakan evaluasi bentuk tes yaitu pre-test dan post-test dengan membandingkan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah memanfaatkan media audio pembelajaran. Jenis data yang diperoleh adalah berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil uevaluasi kelayakan media audio pembelajaran, hasil evaluasi pada ahli rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan 83% kategori baik, ahli naskah program audio pembelajaran dengan 80% kategori baik, ahli materi dengan 100% kategori sangat baik, ahli media dengan 78% kategori baik, evaluasi orang perorang dengan 93% kategori sangat baik, dan evaluasi kelompok kecil dengan 94% kategori sangat baik. dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio pembelajaran dinyatakan sudah layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan untuk hasil tindakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan media audio pembelajaran dari hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test maka analisi data dengan thitung (4,976) > ttabel (2,021), maka dari hasil peningkatan tersebut dapat diinterpresentasikan bahwa media audio pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran tematik Bahasa Indonesia materi pokok teks fiksi untuk siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Jemundo Taman Sidoarjo dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa Kata kunci: pengembangan, Media Audio, Teks Fiksi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media Hijaiyyah Launchpad yang layak dan efektif untuk siswa tunanetra kelas 1 di SDLB-A YPAB Surabaya. Media Hijaiyyah Launchpad tersebut dapat memudahkan siswa tunanetra dalam pembelajaran pengenalan huruf-huruf hijaiyyah berharakat fathah dengan huruf braille. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada siswa tunanetra di SDLB-A YPAB Surabaya yang mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam menulis huruf hijaiyyah dengan braille serta tidak adanya media yang memadai, sehingga rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Maka dari itu diperlukannya pemecahan masalah dengan media Hijaiyyah Launchpad yang memiliki kelebihan yaitu huruf hijaiyyah berharakat fathah dalam bentuk huruf braille, yang dapat mengeluarkan suara sesuai dengan huruf yang di tekan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa tunanetra dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE. Model ini memiliki 5 tahap dalam proses pembuatan media tersebut yaitu, analyze, design, develop, implement, dan evaluation. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non-parametrik. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan rumus P yang digunakan untuk mengukur presentase angket kemudian untuk tes menggunakan rumus Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunujukkan bahwa media Hijaiyyah Launchpad layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan data presentase skor hasil dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 89,06% dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil dari validasi ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 87,5% dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil validasi dari ahli media dan bahan penyerta diperoleh skor 93,75% dan 80,35%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat baik. Pada ujicoba perseorangan 2 siswa diperoleh skor 93,3% dikategorikan sangat baik. Sedangkan pada ujicoba kelompok kecil yang berjumlah 6 orang siswa diperoleh skor 89,04% dikategorikan sangat baik. Media Hijaiyyah Launchpad efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan data perolehan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test dari tes before-after yang diperoleh hasil -2,2 < 2, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media Hijaiyyah Launchpad layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa tunanetra materi pengenalan huruf-huruf hijaiyyah berharakat fathah dengan huruf braille, bagi siswa tunanetra khususnya siswa kelas I di SDLB-A YPAB Surabaya.

Abstract

Riset ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan Lokasi terhadap keptusan pembelian ayam geprek bensu. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 80 orang pelanggan ayam geprek bensu ditentukan menggunakan metode Purposif sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primier dan menerapkan Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda serta adanya bantuan dari SPSS versi 27. Survei ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2024 hingga bulan April 2024 di Ayam geprek bensu cengkareng. Hasil riset ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variable persepsi harga mempunyai pengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian, dan Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas program knowledge management (KM) dan transfer pengetahuan antar generasi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu (motivasi, kepercayaan, dan kemampuan komunikasi), faktor organisasi (budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan struktur organisasi), serta faktor teknologi (infrastruktur TI, sistem KM, serta pelatihan dan dukungan) memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi KM dan transfer pengetahuan antar generasi ASN. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program KM, antara lain: mengembangkan sistem insentif, membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan, menyederhanakan struktur organisasi, berinvestasi dalam infrastruktur TI yang user-friendly, melibatkan pengguna dalam desain sistem KM, serta menyediakan pelatihan dan dukungan teknis yang memadai. Meskipun memberikan wawasan berharga, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal generalisasi temuan dan tidak melibatkan pengumpulan data primer. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan pendekatan empiris diperlukan untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang dinamika KM di Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

Institute of Business and Informatics STIKOM Surabaya (STIKOM Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya. STIKOM Surabaya has two faculties namely Faculty of Technology and Informatics, and Faculty of Economics and Business. The Faculty of Technology and Informatics has six departments, while the Faculty of Economics and Business has three departments. The department handling academic administration of students from all departments is Academic Administration and Student Affairs Department (AASA). The problem arises is STIKOM Surabaya had a will to evaluate the service quality in AASA based on student’s perceptions which would be used as an input to improve the service quality of AASA. Based on the above problem, then this study was held in order to know the influence of service quality in AASA to student’s satisfaction. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis which measures the influence of service quality in AASA section to the satisfaction of the students of Institute of Business and Informatics STIKOM Surabaya and which factors of the dimensions of service quality that need to be improved. Service quality dimensions include Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results obtained are the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness have no effect on student’s satisfaction, while the dimensions of Tangible, Assurance, Empathy of service quality have a positive effect on student’s satisfaction at Institute of Business and Informatics by 63% which has a meaning that any increase of physical display dimensions, assurance, and empathy will increase student’ssatisfaction . Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it is found that "AASA staff performance that has been neat and attractive" still needs to be improved, while other indicators of service quality tends to be very good, so it needs to be maintained.

Abstract

In this globalization era, business competition is thighter in all fields, nevertheless in eduacation field, especially in a university. According to Forlap Dikti, there are 17 state universities and 328 private universities in East Java. Institute Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya) is one of the private universities in East Java which has two faculties. They are Technology and Informatics Faculty and Economics and Business Faculty. Technology and Informatics Faculty has some departments. They are Information System Department (S1 SI), Computer System Department (S1 SK), Visual Communication Design Department (S1 DKV), Graphics Design Department (S1 DG), Computer Multimedia Department (DIV KM), and Informatics Management (DIII MI), while Economics and Business Faculty has three departments. They are Management Department (S1 Man), Accounting Department, and Computerized office and Secretarial Department (DIII KPK). In order to win the competition, Stikom Surabaya always tries to evaluate the quality service based on student’s perception as an input to improve the service quality at Stikom Surabaya. Based on the above problem, the research was addressed to analysis student’s satisfaction towards service quality at Stikom Surabaya. this research used quality service theory written by Parasuraman by using five dimensions which are Tangible, Reliable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. Methode used in this research was Descriptive Statistic. Based on questionnaire distribution to 57 respondents who who were going to graduate, it was obtainned that students felt satisfied towards the quality service in responsiveness dimenstion, Reliable dimension and empathy. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) responds to the growing interest among high school students (SMA/SMK/MAN) in horror films and Over The Top (OTT) platforms, coupled with limited access to technical cinematic training. The aim was to enhance participants' understanding and technical skills in horror film production, focusing on mastering key techniques such as jumpscares, cinematography, the three-act script structure, and effective camera angle selection. The method employed was an interactive webinar workshop, which included theoretical delivery, analysis of examples, and discussions. Effectiveness was measured through pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate changes in understanding, along with a satisfaction survey conducted at the end of the program. Results indicated a substantial improvement in participants' understanding of all technical aspects, particularly in their deepened comprehension and confidence in applying jumpscare techniques and selecting camera angles, as confirmed by the comparison of pre- and post-test scores. Participant satisfaction was exceptionally high, with notable increases in ratings of 4 and 5. It was concluded that the PkM webinar successfully achieved its goal of providing relevant cinematic knowledge in horror film production. However, a limitation identified was the lack of direct hands-on practice sessions. It is recommended that future iterations of the program incorporate more intensive practical components, such as short film production assignments or blended learning models, to further strengthen participants' application skills and develop the potential of young Indonesian filmmakers in the horror genre.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the cafe industry in Surabaya, with a focus on the mediating role of customer satisfaction. In this increasingly competitive industry, cafe managers must pay attention to service quality to maintain loyal customers. Based on the Servqual conceptual model which includes the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, this study aims to influence service quality on customer loyalty as a mediating variable and identify the most significant Servqual dimensions. Using quantitative methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 cafe visitors. The results showed that the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, assurance, and empathy had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while responsiveness showed no significant effect. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to have a strong influence on customer loyalty. The conclusion of this study is that cafe managers need to focus on improving service quality that can create customer satisfaction, so that it can influence customer loyalty and support the sustainability of the cafe business.

Abstract

In this digital era, programming skills are fundamental, but high school curriculums often do not accommodate this need in depth. Realizing this gap, a Community Service activity entitled "Introduction to the World of Coding: Basic Programming Training for Students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya" was carried out. This training aims to equip students with basic programming knowledge and skills to prepare them for digital challenges. The implementation method is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and evaluation. The pre-implementation stage includes identifying partner needs, formulating materials (Python as a programming language), and preparing a schedule of four meetings in November-December 2024. The implementation was carried out offline with an interactive direct instruction method, including material explanations, direct practice, discussions, and assignments. The evaluation results showed the effectiveness of the training. Based on the satisfaction questionnaire using the Likert scale (Parasuraman), the overall average reached 4.76 (out of 5), indicating that participants strongly agreed with the implementation of the training. The aspects of reliability (4.83) and responsiveness (4.80) received the highest scores. This shows that this basic programming training has succeeded in increasing the interest and insight of students of SMA Negeri 5 Surabaya in the world of coding.

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has drastically changed the world of schooling and digital innovation, especially for Generation Z. This community service program aims to improve digital literacy and creativity of students at SMA Negeri 1 Srengat through training in the use of AI, specifically the ChatGPT and Gemini applications. This program was implemented using interactive lecture methods, live demonstrations, and direct practice with digital devices. Evaluation was carried out using pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a 65% increase in participants' understanding of the training material, while the questionnaire obtained an average score of 3.6 (agree category), indicating that the training was effective and relevant to students' needs. This activity succeeded in fostering critical thinking skills, creativity in using AI technology, and awareness of ethical digital practices in students. In addition, this training contributed to strengthening students, especially in the aspects of critical reasoning, creativity, and independence. Therefore, this AI training is a strategic initiative to prepare the younger generation to be technologically literate, innovative, and adaptive in the digital era.
