Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Ar-Raudah Vaganza 2019 sebagai bagian dari kegiatan manajemen pemasaran di sekolah Ar-Raudah Kota Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan model yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dari komponen context, input dan process dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik kualitatif sedangkan untuk komponen product data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : dari segi konteks yakni Ar-Raudah Vaganza 2019 sudah memiliki visi misi, kegiatan dan tujuan program yang sangat jelas. Dari segi masukan yakni komponen panitia penyelenggara sudah terpenuhi komponen peserta lomba tidak mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Komponen orang tua peserta lomba, tidak semua anak yang hadir didampingi orang tuanya dan hanya didampingi oleh gurunya saja, dan Komponen sarana prasana sudah tersedia lengkap sesuai dengan yang direncanakan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya, dari segi proses yaitu dalam komponen agenda kegiatan Ar-Raudah Vaganza 2019 sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai rencana. Dari segi hasil yakni minat, dari data hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik peserta lomba maupun orang tua peserta lomba memiliki ketertarikan yang cukup tinggi terhadap SD Ar-Raudah, akan tetapi untuk data hasil penelitian mengenai komponen keinginan hanya peserta lomba yang memiliki persentase keinginan yang tinggi untuk mendaftar di SD Ar-Raudah sedangkan komponen keinginan dari orang tua peserta lomba mendapatkan persentase yang rendah dengan berbagai alasan. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fermentasi ampas kelapa ( Cocos Nucifera L ) dengan Neurospora sitophila terhadap kandungan fraksi serat. Penelitain ini telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli – September 2021 di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian dan Peternakan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu dan analisa Van Soest telah dilakukan di Laboratorium Ternak Perah Peternakan Institut Pertanian Bogor ( IPB ).Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap ( RAL ) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Fermentasi Ampas Kelapa dibuat dengan formulasi 1,5 kg ampas kelapa dan 10% molases. dengan perlakuan dosis Neurospora sitophila P1 = ( 2% ), P2 = ( 4%), P3= ( 6%), P4 = (8%).Parameter yang diamati adalah Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), Hemiselulosa, Selulosa, Lignin.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan dosisNeurospora sitophilaberpengaruh nyata terhadap Kandungan NDF dan Hemiselulosa, Tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan ADF, Selulosa dan Lignin Ampas kelapa fermentasi, Kandungan fraksi serat ampas kelapa fermentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah NDF = ( 61,05 % - 70,89% ), Hemiselulosa = (21.68 % - 30,05 %), ADF = ( 37,57 % – 40,84 % ), Selulosa = ( 30,87 % - 33,78 %)dan lignin = ( 5,14 % - 5,33% ). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Fermentasi Ampas Kelapadengan beberapa level Neurospora sitophila berpengaruh terhadap Kandungan Neutral Detergen Fiber (NDF) dan Kandungan Hemiselulosa tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kandungan Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), selulos, Lignin, Level Neurospora sitophila yang terbaik adalah P3 (6 % ).

Abstract

This research aimed to develop and validate an instrument to measure language development in children aged 4 to 5 years in kindergarten. The study followed the Plomp development model, encompassing five phases: initial investigation, design, realisation, test, evaluation and revision, and implementation. The initial investigation involved analysing theories and existing early childhood language development research. The design phase produced an initial draft of the instrument, which included a language development measurement tool, a validation questionnaire, and a user response questionnaire. Expert validation was conducted using Aiken's formula to establish content validity. The instrument was then tested in three kindergartens with a sample size of 194 children. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and descriptive analysis assessed the model’s fit and instrument reliability. Results indicated that the instrument had satisfactory content validity and construct reliability (CR > 0.7), though some fit indices, such as the Comparative Fit Index (CFI), were below ideal thresholds. The validated instrument consists of two language development scales: receptive language (e.g., understanding stories, commands, rules) and expressive language (e.g., asking and answering questions, verbal communication). The study's findings imply significant applications for early childhood education, offering a standardised tool for assessing language development, guiding curriculum design, and enabling targeted interventions to improve language outcomes. Despite its strengths, the study acknowledges limitations, such as the need for better-fit indices and further empirical testing with diverse populations. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to explore the long-term impacts of the instrument and incorporate technological advancements to enhance its accuracy and relevance. Continuous refinement and validation will ensure the instrument’s effectiveness in measuring early childhood language development.

Abstract

Pesantren are traditional Islamic educational institutions that study, understand, explore, live, and practice the teachings of Islam by emphasizing the importance of religious morals as a guide to daily behavior. With the development of the times, technology and modernity are also developing along various lines, which causes the role of a santri to fade, especially in terms of akhlakul karimah in everyday life. This research seeks to analyze the application of exemplary methods in fostering Santri morals at Pesantren Walisongo in North Lampung, Indonesia. The research is field research. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation to complement research data in problem-solving. data analysis using the inductive thinking method. The population in this study was the caregiver of the Pesantren, the head of the Pesantren, the management, and all students of MA and MTs Plus Walisongo Lampung Utara, while the research sample was taken using the snowball sampling technique. The results of the study found that the application of the exemplary method implemented in the Pesantren Walisongo in North Lampung was effective. This was because it was not only exemplary in worship but consisted of several qudwah (exemplary), namely Qudwah Al-Ibadah, Qudwah Zuhud, Qudwah Tawadhu', Qudwah al Karimah, Qudwah Syaja'ah, Qudwah al Quwad al Jasadiyah, and Qudwah al Hasan al Siyasah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing, Financing To Deposit Ratio and Operating Expenses and Operating Income on profitability at PT. Sharia Aceh Bank. Where in this study profitability is seen from the return on assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative method using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektifitas  media pembelajaran berbasis  android yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya terhadap mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi SPSS,  penelitian ini mengambil subyek pendidik, dan peserta didik  kelas X di SMK Darussalam Sumberejo Tanggamus Lampung. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan sampling sistematis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Respon setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis android adalah baik dan mendapatkan respons yang positif pada saat pembelajaran daring berlangsung berdasar hasil uji coba skala kecil dilakukan kepada 10 orang peserta didik sebesar 83,27% dan reliabel sehingga tidak perlu revisi sehingga dilanjutkan ke ujicoba skala besar, sedangkan uji coba skala besar dilakukan dengan 38 peserta didik diperoleh presentase 87,60 % dan reliabel artinya media pembelajaran berbasis android ini mendapatkan respons positif setelah digunakan dalam pembelajaran oleh peserta didik dan bisa digunakan secara umum dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan rumus T-test menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android yang diberi nama Islamuna ini efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Adapun peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dapat dilihat pada nilai pretest dan posttest dengan rata-rata sebesar 68,55 dan 80,26.

Abstract

Educators are one of the vital aspects that control the continuity and success of teaching and learning activities in madrasas. With competent and professional educators, it is believed that the material taught will be quickly distributed to students. And because at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Working Group in Pringsewu there are still things that need to be improved, including that there are still no guidelines in the process of recruiting educators, so that the implementation of the recruitment of educators is still a lot of educators who teach not in accordance with their latest educational background. or not in accordance with their academic qualifications. The purpose of this study was to determine and understand the recruitment of educators who joined the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Working Group in the Pringsewu Environment and to determine the placement of educators who joined the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Working Group in the Pringsewu Environment.The method used in this research was a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the recruitment process for educators begins with planning for teacher needs, namely by analyzing existing needs, announcements of teacher vacancies, requirements that must be met by prospective teachers, selection and various tests, and determination of teacher acceptance. While the factors that become obstacles in the process of recruiting educators and placing educators are: the family system, lack of professionalism in implementing human resource management. Efforts made by madrasa heads in placing educators are done by placing educators who did not match their academic qualifications with the interests and talents of students in accordance with the positions given, and pay attention to the attitudes and appearances of prospective educators who will apply.

Abstract

Our research aims to explore the relationship between knowledge management and competitive advantage. We have found that Knowledge and its management can significantly impact achieving sustainable competitive advantage. Organizations must effectively generate, utilize, and distribute Knowledge while integrating it with their processes to maintain this advantage. Additionally, managers must be mindful of acquiring the necessary knowledge to enhance organizational performance and achieve sustainability, thereby gaining an edge over competitors. To ensure long-term competitive advantage, businesses should adopt a comprehensive and integrated approach to creating a knowledge management program. This program should serve as a source of sustainable competitive advantage. It is essential to evaluate the significance of knowledge management within the organization and determine how it can contribute to long-term competitive advantage. Abstract

The family is the first environment that requires children to adjust well according to their age and maturity. Parents have a big role in influencing children's education in the family. What's happening in society lately is the lack of interaction between children and their peers. Children prefer to do things alone and lack sympathy for friends, so they no longer have sensitivity to their social environment. This study aimed to see how parenting influences the social skills of children aged 5–6 in the Banjit Village Market, Banjit District, Waykanan Regency, Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The population and research sample are parents in the Banjit Village Market with children aged 5-6. Data collecting instruments was a questionnaire distributed to parents. Before using the questionnaire instrument, it was first tested to determine its validity and reliability. The data analysis employed the simple linear regression test with the analysis requirements that have been done, including the normality test and linearity test. Based on the study results, parenting style (X) influences the social skills of children (Y) aged 5–6 at the Banjit Village Market, Banjit District, Waykanan Regency, Indonesia. This test is also strengthened by looking at the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R square), which proves that parenting style influences children's social skills.

Abstract

Women's leadership has a significant role in achieving the successful implementation of activities that take place in the madrasa. Motivation is very important in increasing the morale and productivity of employees, the higher the motivation of a person to carry out work, the higher the productivity. The purpose of this study is to describe women's motivational leadership at Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Negeri in Lampung Selatan Regency, Indonesia. The research data were collected through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation through primary data sources, namely female madrasa heads in the State Madrasa Ibtidaiyah and their deputies, teachers, and staff of the State Madrasa Ibtidaiyah in South Lampung Regency, and a number of books, brochures, websites, and examples of previous research related to this research. Data sources in this study were selected purposefully through snowball sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks in this study were carried out by triangulating with sources. The results show that the leadership of women in Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Negeri of South Lampung Regency can be said to have been able to motivate their subordinates. Motivation of subordinates is done in several ways, namely: (a) setting the physical environment, (b) setting the work atmosphere, (c) modeling discipline, (d) encouraging, (e) giving awards, and (f) providing learning resources.
