Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk using Liquidity Ratio Analysis and Solvability Ratios. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data obtained from idx.co.id and the official website of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk. The data is in the form of documents consisting of statements of financial position from 2017 to 2019 and company history. The analytical method used is data analysis using financial ratios, namely theanalysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio seen from the current ratio, quickratio and cash ratio, as well as the solvency ratio seen from the debt to total assets ratio and debt to equity ratio are in the bad category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accounting information system for cash disbursements for compensation for land acquisition for the Simpang Indralaya- Muara Enim toll road. The type of research is case study with data collection methods carried out by literature studies and field studies and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used is descriptive qualitative data. The source of the data obtained is primary data from the office of the Land Procurement Commitment Officer for the Simpang Indralaya-Muara Enim Toll Road and secondary data obtained from journals, theses, andapplicable regulations. The problem is that the accounting information system for cash disbursements for compensation for land acquisition on the Indralaya-Muara Enim Intersection is still weak. This is due to the lessthan optimal function of the examiner of the Commitment Making Officer so that there are documents for the provision of compensation money which are declared incomplete according to the Supreme Audit Agency. Based on the results of the qualitative descriptive analysis, the Land Procurement Implementing Agency and the Land Procurement Commitment Officer for the Indralaya-Muara Enim Intersection should form an internal verifier team. It is hoped that by forming an internal verifier team, it can minimize document incompleteness so that document completeness can be optimized.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find an overview of the influence of the marketing mix on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau. The method used in this study is causal. The number of samples in this study were 50 customers who used the services of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires.In this study there are two groups of variables. The group is an independent variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), place (X4), people (X5), process (X6) and physical facilities (X7) variables. While the dependent variable is the sales performance of the Mega Wisata Palembang Travel Bureau. This study aims to see the influence of the marketing mix on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau To measure the relationship between variables used multiple linear regression analysis. In accordance with the results of the regression analysis, it turns out that together all marketing mix variables have an influence on the sales performance of the Mega Wisata Palembang Travel Bureau. Partially the process variable has the most dominant influence on the sales performance of the Palembang Mega Wisata Travel Bureau

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the effect of Discipline Of Work And Participative Leadership Style on the Employee Performance Of Distance Learning Program Unit of Universitas Terbuka Palembang (UPBJJ-UT Palembang). By using 2 independent variables, and Employee Performance as dependent variable. The use of independent variables based on Prijodarminto's theory (1994) and Husain (2011) and dependent variables based on Rao's theory (1992) The Study is conducted in UPBJJ-UT Palembang. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires to 61 respondents who are all employees of UPBJJ-UT Palembang. Multiple Regression analysis using SPSS for Windows Ver 22,0 is used to analyse the data. The results shows that, in partial test, Work Discipline and Style of Participatory Leadership have significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, in simultaneous test, Work Discipline and Participatory Leadership Style are significantly affecting Employee Performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of training and organizational commitment on employee performance at PDAM Lematang Enim. The research design uses the causality method with the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The object of research is the active employees of PDAM Lematang Enim Muara Enim Regency, which number as many as 124 people. The data collection method that the authors use in this study is a questionnaire, which is carried out technically through a Google Form (Online). The results of the research show that Training and Organizational Commitment have a Positive and Significant Effect on the Employee Performance of PDAM Lematang Enim. Furthermore, between the two independent variables in this study, the variable that has a more dominant influence on performance is employee training. Even though the influence of training is very dominant, in implementing it, employee training at PDAM Lematang Enim must be improved in order to continuously maximize performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan mengenai perhitungan kontribusi margin pada perusahaan dagang dan jasa di CV. Cahaya Motor Kayuagung. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di CV. Cahaya Motor Kayuagung. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kontribusi Margin yang diperoleh oleh CV. Cahaya Motor Kayuagung yaitu, Tahun 2015 total Kontribusi Margin sebesar Rp.4.566.826.373,- dengan Rasio Kontribusi Margin sebesar 27,46 %, dan Break Event Point sebesar Rp.1.601.960.499. Tahun 2016 total Kontribusi Margin sebesar Rp.4.799.585.640,- dengan Rasio Kontribusi Margin sebesar 24,60 %, dan Break Event Point sebesar Rp.1.528.907.610,-. Tahun 2017 total Kontribusi Margin sebesar Rp.7.041.531.799,- dengan Rasio Kontribusi Margin sebesar 31,15%, dan Break Event Point sebesar Rp.1.592.174.806,-.

Abstract

The purpose of research for writing this thesis is to find out the analysis of financial statements at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2016-2019. Based on the description above, the author compiled this thesis with the title "Analysis of Liquidity Ratios, namely by using changes in the ratio of the Quick Ratio, and the Loan to Asset Ratio, while the Profitability Ratio Return on Assets, and Return on Equity in 2016-2019. This research is the entire financial report. The data used is taken from ICMD publications and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is financial ratio analysis and descriptive analysis. The samples taken from this study are financial reports from 2016-2019. The sampling technique is aimed at taking subjects not based on strata, random or regions but based on a specific purpose. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that in general the results of the analysis and previous discussion can be concluded that the development of the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2016-2017 with indicators Quick Ratio, Loan to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity shows a tendency to fluctuate and decline in financial conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of work discipline and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. This study used a survey method (questionnaire). population and sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Based on the results of the t test variable Work Discipline (X1) and Supervision (X2) on employee effectiveness (Y) obtained t count 5.126 > t table 2.042 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted. This means that the variables of work discipline and supervision partially have an influence on the work effectiveness of the employees of the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City. So it can be concluded that the variables of work discipline and supervision have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test (R), it can be seen that the influence of the work discipline variable on employee work effectiveness is 0.362 or 36.2% while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors, while the magnitude of the influence of the supervisory variable on work effectiveness is 0.417 or 41 .7% while the rest is influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that work discipline and supervision affect the work effectiveness of employees in the main branch of PT. JNE Palembang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the DPRD Secretariat Ogan Ilir Regency. The research took samples using the Propotionate Sampling technique because employees at The DPRD Secretariat consists of Civil Servants, Non-Permanent Employees who proportionally stratified. The research method is done by testing relationship (associative hypothesis) two variables, namely variable X (Culture Organization) and variable Y (Employee Performance) with statistical tests using Product Moment Correlation. sample that used in this study were Civil Servants and Non-Civil Servants fixed as many as 65 respondents by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of Product Moment correlation calculations show that organizational culture greatly influences employee performance at the Ogan Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat, this can be seen from the r test with 65 respondents and an error rate of 5%. Based on rtable = 0.2441 and rcount = 0.995 where rcount is in the correlation coefficient interval of 0.80 – 0.100 which indicates a very strong correlation. Then the value of rcount is greater than rtable (0.995> 0.2441) so that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This relationship has an influence of 99% and the remaining 1% is the influence of other factors. From these results the researcher hopes that the Leaders at the DPRD Secretariat of Ogan Ilir Regency pay more attention to the organizational culture of employees so that they can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates on stock prices for the precious metals sub-sector and the like listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2009 - 2018. This research uses a quantitativedescriptive approach. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24.00 program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneously). This study aims to find the relationship between the independent variables, namely interest rates (X1), inflation (X2) and exchange rates (X3) with the dependent variable,namely stock prices (Y). The sample used in this study is with an error rate of 5%, namely by using a sample of 14 (fourteen) companies in the metal and similar sub-sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2009 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable interest rate (X1) has a significant positive impact on stock prices in the Metals and the Like Subsector. While the inflation variables (X2 and Exchange Rate (X3) have a significant negative impact on the share prices of the Metals and the Like Subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009 - 2018. Interest Rates, Inflation and Exchange rates as a whole have a significant influence on stock prices. The independent variables in the form of Interest Rates, Inflation, and Exchange Rates are only able to influence stock prices in the basic and chemical industrial sectors by 12%, the remaining 88% is the influence of other causes or factors not examined.
