Abstract

Suatu produk agar dapat bertahan di pasaran tentu harus memperhatikan kualitas produknya. Kualitas produk dapat dinilai dari ketahanan, kemampuan, kekuatan, maupun kelemahannya. Dengan memiliki kualitas produk yang baik, tentu sebuah produk dapat membuat orang yang membelinya menjadi ingin membeli lagi sehingga otomatis dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk tersebut. Tidak hanya memperhatikan kualitas produk, dalam berjualan para penjual atau seller juga harus menerapkan promosi yang mumpuni dan tepat dalam memasarkan produknya. Dengan promosi yang tepat produk pun dapat semakin dikenal oleh khalayak ramai sehingga secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kami melakukan penelitian mengenai Peran Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Terhadap Loyalitas Pengguna Skincare Scarlett. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diambil dari data internet, data penelitian, serta jurnal ilmiah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi sangat berpengaruh terhadap keloyalitasan konsumen.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, kemampuan branding dan pemasaran online menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan usaha kecil dan menengah di tingkat warga. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan warga dalam membuat logo, mendesain kemasan produk yang menarik, serta mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah, workshop, dan praktik langsung. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai identitas merek dan teknik pemasaran digital. Program ini berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, kreativitas menjadi keterampilan yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa untuk bersaing di tingkat global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan pembuatan produk digital menggunakan Canva dalam meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis Angkatan 2023 Universitas Sahid Surakarta, khususnya dalam mata kuliah Kreativitas dan Inovasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara pengajaran teori dan praktik langsung (learning by doing) melalui beberapa tahapan, termasuk penyampaian materi, brainstorming ide, praktik desain, presentasi hasil, serta evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada tiga aspek: pemahaman dasar desain grafis (dari 28% menjadi 85%), kemampuan menggunakan Canva (dari 25% menjadi 88%), dan kreativitas dalam menciptakan produk digital (dari 30% menjadi 90%). Pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa dalam desain digital, tetapi juga memperkuat rasa percaya diri serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan produk digital berbasis Canva sangat efektif dalam mengembangkan potensi kreatif mahasiswa dan sangat relevan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di dunia pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

Utilization of the yard is the first step to stimulate the growth of the spirit of self hap and community participation. Mina Surya is one of a group of young entrepreneurs whohave the entrepreneurial spirit to change their mindset by optimizing the local potential around them through the use of home yards that can be developed into valueable commodities. The form of utilization carried out by Mina Surya is a private pool tourism object and aquaculture business as a family run business opportunity. Mina Surya is a young entrepreneur from Jeblog, Karanganom, Klaten who has a set of konwledge and skills (life skills) in the field of fisheries so as to develop local potential by optimizing the use of home yard land to become a private poll tourism object and aquaculture as a family business opportuniy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile (Iskandartex). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study comprises all weaving section employees at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile, with a sample of 100 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that compensation, work discipline, and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation, work discipline, motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.341 indicates that 34.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the four independent variables, while the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. This study suggests that companies should increase their focus on compensation, work discipline, and motivation to enhance employee performance. Additionally, even though the work environment does not show a significant effect, it is still important for companies to create a conducive work environment to support employee well-being and productivity.

Abstract

This Study aims to know how quality products, quality service, trust, and satisfaction are influential to loyalty members of KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri. Type study is descriptive quantitative with the research data obtained through a questionnaire. Population in study This an over member of KSPPS Bina Insan Independent and technical taking sample with method purposive sampling with amount sample as many as 150 members. Based on Simultaneous test results (F test) were obtained calculated F value > F table namely 105.794 > 2.43 with mark significance 0.000 < 0.05 so can conclude variable quality product, quality service, trust, and satisfaction in a way simultaneous influential significant to loyalty member of KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri. Whereas partial test results (t-test) show that quality product obtained results calculated t value > t table namely 3,160 > 1,976 with mark significance 0.002 < 0.05 so can concluded variable quality product in a way Partial influential significant to loyalty member of KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri, and variable satisfaction in a way Partial obtained results calculated t value > t table namely 14.896 > 1.976 with mark significance 0.000 < 0.05 so can conclude that variable satisfaction in a way Partial influential significant to loyalty member of KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri. Whereas variable quality service obtained results calculated t value < t table namely 1.850 < 1.976 with mark significance 0.066 > 0.05 so can conclude that variable quality service in a way Partial No influential significant to loyalty member of KSPPS Bina Insan Independent and variable trust obtained results calculated t value < t table namely -2.396 < 1.976 with mark significance 0.018 < 0.05 so can conclude that variable trust in a way Partial No influential However significant to loyalty member of KSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri. The value of ???? 2 is 73.8%, meanwhile, the remaining 26.2% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in the study.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the business world, particularly in the e-commerce sector. The ease of internet access and the use of smartphones have simplified buying and selling activities, which can now be done efficiently through online applications. In recent years, Tokopedia and Shopee have become the two major players dominating the Indonesian market and competing fiercely to retain customer loyalty. The integration of platforms like TikTok Shop with Tokopedia in 2024 presents increasing challenges for Tokopedia in building consumer trust after facing several regulatory hurdles. This research aims to analyse the digital marketing strategies implemented by Tokopedia and Shopee in increasing customer loyalty. Through a comparative approach and qualitative analysis, this study found that the effective use of social media, personalisation, and content marketing plays a key role in shaping positive perceptions and strengthening customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Traditional Herbal Medicine Craftsman UKM (UKM) in Kismoyoso Village, Boyolali, is a traditional herbal medicine business that has been passed down from previous generations and has been able to survive the onslaught of a wider variety of modern beverages. The problem faced by partners is that many entrepreneurs who started their businesses from scratch still have difficulty separating personal funds from business matters. The purpose of this PKM is to provide education on the importance of financial literacy, particularly in the aspect of separating personal finances from business capital. The methods used include preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages related to measuring the extent of participants' understanding and ability to manage their business finances. This approach is carried out as an effort to explain several simple strategies in separating IP and MU (personal investment and business capital) financial posts. The result of this community service activity is the ability of partners to manage finances by separating personal investments (IP) and business capital (MU). The separation is carried out through bookkeeping by recording business income and expenses so that it looks structured and neat.

Abstract

Disrupsi digital terkait erat dengan perkembangan teknologi yang telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk membuka peluang ekonomi bagi mahasiswa. Kemajuan seperti e-commerce, layanan keuangan digital, dan sistem pembayaran online mengubah pola interaksi dan konsumsi, memungkinkan mahasiswa memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menciptakan nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan disrupsi digital, khususnya e-commerce dan paylater, untuk menghasilkan nilai ekonomi berbasis pengalaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan analisis fenomenologis tren digital di kalangan mahasiswa. Hasil menunjukkan mahasiswa menerapkan strategi seperti personal branding, optimasi media sosial, integrasi platform e-commerce, penciptaan pengalaman pelanggan unik, serta pemanfaatan paylater sebagai modal awal. Strategi ini meningkatkan daya saing mahasiswa dalam ekonomi digital. Temuan menegaskan mahasiswa bukan sekadar pengguna teknologi, melainkan pencipta nilai ekonomi berbasis pengalaman.
